《OUR SECRET. ━ TAEKOOK ✓》Chapter 6

"Park...?"
"Do you not know Mrs. Park from Busan, my college friend, the one I always write letters to?" Mrs. Kim smiled at her son, but then her smile turned into a frown as she realized an important thing. "Honey, I left my makeup pouch at the mall's comfort room!"
"What?" Mr. Kim groaned after hearing his wife's sudden reaction, he was just taking his shoes off. "Fine, there's no use arguing with you when it comes to your stuff, let's go out while the car's engine is still hot."
As his parents left the doorway once again, Taehyung couldn't stop thinking about his mom's words.
Busan. Jimin was a transfer student from there, wasn't he? And his surname was Park.
"Hey, what was that about?"
Taehyung's thoughts were stopped after hearing Jungkook's voice from the bedroom, he forgot that his boyfriend was still hiding.
Looking at the window and seeing his parents quickly leave in a hurry, Taehyung sighed in relief and turned to Jungkook's direction, signaling him it was okay to come out now. "M-My parents want me to live on a dorm near our school, they want me to be independent and--"
"Let me see." Jungkook held out his hand as a gesture for Taehyung to give the paper brochure he was holding, which he didn't think twice to give.
Taehyung smiled after realizing one thing, in that dorm, without his parents and any other people from their school, he and Jungkook could possibly, just possibly, act a couple for once.
Just a few explanations for his roommate, which could most likely be Jimin, would do.
"I-I was thinking, you can v-visit me anytime you want since it's a dorm and all--"
"I can't."
He gave Jungkook a questioning look, earning himself a disappointed sigh from the younger.
"This dorm is filled with kids from our school, not to mention I myself am living there, somewhere on the third floor with Hoseok hyung, he just moved out from his house too for the same reasons as you."
"H-How come I didn't know?"
"Why should you? I mean, it's not like you can visit me or anything. Namjoon hyung and Yoongi hyung are residing somewhere on the third floor of that building too by the way, if you're curious." Jungkook said as he gave him back the brochure. "Why at this dorm, though?"

"My mom's friend knows the owner, and they want me to live with that lady's son." Taehyung replied with his head lowered down.
"Who? Is he from our school?" the younger one asked with a hint of jealousy in his tone.
"I-I don't know, I'll know once I get there!" he lied, Taehyung lied once again. He knew if Jungkook knew that the roommate might be Jimin, he'll be angry for sure.
"Don't let me catch you doing nasty things on your dorm room."
Taehyung was triggered, he bit his lips in annoyance and clenched his fists. He can't believe Jungkook sees him this low in a way.
"Why are you pushing away the only people who bother to talk to me and be their friend?" he cried out in a shaky voice. "I-I literally begged you to at least don't hate at Jin hyung for being my best friend, because he's just a b-brother figure to me."
Taehyung walked away leaving Jungkook frozen in spot as he ran to his bedroom to pack his things on a large travel bag.
"Just leave, my parents are returning any minute now." he said in a low intimidating voice, loud enough for Jungkook to hear.
His pride taking over him, Jungkook walked briskly to the entrance door to leave the Kim household, making sure to close the door fast to create a loud sound.
Taehyung sniffed and cried into his hands as he continued packing his stuff, even though he knew he won't be moving out until next week.
"Please stay..." he said to himself, the actual words he want to say right in front of Jungkook coming out. "L-Let's face this together, tell everyone, ignore whatever they say that are negative... I-I'm done keeping our secret."
-
The next week, Taehyung went to the dorms' address. He didn't even took time to look where Jungkook's room was, the younger boy would probably act like they don't know each other. Plus, after that conversation they had a week ago, they practically ignored each other around at school.
"Wow, you're my roommate?!"
Jimin who just woke up in his plain black shirt and blue pajamas greeted Taehyung who shyly nodded.

"Isn't this too convenient? Fate is scary." he laughed to himself as he opened the door wide open for the other to enter.
"T-This looks pretty." Taehyung awed as he looked around the room, as the pictures look, the room looked fantastic and clean, with two beds on each corner and a cabinet table separating them.
"First time living somewhere without your parents?" Jimin asked as he plopped down the bed he claimed his, pointing the one on the right for Taehyung.
"I'm scared, I think I would miss seeing them a lot."
"You can talk to me if you want, I'm up for late night conversations." the older one gave an eye smile as he pushed his hair back.
That night, the two of them talked about how close their parents was, plus random things about the dorm, just usual rules like, not to stay up too late or not to bother next room neighbors with loud noises.
Chatting for so long, they got bored so they decided to play a card game. Jimin walked to Taehyung's bed to shuffle and distribute the cards that they'll play.
"I can't believe I transferred to your school even though the school year is already on half," Jimin chuckled. "Green five." he said as he placed a card down.
"Hmm, I'm great at this game. Plus four cards, Jimin!" Taehyung giggled as he placed down a card that usually ruins friendships, but it made them both laugh. "I'm actually glad, I don't know who I'll be talking to if you didn't come to our class, Jin hyung sometimes arrives late because he is a working student."
"That's hard, I hope he's not having trouble keeping up his grades. We're graduating students after all," Jimin sadly said as he revealed a plus four card, which made Taehyung groan in disbelief. "Who's great at this game again?"
"You're a cheater, you didn't have that card earlier!" Taehyung accused, which made Jimin raise one eyebrow at him.
"Did you just admit that you know my cards?"
"Oops, I mean- haha!"
Jimin pushed their cards aside and began tickling Taehyung, making him laugh too much.
They were so into the moment pushing each other that they didn't notice the cards falling everywhere.
And the position they ended up in.
Taehyung was only hit by the reality when he felt Jimin's breath ghosting on his face.
"J-Jimin, your face is too close..."
He tried to turn his head around, to make things less awkward, but Jimin was too absorbed with his features, he didn't even budge.
"O-Oh sorry." Jimin said as he quickly peeled himself away from me, his face was tainted pink.
Of course, we would both be embarrassed, that escalated quickly.
"I-I hope you're not c-creeped out by me." I apologized, but then he quickly shook his head.
"I'm just crazy, for throwing myself to you like that," Jimin chuckled, giving me another one of his eye smiles. "I want to ask you something."
"Y-Yes?" I stammered as I felt him scooting closer to my seat.
"If there was a chance, would you like guys too?"
I was surprised with his question, did he notice how I always stared at Jungkook from afar?
"I-I'm bisexual." I admitted, there's no point lying, right?
"Do you think me having your number calling you out on a lunch date plus you being my roommate all a great coincidence for you?" he asked. "I waited for you to notice, but it looks like you're too adorably innocent to not."
I don't get half of what he was telling me, is he saying that he planned all of this to happen?
"I want to know you better, do you have a girlfriend... or boyfriend, perhaps?"
I opened my mouth, but no words were coming out. I was scared, but I wasn't sure what I was afraid of.
I pursed my lips before saying my answer.
Sorry, Jungkook.

The Ultimate Supporter
Mona stood there, her body has stopped shaking as she stared at Sarah with no expression. “... do I have to set a goal?” Mona asked quietly. “Yes, if you do not then you will not be allowed to play Road Builder.” “...why? Why do we have to set a goal?” “This game is about inspiring people to work hard towards something that they wish to achieve. Don’t you have something you wish to achieve too ma’am?” “... I… do.” “What is your goal then ma’am?” “My goal… my goal is to become the ultimate supporter.” Feelings rushed back into Mona’s eyes as she clenched both her fists hard. “I want to help others succeed. I don’t need to be the main character. I want other people to be the main character.” Mona yelled as tears began to stream down her face. “I just… I just want to feel needed again.” Mona sniffled. Sarah looked at her with a soft expression on her face. “Is ‘I want to become the ultimate supporter’ your final choice?” Sarah asked. Mona bit on her lip as tears continued to stream down her face. She slowly nodded her head. “Alright then… this goal has been registered onto your avatar. You will soon spawn into a town and began your journey.” Sarah smiled, her eyes illuminating warmth to Mona. Mona nodded her head understanding as she wiped away the tears. A blue circle appeared around her as numbers counting down from ten appeared in front of her. 10… 9… 8… “By the way ma’am.” Sarah said. 7… 6… “Yes?” 5… 4… “I am sure you will achieve that goal, and to guarantee that, I give you my blessings.” 3… “What?” 2… “Enjoy your time in Road Builder.” 1… ********* Please point out if you notice any mistakes so that I can fix it. Also, because I re-edit this a lot so the chapters are going to come out very slowly(and because the blue tables take a while to do). Any comments and reviews are welcomed and are appreciated! Thanks for reading!

Reborn Into My Novel
What if you lived in the world of your own creation? As fate would have it, our dear amateur novelist, Ellie, was reborn into the world of her fantasy novel after falling asleep at her computer. Will Ellie save the village (and herself) to risk changing the fundamentals of her novel? Will she instead let the story run its course and leave everyone in the village to their deaths? Disclaimer: This novel is a work in progress and will be updated hopefully at least once a week. Expect minor mistakes (maybe some typos and punctuation errors) since this is the very first draft. The author suffers from perfectionism and impostor syndrome and therefore attempts to use this as sort of a therapy to break away from perfectionism and self doubt. Basically, the author employs a “I don’t care anymore and screw this trash work” mindset just to get stuff rolling and not set any expectations. Basically, basically, the author just wants to write something and not care about planning and quality and all those nice things about writing a GOOD novel since it’s counterproductive. Kthxbye. ps: Thanks for even reading this trash work pps: You’re not trash for reading this trash work btw ppps: Thanks I love y’all so much Shout out!
