"Would it be wrong for me to smoke before my wedding or not?"I asked around as I stared into the mirror admiring my wedding look.

"You nervous ain't you?"my mama asked me.

"As fuck."I said and everybody laughed.

"There's absolutely nothing to be nervous about babe there's only family out there, you look beautiful."she said while standing next to me.

"Girl you better cheer up, anybody else would be more than happy to be marrying my son."Alexis, Scarr's mama, said.

My mama rolled her eyes and I chuckled before turning around and looking at the rest of the ladies who were getting their pictures taken.

My bridesmaids consisted of Kayla, Niya, Dallas, and my stripper friend Natasha.

Let me update y'all.

It's been a year since that whole "Ashley" situation and I'm not gonna lie and say we ain't been through some shit because we have.

A couple of weeks after that, I found out that I was pregnant.

Through my pregnancy my parents helped me out as well as Scarr.

I also had my sweet daughter beside me to help me when Scarr went on tour for like three months.

Throughout that whole three months we had a lot of shit going on.

I was a fucking emotional wreck and Scarr just wasn't there and didn't care.

It was almost like he had chose work over me which I now understand because when I was pregnant I was not working, so who was gonna pay bills.

I was so fucking upset that I got into it with his mother which led her and my mama to get into it.

Not only did that happen but when Scarr came back from tour, some bitch wrongfully accused him of cheating.

By me being pregnant I believed it and I left him for it, so we were not together for about three months.

Out of those three months him and my dad were budding heads.

Then boom I gave birth to our son and that's when those allegations came out to not be true.

I felt so bad as well as my mom and my dad, so we all had to apologize to Scarr.

I then moved back into the house with our kids and we all went to therapy.

Not only me and Scarr but our parents and kids, shit the little baby too.

We've all bettered our relationships with one another and I've worked on relationships within the office and with Makayla.

We also were able to get in touch with Jasmine, and now my nephew is in the wedding.

Don't ask me what happened 'cause I don't know, I guess the bitch put her thinking cap on.

She still slower than a mf though.

Anyways our son's name is Malakai.

He's not a junior because for some reason Scarr didn't want to name him after him, he says he hates his name and he's gonna change it eventually.

Weird shit I know.

But yeah my baby is now one year's old.

He's a total mama's boy but acts like his father and is handsome like him too.

I like to think that he's the perfect mixture of both of us but Scarr thinks he stole his face.

Yes but today is our wedding day and I'm not even gone cap to y'all, I did the fucking most with my dress.

It's big, pretty, white, bedazzled, and long as fuck.

I had already warned everybody that I was gonna go all the fucking way out and that's what I did.

Oh and don't ask me how much this bitch costs.

Part of me is very nervous right now but I'm actually happy.

"Kodi can you come stand over here, ima take a couple of photos of you."the photographer said and I walked over to him.

"You look so beautiful friend!!"Natasha said while watching me.

"Thank you!!!"

Once I was finished taking pictures I went ahead and fired up the blunt that my mother had surprisingly.

I made sure the videographer got a couple of clips of me smoking because I know that once Scarr sees this he's gonna be laughing.

By the time I had finished smoking, it was time.

I sprayed some perfume on me before leaving out of the room.

We all headed downstairs, and the bridesmaids had to hurry because they were up next since the parents, groomsmen, and my husband had already went.

"Mommy you look so pretty!!"Heaven said to me as we stood behind the doors and everybody went in awe.

"No you look pretty! Okay baby go get in line after Kj."

"I go with Kaylee!?"she asked me referring to Kayla's daughter and I nodded.

She walked up to her and they all did their parts.

Once it was time for me to go, I had already joined arms with my dad.

He helped me ease my nerves by doing some breathing exercises.

Soon the song Whenever You Call by Mariah Carey and Brian McKnight had began playing, and the doors opened.

Since we had already rehearsed this, we waited for about a minute until we started walking.

I could see Scarr blinking his eyes repeatedly.

He told me that he wasn't gonna cry because it'll make him seem soft but once I saw him put his head down I just knew that was a lie.

Not only was he crying but I could see his tough ass mother wiping her face also.

Heaven was even crying hell.

Once I got to the end of the aisle, I stopped to hug my dad.

Scarr walked over to hug my dad also before taking my hand.

We walked to the alter and stood in front of each other.

"This you!? You look so beautiful."he smiled while looking down at me and I smiled.

"Thank you baby, you look handsome."I said while wiping his cheeks off.

"You may all now be seating... Friends, Kodi and Alexander have invited us here today, in the presence of God, to share in the celebration of their wedding. We who gather here today are separated by the many different experiences we have had. Despite these differences, we gather here today in this place because we share something in common. We share a desire to affirm and support the relationship Kodi and Alexander...."the officiate said his speech.

"Marriage isn't easy but I trust these two. I have trust in their love, their friendship, and their commitment to one another. With that, I think it's time to let them speak on their love. Kodi and Alexander, have you come here today of your own free will to declare your commitment to one another?"

"We have."both of us said while looking at him.

"Do you promise to be there for each other in the good and the bad? To grow with, understand and respect one another during your life together?"

"We do."

"Then please face each other and share your vows."

"This straight off the dome too so bare with me."Scarr said.

"Man..."he started off and everybody started laughing including me.

Once the laugher died down he started talking again.

"Man about eight years ago when I first saw you pull up on my block you immediately caught my attention. Ion know if it was them long ass eyelashes you was wearing, that slick tone in your voice, the mug on your face, or the wagon you was car— yeah you get it. But yeah, never in a million years did I ever think that I'd be standing at an alter before my cousin's crazy ass girlfriend's cousin. I've always been a man of my word and before I met you I'd always rap along to Big Pimpin' by Jay-Z with all my heart. It was you though who reversed those words, put me in the position that I am in today, made me change my ways, own up to my responsibilities, and start 'being more in tune with my soft side.' A lot of people may not know this but we've been through shoot-outs together, served time for one another, suffered from miscarriages, lost loved ones, and have witnessed and did way worse while we were together, shit even apart. Which is why after five years, I decided to get my shit together and come back for what's mine. I ain't perfect but I vow to get as close to it as I can, not only for you but also for Heaven and Malakai. You're effortlessly beautiful, warm-hearted, loving, patient, and very understanding. You've tamed the wild animal in me and saw me for me, and I am eternally grateful for that."he spoke getting a lot of laughs from here and there.

I honestly wasn't expecting him to put out our business like that but it's Scarr so why not.

"It's wordy but I'm gonna try to keep it short and snappy y'all.... Not only are you the love of my life but you are my first love, my greatest cheerleader, biggest fan, and my partner in crime. I not only pledge to be your greatest cheerleader, biggest fan, and your partner in crime but I also pledge to comfort you in distressing times, support you through misfortune, celebrate your triumphs, and to make you happy unending. I will give my time and energy to understand your wishes, desires, fears and dreams. I will be there for you whenever you need me and I will keep our lives exiting, adventurous, and full of passion. I will be your navigator, sympathizer, sidekick, best friend, and your wife. With all of that being said, I promise you to myself."I said to him and he was crying like a damn baby.

"Rings..."

I watched as Kj got up to bring the rings causing me to smile.

"Let these rings represent your eternal love and the promises you have made here today. Let them be a symbol of your unbreakable bond and this new beginning of your life together with no end in sight."

"Alexander take Kodi's ring and place it on her finger and repeat after me. With this ring, I promise to love and cherish you to the end of my days."

At this point my face was just as wet as his.

I could feel the veins popping out my forehead that's how hard I was crying.

"Kodi take Alexander's ring and place it on his finger and repeat after me. With this ring, I promise to love and cherish you to the end of my days."

"Your love has now been strengthened by the promises you have made here today and the rings you have exchanged."

"Kodi and Alexander we have heard the sincerity in your promise to share your lives in marriage. We recognize your love and support your decision to build a home together. By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Alexander, you may kiss your bride!"

I was just trynna give his ass a small peck because there were kids here but he wasn't having that at all.

This man really grabbed my neck and nearly stuck his tongue down my throat.

Everyday We Lit had came on and we danced while going back down the aisle.

That really wasn't the song we were supposed to be going back out on but everybody turnt up to it.

I think that's because the one that we did chose it was too vulgar, ima make sure they play it at the reception though.

Once the doors closed back and the wedding party had moved to the other side of the mansion, we all had took pictures.

That took up about thirty minutes then I had to go change my shoes.

Then damn heels had me fucked all the way up.

Once I was finished changing, they welcomed the wedding party back out in pairs.

So it was Shiesty and Kayla, Niya and Bk, then 30 and Natasha who were bickering.

We all got in line for food before the guests.

Once I had my two plates, one that consisted of seafood and the other soul food I was set straight.
