Kelvin's Pov:

I have been pacing back and forth for the past five hours, there lies my beautiful mate all sweating and clearly in pain.

"Alpha, we need to get her to a human hospital" the head medic mumbled

"No!" I yelled "I will not let my mate suffer through that! We don't need humans." I growled glaring at the head medic.

The doctor flinched and bared her neck to me in submission "Alpha, I'm sorry but if we don't she or your baby might not be able to make it," She murmured.

I glared at her and turned to Brielle, my beautiful mate. I walked to her side and held her hand "You can do this," I smiled lightly at her but was panicking on the inside.

This pup was an Alpha, so it was much stronger than my other three pups who were simple. We didn't know the gender because we wanted it to be a surprise.

"Come on Amor" I begged. "You can do this," I murmured softly.

She smiled weakly at me, and tightened her grip around my hand making me wince from the sudden force on my hand.

She growled weakly and glared at the doctor "Eliza. Get this pup out!" She rasped "I will not go to the human hospital; what are you guys for? There has to be another way."

Brielle groaned with pain as another contraction came up.

Eliza; the doctor nodded "Yes Luna," she looked at the other nurses "Quick get her those pills, it will speed up the process."

The nurses nodded and quickly walked out.

"Luna I need you to breath" Eliza basically begged.

I growled and looked at my mate, she was breathing heavily from the pain. But the sparks that came from our hands touching calmed her down a bit, this was the worst birth than any of our three older children.

Brielle groaned and squeezed my hand tighter "Hurry Up!" She roared and it made everyone in the room flinch.

I kissed her forehead "Shh relax Amor it will be okay" she looked at me with her beautiful ice blue eyes, she nodded.

The two nurses came back with a pill and a cup of water, they quickly gave my mate the water and pill and she took it.

She groaned again as another wave of pain crossed her body, I winced and gulped "Amor are you okay?" I asked.

Brielle shot me a glare "Does it look like I'm okay!?" She growled making the other people in the room cover their ears, but me.

I simply nodded and kissed her cheek making her shutter. I smirked, despite being together for four years already the mate bond still had a very strong effect.

Brielle's breathing began steading and the head medic walked up to her at the edge of the hospital bed. "Okay Luna, I know it's been five hours but you need to push when I tell you"

Brielle growled "We already tried that!" I grabbed her hand and intertwined her fingers in mine, her gaze turned towards me and I nodded.

Brielle squeezed my fingers and simply nodded to the doctor at her rear.

"Okay on three. One, Two, Three" The head medic explained.

Brielle screamed in pain making most of the people in the room wince, including my self.

"Come on Luna just a couple more" The head medic practically begged, and looked at the Brielle.

I growled at Eliza and looked back at Brielle "I'm tired!" She growled "I have been at this for five hours!" She yelled.

"Please Luna?" Eliza begged "It might kill your baby"

Brielle gulped and squeezed my hand tighter, she bit her lip trying to stop herself from screaming in pain.

"One more Luna" Eliza reassured her.

Brielle looked at me with pleading eyes, I smiled reassuringly "You got this" I reassured her and kissed her forehead.

Brielle huffed and groaned as she pushed once more. She was panting, but the sound of a baby crying caught both of our attention.

"Would you like to cut the cord Alpha?" Eliza asked, I simply nodded in reply and grabbed the scissors and carefully cut the cord.

"Let me see my baby!" Brielle muttered needinly "I did not carry an alpha baby for nine months, for nothing" she murmured.

I chuckled and walked up to her "Congratulations Alpha & Luna it's a baby girl" Eliza said wrapping the small little girl in a blanket "I will let you feed her and then we'll wash her." The head medic handed our baby to my mate.

Brielle smiled and held our baby, she began carefully feeding the small bundle in the pink blanket.

Hours later little Aylean Rafe Beowulf was in my mates arms and my three pups sat around the hospital bed.

"Why is she so small?" Alistair my oldest son asked, currently four years old.

"Because she's a baby" Brielle answered lightly.

Piper shook her small head "Nuh-uh Awistaiw is wight, she is wewy smol." My three year old daughter said.

Davion crawled up to Brielle and Aylean "I wove her aweady" he smiled.

Brielle smiled and looked at her newly born daughter, her eyes widened and she looked at me "Honey?" She murmured.

I looked at her "Yes Amor?" I asked "what's wrong?"

Brielle gulped "She's a... a runt... the kids are right she's much smaller and than any baby especially an alpha..."

My eyes widened. It was a disgrace to have a runt, let alone an alpha.

My breathing quickened and stood I up, running a hand through my brown hair "Your joking?"

My mate shook her head disappointingly "No," she sighed looking down at our small newborn.

"How do we tell the pack? They are never going to accept a runt as their Luna! Or even an Alpha!" I roared making my three pups start crying.

Aylean simply stared at me, she smiled and my heart shattered "We have to..."

"No no no no! My baby girl will not be forced to live that kind of life!" Brielle begged, and looked at me with pleading eyes. It made my heart shatter even more. "Why Moon Goddess.." she whispered to herself, a tear dropping onto Aylean.

I sighed running a hand through my already messy brown hair "We have to announce her as an omega" I sighed and looked at her.

Brielle bit her lip and looked down at our small baby as tears streamed down her cheeks "I'm so sorry Aylean." She sighed in defeat and looked at me nodding.
