Jax's Pov:
I looked at the girl lying on the floor, "Why did you knock her out?" I glared at the guard who had pinned her down.
"She was trying to get out of grip, and if I hadn't she would've!" The guard; Nino, exclaimed.
"Carefully pick her up. The Alpha wants to talk to her" I ordered. Stupid Aztec, literally made us kidnap this poor Omega.
I mean yeah she was stubborn, but man it was the funniest thing seeing how furious he was when she refused to submit to him.
I chuckled at the memory of him just standing there dumbfounded.
I watched as Nino picked her up and threw her body over her shoulder "Careful!" I growled making him bare his neck to me.
Yeah I did, it was the same way we looked at Elizabeth the first time we found out we were mates.
My eyes went wide when I heard Griffin say that.
What do you mean a runt??
I looked at the limp girl and bit my lip. He was right. Aztec will not like this.
Nobody in the pack will, runts we're a disgrace and a disappointment to werewolf kind. What the heck was the moon goddess thinking??
How is she even still alive?
No, let him find out on his own. She's his mate after all, he needs to be the one to find out about it.
Griffin grunted in reply, then went silent in the black of my head as we continued walking.
No one questioned us anymore because the people that live in this village already knew what we were so they just didn't question what we did anymore.

When we arrived at the pack house Aztec mind-linked me 'Take her to the dungeon.'
'Why the heck do you want me to put your mate into the dungeon you idiot?!' I scolded him. Seriously how stupid is he?

'Wait a second... How did you find out!?!?'
'I'm not blind. I looked at Liz the same exact way.'
'Whatever just listen to your Alpha.'
'Oh your pulling the "Alpha" card now?' I scoffed then looked at the girl. She was still out cold, how badly did Nino hit her on the head 'Fine your majesty, but don't come crying to me when she bites.'
I carefully picked her up from the couch and walked out of the pack house, I cannot believe him. He finally found his mate and now was forcing me to put her into the dungeon!
How much of an idiot is he?
True, but seriously just because she didn't submit to him?
Then what could it be?
People gave me off looks as I carried the girl to the dungeon, but didn't question it as I walked.
The girl was so light, that it felt like I was holding a newborn, but she also looked like she wasn't weak either.
Despite being an Omega the girl looked fairly fit, which shocked me what I first saw her. Every Omega I've met is weak and looks the part; she didn't.
When I finally got to the dungeons gates the guards bared their necks to me and I continued to walk through the gates.
I walked into one of the cells and placed her in on the chair that was on the side "Lock her wrists" I ordered to the guards then walked to the wall and leaned against it.
The two guards locked her wrists with chains then walked out of the dungeon. The girl looked so fragile, her head hung low because she was unconscious.
I pulled out my phone, and called Liz "Hello Luna." I cringed. "Yeah the girl is secure, please tell Alpha Aztec that."
"Thanks ba- Luna" I corrected myself then hung up. I gritted my teeth together, it was getting more frustrating to keep the secret.

Aylean's Pov:
I groaned, a pounding in my head echoed. My vision was completely blurred, my head felt groggy.
I blinked vigorously trying to regain some kind of vision. After doing so I noticed a dim and bleak stone room.
There were mice skidding around the stone cracked floors, along with various amounts of bugs scattering the room.
I groaned again trying to remember something but the pounding in my head prevented any memory to enter my mind.
"Well would you look at that, sleeping beauty is up." A voice echoed throughout the silent room. I bit my lip and looked around.
My eyes squinted trying to adjust to the darkness of the dimly lit room, I tried to stand up but something prevented me me from getting up.
What the heck?
Satin questioned in my head. I looked down at my wrists, both of them were in hand cuffs, cuffed to a metal chair; along with my legs cuffed to the legs of the chair.
"You just going to sit there?" The voice called out again. I looked up to ants the sound source of the voice to see a shadow.
"I can't exactly move now can I?" I sassed, the shadow shifted to and I could see it's eyes.
Good job Aylean you've been kidnapped and your sassing your kidnapper.
The kidnapper walked out of the shadows and into the fairly dim lights in the stone walls.
I recognized the man as the man from the bazaar. My eyes narrowed at him and he smirked at me, although I could see a little bit of guilt in his eyes.
"So why exactly did you kidnap me?" I scoffed. The man looked at me; my memories slowly started to coming back, from what happened.
Oh.
"I think you can figure that out." The man muttered.
"Nope, oh was it because I disrespected your precious little Alpha?" I cooed in annoyance, while rolling my eyes.
The man chuckled "Exactly. Now Omega," he said as he got closer to my face "Why are you disrespecting your mate?" He added.
I gritted my teeth and stared the man down "That is none of your business" I sassed,
The man scoffed and backed away "Well Alpha Aztec is coming in. Good luck Omega" the man smirked and walked out of the room.
I gritted my teeth together as Satin jumped in my head from joy from the mention of our mate; currently giving me a headache.
Soon another man entered and I felt my heart skip a beat. The man had soft black hair that was wavy; short & messy. He had hazel eyes that shot daggers at me, the man had natural tan skin and his build was muscular.
"Hello," the man called out as he entered the dimly lit room.
I forced my self to drool over my mate and scoffed, refusing to answer earning a growl from the Alpha causing shivers to run down my spine, but despite that I still refused.
I looked straight into his hazel eyes not breaking the eye contact once. Aztec looked looked away first and cleared his throat.
I smirked in victory "So can you let me go?" I asked rather sweetly, tilting my head to the side innocently.
Your kidnapped and yet your acting so calm...
You shush.
The Alpha gritted his teeth contemplating letting me go "Please?" I cooed. I noticed his eyes flash darker for a brief moment showing his wolf wanted control.
Reluctantly he walked closer to me and grabbed the keys from his pocket "I won't let you go unless..." he smirked.

The Simulacrum
"He who fights with harem tropes should see to it that he himself does not become a harem protagonist. And if you gaze for long into a narrative, the narrative gazes also into you." --- Friedrich Nietzsche (probably?) How would you react if one day you woke up inside an environment running on tropes and clichés? For allegedly average high-schooler Leonard Dunning, this question became quite relevant when one day he woke up in a pristine city on a strange island in the middle of the Atlantic, without any memories, surrounded by classmates who are barely more than characterless placeholders, and with a classic indecisive harem protagonist and his impossibly beautiful love interests for friends. That would be hard to deal with already, yet his investigation into the tropes governing the world, trying to avoid harem shenanigans, and his odd blend of outside-context knowledge, unique abilities, and a penchant for causing trouble wherever he goes ends up dragging him into the center of the action anyway. Disclaimer: This is a tongue-in-cheek, slice of life romantic comedy, with occasional sprinkles of combat and mystery to spice things up. Please do not expect a straight up deconstruction beyond some in-universe meta-commentary by the characters.
