I've been at Nikolai's parents house for a week now and everything was going great but I couldn't help it that something was missing from my life, ever since I got here Nikolai hasn't called or message me once. I really wonder why, did he forget about me? Maybe he still upset with me. I still cry sometimes when I'm all alone, even though I'm still upset with him I need him to comfort me and tell me everything is going to be okay. "Serena we are going to my friends house for a while, we'll be back in the night, will you be okay?" Mom asked as she slowly opened the door to look at me.

"Yes I'll be fine" I nodded then gave her a small smile. She looked at me then sulked her shoulders.

"Are you still sad Serena?" She asked as she opened the door a little more so she could come in. Mom walked over to me then sat down on the bed. "We can stay Serena and we'll comfort you" She said and I shook my head.

"No, I'm fine, it's okay you should go" I insisted and she gave me a hug.

"Okay, but if anything happens and you need me call me okay, I'll be here in no time" Mom said then kissed the top of my head. I watched her as she left the room then closed the door behind her and as soon as she did this I broke down in tears. I was emotionally unstable, my body aches all over and I just couldn't take it anymore. It drown myself in sorrow I turned on some sad music then laid down in bed.

What made it worst was that the rain was falling pretty hard and then came the roaring thunderstorms. After a few hours I fell asleep and while I was sleeping I heard my door slowly opened. In my head I thought that mom or dad has came back to check up on me. As their foot steps got closer and closer to me I was about to open my eyes when I inhaled his scent, Nikolai? Why was here? Or am I just dreaming.

I felt the bed sink, which clearly means he was sitting down. I couldn't let him know that I was awake so I kept on fake sleeping. I felt him rest his cold palm in my cheek then he slowly caressed my cheek with his touch. He touch made me feel so calm and my mind felt at peace. Suddenly he removed his hand and I felt like pouting.

"I'm sorry" I heard him whisper then placed his hand on my stomach. "Daddy is sorry, I acted like a fool" he paused "when I found out mommy was pregnant, I assumed it was Jace's baby and that made me so angry and the fact that mommy kept such a big secret from me made me really upset but that didn't gave me the right to ignore her and I'm really sorry " He said and my face sadden. "But I simply can't live without her, I need her, the past few days I felt like a huge part of me was missing. I need her and you guys to be with me and I really hope your mommy understand" he softly said then sniffed. Wait! Was he crying? Oh my god.

I felt the baby kick "Did you just kick daddy" Nikolai chuckled a little then started sniffling. He started poking my stomach and the babies kept on moving around. I peeked my eyes open and I saw him sitting beside me while wiping his tears, he was crying. I find it very weird though, with Nikolai being the mafia and all. "I'm sorry I made mommy cry, but you two have made my day." He said then smiled

"Nikolai" I whispered and he looked at me then quickly stood up.

"I'm sorry you were asleep so I didn't want to wake you" he did while scratching the back of his head. I sat up then grabbed his hand, pulling him down to sit beside me.

"Your eyes, We're you crying?" I asked and him and gave me an awkward smile then nodded.

"Please come home, please I want you to be with me, I'm sorry" He begged and I stared into his eyes, I could tell he really meant it.

"Okay, yes I will come home" I told him and he smiled then hugged me.

"I love you" he said then pecked my lip.

"I love you too" I told him back and he let out a deep breath as he was holding it for so long.

Finally Serena was back home with me. I was so happy and relieved that she forgave me. After a few days I told her that I was going on a business trip and she got upset then completely ignored me. Serena being pregnant is a whole new thing for me, her mood changes 24/7. When I left she never called or messaged me but I promise I'll make it up to her.

I couldn't take it anymore, I hated the way Serena ignored me even though I deserve it. I'll do everything I can to get her to speak to me. Today I just got back from Albania and I couldn't wait to see her, I missed her so much and all I want to do is hold her in my arms kissing her and so many things.

"Matteo aren't you happy that we're going home?" I asked.

I knew he wanted to see my sister Adrian. I knew they were together yet still I didn't care to let them know that I know. It's her decision to be with who she wants to be with and I'm glad she picked him because he can protect her.

"Indeed I am, why?, you can't wait to go home to see Serena," he said and I nodded

I wish Adriana told me still

"That right so why are you so happy to go home?" I asked.

"No big deal I just can't wait to lie in bed and cuddle up-" Matteo was cut off when the car came to a stop, I quickly got out and ran up to one of my guardsman.

"Park the car," I said and he nodded, I quickly opened the door and ran up the stairs to our room. Slowly opening the door and there she was sleeping peacefully. I rolled eyes then sighed, I've been gone for 3 weeks and it doesn't even seem like she missed me. I wanted to get angry and whine like a little kid who didn't get what they wanted. I walked over to her and sat down beside her. I ran my hand through my hair then look down at her.

I brushed the hair away from her face and a smile came on her face. She snuggled more into me and I smiled. I had a few more things to do so I stood up then left the room. I went to my office and sat down looking back over some files, seeing how things were going when I left.

A knock sounded on my door, I looked up and saw Isabella standing there. I waved my hand for her to come over and she came running towards me. I laughed then picked her up and smiled.

"How's my baby sister doing," I asked while tickling her and she giggled.

"Gwod" she laughed and I nodded and handed her a blank paper.

"Ok I have some work to do now run along and go do something creative for me," I said and her face lit up.

"Kk," she said then left, I sighed then started signing some papers. A few minutes later after I finished signing and knock sounded on my door. I brought my and up to my forehead and gently rubbed it in frustration. Another knock interrupted me and I got upset.

"What!" I shouted and the door slowly opened and from that moment I knew it was her and suddenly regret shouting at her.

"What!" he shouted and I felt like bursting into tears but I won't I slowly opened the door and walked in.

"Am I interrupting you?" I softly asked and he gave me an apologetic look. He shook his head then stood up and walked over to me.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout at you" he whispered and then kissed my forehead.

"I just wanted to say welcome home," I said then gave him a small smile and he wrapped his arms around my waist then pulled me closer so that there was no space between us. He was about to kiss me when Matteo walked in.

"I think you should go check on Jace" Matteo mumbled and Nikolai nodded. He then looks back at me and caressed my cheek.

"I'll be back," he said and I shook my head.

"I'm coming," I said and he shook his and walked over to the door.

"No I don't want you down there, stay here ok," he said but I refuse to listen, I wanted to see Jace, tell him that these aren't his babies.

"I don't care I'm coming" I insisted and he sighed and nodded I smiled and followed behind him.

When he opened the door to Jace room I wrapped my arms around my bump protectively. I step inside and look around the room. Jace sat there in a corner all chained up so many scars and bruises he looked so dirty and beaten up. He looked up at me and he softened.

"Serena wha- what are you doing down here?" He asked but I couldn't find the strength to answer. I just bit my lip and stood in a corner.

"Jace, Jace, how are you doing man?" Nikolai says then chuckled.

"Fuck you I promise when I leave I'll kill all of you and take what's mine" Jace spat.

"And what's that?" Nikolai asked as he took steps towards Jace. The look on his face made it clear that he wanted to beat the shit out of Jace.

"I'll take Serena and my baby" and as he said this Nikolai punched him in the face I winced and placed my hands over my eyes. "Ah" he screamed in pain.

"Its babies, tell him, Serena," Nikolai said and my eyes widen. I stared blankly at Jace then look back at a smirking nick.

"Tell me what Serena?, don't let him scare you ok I'll take care off you when I get out of here and I won't let him hurt our babies, I-" he was cut off when I spoke.

"They aren't yours Jace" I paused "the twins aren't yours" I whispered.

"What do you mean? I was the one that got you pregnant I promised that I wouldn't hurt you!" he shouted.

"You fucking raped me you asshole" I shouted as tears started running down my cheeks.

"Serena I think you should go upstairs, this is no place for a pregnant woman," Nick said and Matteo agreed.

"Come I'll lead you on the way out," Matteo said and I sniffed then nodded. He placed his arm over my shoulder and we walked over to the door he unlocked it and I step out. Jace began screaming and I could tell that Nick was having fun with him. I didn't care if he dies he did so many things to me and I will never forgive him.

I walked up the stairs and went down the hallway. I walked into the living room and sat down on the couch.

"Are you ok now?" Matteo asked and I shook my head.

"Can you get me something to eat just tell the maids they know what I like" I whispered and he nodded and left.

"Hey baby mama" I hear Adrian said and I chuckled. I looked up at her and smiled.

"Hi, Adrian" I simply said and she sat beside me then picked up the remote and turn on the TV.

"Serena here you go," Matteo said and I turned towards him and took the plate.

"Thank you" I mumbled then turned towards Adrian who was blushing really hard I laughed and she rolled her eyes. I started digging in my food while watching a movie. I started feeling pains but I just ignored it. I look over at a giggling Adrian and a smiling Matteo.

"Sorry to break you two love birds apart but don't you have to go help nick?" And he seems like he forgot, I started feeling pains again which were even worst I winced and looked up at Adrian.

"Serena are you ok?" She asked and I shook my head, I placed my hand on my bump when I felt a contraction.

"Ahhh fuck!" I screamed, I slowly got up and Adrian held on to my hand.

"I'll go get Nikolai" Matteo said then ran off, I felt something wet running down my leg and when I looked down I saw a puddle of water by my feet.

"My water just broke" I whispered.
