if someone picked up the book of my life
they'd be sorely disappointed
my cover may seem nice. it's shiny and got some silver on the edges. but i'm not worn. and my spine isn't cracked.
they wouldn't get a grand adventure
or a sparkling romance
they'd get a background character. i'm a background character in everyone's story. even my own.
itd be a sad book with a bad plot and nothing very happy ever happens and if it does, it doesn't stay.
i don't blame them for not wanting to read my book
i don't think i'd want to either.
