"O.M.F.G!What In the hell Morticia did you really leave your dress like what the . come on I'm not driving you. Here take my keys and go get your damn dress."
Matilda yelled at her sister for not bringing her dress for the masquerade ball. Yes it's Thursday but since this town is full of werewolf and five percent witch we get two days off for the ball one to get ready and one for the drinking after the ball.
"Ok girl's makeup and hair. Let's go. Come on we have eight hours till the ball starts and we have to look perfect."
Jacqueline was bossy like very bossy. No wonder she doesn't have a mate yet.
"Hey Jackie what time is the ball."
I asked out of curiosity
"It starts at nine. why. "
"Umm just wondering why we're starting so early..."
All the girls gasped like I said something wrong
"I forgot you've never been to one and. They rarely decide to make one this year. So this is huge. "
"Okay , well I'll be over here. "
They nodded and went back to doing there makeup and hair.
8:45 pm three hours and something minutes later
As we finished our make up and hair. we put our dresses on and our mask and looked at each other.

After we showed each other our mask and dress we walked downstairs and Headed to the Party bus.

Heroes Seth now hopes to join, hopes to heal and atone to for what transpired. But their wounds run deep, their ire sharp, and their acceptance thin. And to top it all off... Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.
