You scrunch your eyebrows. "Ba't ang liwanag?" Opening your eyes, you're greeted with the morning sun peeking through the curtains and hitting your eyes. With a groan you try to scurry out of the ray of light that's been assaulting your vision.

Only to be stopped by an arm tightening it's hold around your waist.

A smile creeps onto your lips, and you don't bother trying to fight it. You've spent the night with your most favorite girl in the world; Your girlfriend. You open your eyes and turn to face her in her sleep. "Sobrang swerte ko talaga." You think to yourself.

Tricia's mother approves without second doubts about her daughter's relationship. Her sisters had welcomed you into the family and had started building friendships with you regardless of having met you before you and their sister had started dating.

You take a moment to admire her peaceful form, before moving closer and placing a kiss on her collabone as gently as you can and snuggling in and closing your eyes. Eager for more sleep, until a raspy voice breaks the silence of the atmosphere.

"Ang lambing mo naman ngayon."

Tricia bombards your face with kisses before pulling you even closer, snuggling in and ensuring you've got no chance of escape. The action makes you giggle and you let her be, no need for teasing so early in the morning.

"Nacutan lang ako sayo Mahal."

"Anong kelangan mo saakin?"

"Dapat sayo dinodogshow na lang.."

Your girlfriend laughs loudly, despite the dig thrown her way. She kisses your lips softly, a palm pressing against the small of your back as if she wanted to pull you closer despite the non-existence of space between your bodies.

"Mahal naman di mabiro! At masyado pang maaga para mang-asar, ano ka ba?" Tricia exclaims.

"Trish, mag a-alas dose na.."

A loud collection of knocks on the door resounds throughout the room before the perpetrators speaks up.

"Bangon na raw sabi ni mama, kakain na!"

Tricia's eyes shut tightly as she groans as a response to her sister's loudness, clearly not yet ready to leave the comfort of the duvet.

"Mamaya na ang bold, kumain na muna kayo!"

"KADIRI KA JILLIAN!"

Despite the loud scene between the two sisters, you strongly believe that the day starts better than you ever could have thought. With your girlfriend's form being the first thing you saw in your waking moment.
