"Dream?" I asked, scared that I did something wrong, "Dream? Are you okay?"
He chuckled through his sobs. "George for God's sake I'm fine! You're the one in hospital because of me!"
I frowned and croaked, "Because of you?"
Was it Dream's fault I was in hospital?

Sapnap's Pov:
I bustled into the room, I just got back from speaking with the nurses about stuff. The door creaked open and I gasped as I saw George awake.
"GEORGE?!" I shrieked and threw myself at him. I squeezed him tight. Too tight though, as he winced so I whispered apologetically into his ear.
"I missed you so much, you don't even know," I mumbled into his shoulder.
"Everything hurts..." he complained so Dream rubbed his shoulder reassuringly, with glassy eyes.
A nurse entered the room and greeted the three of us. She checked George's vitals and explained to him everything that happened.
"So George," she began, "You were in an uber in the evening five days ago. Another car, which was speeding, smashed into the side of you. Unfortunately, your leg was completely shattered by the blow and you also sustained a few minor head injuries and a broken rib. I've been informed by your friends that you live in England, so sadly you can't allowed to travel for up to six weeks. Okay that's it for now, I'll see you later."
George chewed on his lip. Tears shimmered in his gentle, eyes and he stammered,
"I can't go home?"
"I'm so sorry George..." I said, rubbing his back.
"Um. What about um Ezra... you know is he coming or not?"
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Dream sigh and roll his eyes, so I flashed him an look as if to say: Don't be an idiot again.

I explained, "Ezra should fly in this evening from England."
George nodded and yawned. Dream looked at me awkwardly and then mumbled, "Uh Sapnap? Can I talk to you um outside?"
"Um yeah sure."
As we both stood up to go outside, George begged, "Please don't leave, stay."
Dream put his hand on George's shoulder and told him, "I think you should get some rest."
We left the room, and Dream looked nervous.
"What's wrong Dream?"
"He can't remember the fight..."
"Oh."
"What should I do?"
"I don't know! Do you wanna tell him?"
"I'm not sure." He chewed his lip again "Should I?"
I replied, "It's honestly up to you."
With a deep breath, we re-entered the room, but George had already fallen asleep.
_ _ _
After George fell asleep, I left the hospital to go get Karl, Quackity and Badboyhalo. I drove down to their air bnb and told them to get into the car. They piled in, and we went back up to the hospital.
"Is he okay?" Bad asked.
I replied, "Eh, I mean he's conscious now."
Karl added, "Awh poor George!"
Once we arrived, I showed the boys to his room, and the 4 of us squeezed into the room. George was awake, he looked quite angry but I had no idea why. Dream on the other hand, looked like he'd been crying. Turning my head, I mouthed to Dream, "Are you okay?" He saw me say it, but chose to ignore me.

Dream's Pov:
When Sapnap left, I contemplated telling George about our fight. If I did, he would most probably hate me. If I didn't, the guilt would rest on my shoulders for a long time. After lots of procrastinating, I decided to tell him.

An hour ticked by until George awoke again. For a while we just talked about stuff, then I told him.
"George."
"Hm?"
"Do you remember what happened before you left to, you know get the Uber."
"No, sorry I don't..." he apologised.
"I think I should tell you."
"Okay sure, you seem to be making a big deal of this, should I be scared?"
I took a deep breath and blurted out, "We got into a fight. I said some really shitty stuff that I swear I didn't mean any of it!"
"Why did we get into a argument?"
I really hoped he didn't ask this question.
"I kissed you."
"YOU WHAT?!" George shrieked which caused him to start coughing uncontrollably. But as I went to comfort him, he flinched away from me.
He mumbled, "What did you say in the fight if I got so angry that I left?"
"George please believe me, I swear I meant absolutely nothing that I s-"
Through clenched teeth he said, "What did you say?"
"I said that wished you never came to Florida..."
"Oh- I um... wow I..." he whispered.
But I quickly added, "But I didn't mean it! I just hate him..."
"Who?"
"Ezra."
George's face was dripping with anger, shame, disappoitnment even. "Dream what has Ezra ever done to you? He's a fan of yours, he has your merch and everythibg, it's literally like he's paying you. He has done nothing to deserve this."
A tear slipped down my cheek, it was stupid but I couldn't help myself; his words were all true. Before I had a chance to say anything else, four boys entered the room.
"Gogy!" Karl exclaimed.
