《Submissive Alpha》Chapter 20

My body felt heavy, really heavy. Like it was being held down by a tone of weights.
There was an insane throbbing in my head, like as if my head were about to expload. What the fuck was wrong with me?
As I began to regain some consciousness I tried to move but I couldn't, no matter how much I tried I couldn't move an inch.
Not only that but it was insanely hot in here, like as if I were inside an oven. Was I near an oven?
The Oli's deep voice startled me.
My eyes cracked open for the first time but all I saw was darkness. Even with Oli's eyes glowing it was almost impossible to make anything out, if there was anything here to make out that is.
Attempting to move again I realised I was tied up. My hands seemed to be tied tightly by some kind of rope, the material digging into my skin painfully everytime I tried to loosen it. My ankles were tied as well, both my arms and legs being spread wide by the rope.
My muscles strained painfully against the ropes pull as nothing I did seemed to help my current state.
My ears perked up as I heard heavy boots approaching, getting louder and louder.
Oli commented. Now that he mentioned it, those footsteps suddenly sounded like dozens.
I rolled my eyes but kept my ears trained on the footsteps that had now all come to a halt. A little light peeked it's way through the gap of the door as bodies started piling in, little spots of red spreading throughout the dark room.
The room lit up as lights all around began turning on, my eyes burned slightly at the intensity.
Once adjusted, my eyes fixed on the crowd in front of me. Rogues of all shapes and sizes stood around the room, filling up the space. Their red eyes bore into mine, scanning my body and position.
Some of them smirked, clearly amused by my current state. Some though looked either on edge or scared, they seemed to be the only ones with some common sense.
My eyes then landed upon a large body that slowly made its way over to me. His figure was huge, packed with muscles that bulged from his clothes. He came to a stop mere inches from me, our noses almost touching. It was then that I made eye contact, coming face to face with my kidnapper.

"Xander, you're finally here. I've been waiting for you." the man said his smirk never falling.
I kept a bored expression, not giving him the satisfaction of seeing any emotions I had going on inside, not yet anyway.
"Who are you?"
"Who am I? Why Xandy I'm hurt, have you not heard of me?" he asked in a mocking tone.
"Should I have heard of you? You don't look anything special to me." I asked boredly, smirking at the slight twitch on his lip as he stepped back.
"Am I not a celebrity by now. Hasn't all our hard work made the rounds in your packs and covens?" Laughter came from some of the others. "The names Louis, after my father."
I clenched my fists in an effort to keep myself calm, I wasn't about to be affected by this idiot.
.
"You find pride in murder, are you that stupid?"
"It was the only way to get your attention Xandy, how else would we be here? Especially with you hanging in such a lovely way."
His comment made me look at my hands and feet. I could finally see the state my body was in. My arms and legs were spread wide, my arms above my head with my legs spread apart. It even looked as painful as it felt.
"You like my work of art, I have to admit I've really outdone myself with the notes, my technique is improving."
"Just tell me what you want already. I'm already bored with this conversation."
His face twisted into one of annoyance, now it was my turn to smile.
"What I want is your pack, your power……" his smirk returned, stepping close to me again. "... and your body."
My eyes bulged out of my head as I stated at Louis in slight shock. "You want my pack and my power. Why?"
"And you're body… because I would be a better Alpha than you. I mean look at yourself, you're an Alpha that submits."
"You think just because I'm submissive with my mates that that makes me unfit to run my pack." I asked, staring at him. "Are you even aware of my rank, you'd never stand a chance against me."
"Ah, but that's where you're wrong. You're tied up, beautifully on display for me by the way." I rolled my eyes. "You can't do anything to me in your state, but I can do a lot to you."

I tensed as I felt his hand cup my package, the feeling of him groping me made me want to puke. I could feel Oli growling angrily from being touched by someone who's not our mate.
"So why don't you give up already and join me. Your little mates will be here soon enough anyway, ready to collect their precious jewels."
Jewels?
My confusion must've been obvious as Louis broke into a fit of laughter. I was beginning to lose patience as I watched him sober up.
"What's so funny, and what do you mean by precious jewels?" I said through clenched teeth.
"Oh Xandy is it not obvious? Haven't your mates become more clingy lately, extra touching here and there, constantly keeping you in their hold. Never letting you out of their sight."
What the hell was he talking about, so what if my mates were clingy.
"So what if my mates are clingy, that's how they always are. What the hell are you talking about?" I roar.
He sighs as his hand moves from my package to my stomach "Xander, your pregnant."
------
My heart was beating a mile a minute. How could we have been so stupid, how could I have been so stupid?
It's been a few hours now since Xander was taken and now the whole pack was in including both mine and Xander's parents were back in the meeting room.
No one was seriously hurt, only a few roughed up. But my mate was gone, taken. My baby was taken from me.
Matt stood with our Papa and Xander's dad as they tried to piece together clues the warriors had gathered about the Rogues whereabouts. But we were now entering 5 hours and we were nowhere near close to finding him.
My eyes burned with unshed tears as I tried to keep myself from falling apart.
Goddess only knows what they're doing to him. Was he in pain, we're they torturing him?
I can't take this anymore.
I stood up and made my way out of the room, ignoring the looks I got from the pack members, including the sad look Matt gave me. The hallway was quiet as I felt myself sink to the ground against the wall, letting my tears finally fall.
I was such a bad mate, why didn't I protect him, why?
I let my quiet sobs fill the space as I tried my best to reach Xander through our mind link again for, but got nothing. He was too far away to reach.
My head jerked to the side as I heard the door open again, revealing my dad and who slipped through the gap and made his way over to me.
As soon as he sank down beside me I jumped into him arms as he held me tight, providing me with a little comfort I so desperately needed as I sobbed.
"Shh son it's okay, we'll find him I promise." he said quietly.
"But what if we don't, what if they're hurting him?" I choked out.
Dad took my face into his hands and looked me in the eyes with a wobbly smile. "Baby you can't blame yourself. It was all our faults for not seeing the signs earlier and we could've all handled things differently."
I nodded as he tried to wipe away my tears that wouldn't stop falling.
A hand being placed on my head drew my attention away from my father and I came face to face with my brother.
"Dad is right Damien, dwelling on what we did or didn't do is not going to bring Xander back. All we can do now is focus on finding him and bringing him home to us." he placed a gentle kiss on my forehead that was enough to make me break down again.
My face sunk into Matt's chest as he hugged me tight with dad rubbing small circles on my back. It felt like when Matt and I were kids, he always knew how to make me feel better.
The door barging open grabbed all our attention as Papa stood in the doorway.
"Some of the worriors have just found a rogue near the border, we might be able to get information out of him." papa said as he looked at us, his face dropping slightly at my tear stained cheeks.
I looked him straight in the eyes, a new found anger boiling inside of me. I was gonna do more then get information out of him.
"Take him to the dungeons."
