George's face was dripping with anger, shame, disappoitnment even. "Dream what has Ezra ever done to you? He's a fan of yours, he has your merch and everythibg, it's literally like he's paying you. He has done nothing to deserve this."
A tear slipped down my cheek, it was stupid but I couldn't help myself; his words were all true. Before I had a chance to say anything else, four boys entered the room.
"Gogy!" Karl exclaimed.

Sapnap, Karl, Quackity and Badboyhalo pressed into my room. They all wore awkward looks on their faces. Bad rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly and Quackity chewed on his bottom lip.
Karl plastered a big smile on his face and sat down on a chair next to me. "Hey! How you feeling?" he questioned.
"Like crap to be honest."
"I'm sorry," Karl pouted and dangled his arm over my shoulder. A twinge of pain shot through my leg, I cringed.
Because my leg was in agony, I shifted with all of the tubes and wires that were hooked up to me. Dream slapped my hand away and demanded, "George stop! Don't mess with them."
I shuffled to the side of my bed and Dream came and sat on the edge of the bed, putting the wires back in place. Quackity pulled out his phone and started snapping photos of the room. He then showed his phone to Karl and Karl started laughing.
The photo he took was of Dream and I and he'd captioned it: DreamNotFound confirmed.
"Stop it!" Dream drawled, "That's mean."
Quackity grinned, "Is it trueeee?"
"No." Sapnap cut in, bluntly.
Then, to shatter the awkwardness, a nurse walked into the room and offered me some pain killers. I willingly accepted.

For the next few hours, the six of us chatted and laughed and joked. The pain in my leg eased and I found myself actually having fun, although Quackity and Karl were being quite loud. We all played Minecraft pocket edition together, speedrunning because there was nothing else to do in this stupid hospital room.
Night was on its way, stars were splashed over the sky and sun was already set, deep below the horizon. Sapnap informed me that Ezra was going to be here in a couple of hours. Even though my boyfriend was coming, I couldn't get the stupid idea that Dream kissed me before the accident. Is that how he felt? I kept trying to tell myself that I didn't care about Dream's feelings for me, but was I lying to myself?

I glanced at George. He looked deep in thought and he wasn't looking down at his phone, which he was playing Minecraft on. After Quackity mentioned DreamNotFound, I got out of George's bed. I only got in, in the first place because I knew his leg was hurting. I know Quackity meant no harm, but it was an awkward thing to bring up. They don't know about the kiss. The only people that know, are Sapnap, George and I.
My stomach growled. I hadn't eaten in like eight hours and I really wanted to eat but didn't want to leave the hospital room. So, Sapnap, Quackity and Karl left to go buy dinner for us all, (except George obviously - he wasn't allowed to eat yet). Bad stayed because he wanted to make sure George was ok. It was sweet of him though, Karl and Quackity didn't seem bothered, they just tried to make jokes out of it.
It was just George, Bad and me now. Bad was flopped in a chair, against the wall of the back of the room. I was still sat in my chair at the side of the bed. Me and George were talking about all of our favourite moments.

"What about when I sent you inappropriate stuff on your bedwars stream!" I laughed.
"Wait Wait!" George said, "How about when you were a dog and you were singing under that tree!" And we both started laughing uncontrollably.
In the background, Bad complained, "Wow you guys are being so loud! Be quiet you muffins!" Which just made us laugh even harder.
"Do you remember when you were electrocuted every time you took damage!" I wheezed, typing it on my Youtube to watch it. But then I realised George hadn't said anything.
I turned to look at him. I swallowed, "George?"
George's head dropped, now hanging forward.
"George?"
Bad asked, nervously, "Dream..."
Then it came to my attention: the beeping noise from the monitor was now just a low buzzing sound. Bad jumped up out of his chair and snatched up George's arm and pressed his fingers against his wrist.
"He has no pulse!" Bad yelped. My eyes diverted to his chest, it wasn't moving...
"HE ISNT BREATHING!" I shrieked and held his face in my hands, "BAD WHAT SHOULD WE DO?!"
Bad replied as he ran out of the room, "CPR! CHEST COMPRESSIONS! MOUTH TO MOUTH! JUST DO ANYTHING! IM GETTING A DOCTOR!"
I knew George had a broken rib so I didn't know whether I should do chest compressions.
"George come on! Wake up! BREATHE!"
His body was limp. His head lolled forward. His eyes were shut. Tears flooded down my face as I begged him to breathe. I grabbed his cheeks and pushed the hair out of his face. As I started forcing oxygen into his lungs, at least a dozen doctors burst into the room.
They shoved me out of the way, as they pressed an oxygen mask against George's face. I desperately tried to get back to him but the doctors kept pushing me backwards, out of the way. One of them yelled, "Get out of here!" and shoved me out of the room. The door was slammed shut in my face, which muffled the shouts of orders from the other side of the door.
I pounded my fist against the door, begging them to let me in. I was crying when Karl, Quackity and Sapnap came up the corridor carrying a few bags of Wendy's food. When Sapnap spotted me, crying and trying to get into the room, he dropped the bags and rushed over to me. He gripped my shoulders tightly and shook me, "What the hell is going on? Where's George? Is he okay?" he spluttered.
I choked out, "He wasn't breathing."
