"Arki, si Engr. Migu—"
"Don't you dare say his name. Starting today, I don't want to hear his name ever again, understood?"
Valdez. Pinapaikot lang niya kami dahil alam niyang kailangan namin 'yong pera niya. And I know kaya naman namin nang wala siya. I'm not afraid, lalo sa walang kwentang taong katulad niya.. nila ng anak niya.
"I'm sorry," I apologized.
Tanong niya.
Out of all people na kasama namin ngayon, she knows kung anong epekto sa akin ni Jill noon pa man. She's the only one who can calm me.
"But it's not the same anymore, it's completely different from before,"
She asked.
"No need. That's nothing," sagot ko. "Don't distrub Jill na, she's.. she's resting."
Tumayo ako at lumapit sa board upang mag sulat doon. "Let's get back to work, sorry for my attitude earlier,"
Ilang oras din kaming nag usap usap until we came up with a plan. Inassign ko muna 'yon sa isang trusted Architect ko rin since I have lakad, which is the rally with Tricia.

It's always gonna be Tricia, over work and over any other things.
"That's it, thank you sa inyong lahat," I said at umupo't sumandal sa upuan ko. "You can all go home and rest, thank you for the effort. Ingat pauwi,"
I probably look like a mess right now.
The room is so quiet.
Ilang minuto akong nag stay sa position na 'yon when suddenly I heard the door opened.
"Sec, puwede bukas na? Sabi ko diba magsiuwi na kayo," I said at saka pumikit.
I can smell a familiar scent but I brushed off that thought dahil impossible.
When I was about to lift my head para tingnan kung sino 'yon, I felt someone patted my head.
"Let's eat, Arki?" She said the moment I looked at her, she's smiling at me.
Deja vu.
"Jill.." I said. "What are you doing here?"
Inakbayan niya ako and started to rub my shoulders gently. "You're not answering my texts, even call,"
After she said that, kinuha ko ang cellphone ko sa bulsa ko at binuksan ang messages.
Ang dami nga niyang text and missed calls.
Even Tricia.
I replied to Tricia and I can't help but to feel happy because of the way she assured me na ako lang. I don't have any doubt sa kaniya but still, she assured me with out me asking for it.
Assurance is a very big deal for me. Why? Because that's the thing I craved before pero hindi ko nakuha.
And now, ganito pala ang feeling na hindi ka hinahayaang mag isip ng kung ano ano?
Ang saya sa puso.
Janine Patricia "green flag" Robredo
"Huy," Jill snapped her fingers.
"Sorry, yeah I saw your messages just now," sagot ko.

"It's okay. Your secretary told me everything and I do understand why hindi ka na nakareply, bub."
I smiled at her and she rubbed my back before going sa sofa at inayos 'yong mga gamit kong nakakalat.
"I just want to help, let me?"
I sighed in defeat.
Reklamo niya.
"Sorry naman, ah? Sinabi ko bang ayusin mo?" Balik ko sa kaniya.
"Ay, wow sumasagot ka na ngayon?" Aniya at hinawakan pa ang bewang habang nakaharap sa akin.
I poked her neck dahil nakatabingi pa ang ulo niya.
"Done! Tara na?"
"Saan?" I asked while holding my tummy dahil ang lakas ng pagbato niya.
"I want hmm.." nagiisip siya. "Ice cream! I want ice cream, bubby!"
I quietly nodded at nauna na siyang lumabas.
Another fact about Tricia, sobrang bilis niyang pasayahin. Tinapay nga lang masaya na 'yon.
What a cutie.
"What?" I asked and laughed.
"Arki, ah! Dumating lang si Jill,"
"Mag tigil ka, ha!" I gave her a warning look.
"Jill, wait for me!"
We both decided na kainin ito habang nag lalakad pabalik.
"Anong crinecrave mo ngayon?" She randomly asked.
"Steak,"
"You're really a steak person," she said and giggled. "Then why did you payag na ice cream?"
"I want ice cream also," I said at natawa.
"Why do you.. like my Ate Trish?"
"Honestly, I can give you a thousand reasons why, but I'll choose to give you one only,"
"And?" I heard her voice started to crack. "What's that?"
I looked at her, worried. But she nodded at me and I took that as a sign to go on.
"The one certain reason I can tell you is that, because she's Tricia," I said. "I like her because she's the Tricia that's constantly on my mind, the Tricia that makes my day, the Tricia that I'd do anything for,"
While I am saying those things, I can't stop myself from imagining her face.
"The Tricia that I can see and I want to spend my future with."
I looked back at her at nakatingin lang siya diretso sa akin.
She's looking at me habang patuloy na umaagos ang luha.
"You described Ate Tricia just like how I describe.. you,"
"Jill,"
I was about to walk towards her but she stopped me.
"Don't, please. Huwag muna," she said and wiped her tears.
"Jill, bakit mo 'to ginagawa?"
"Dahil mahal pa rin kita,"
