"Taylor, give it back!" 

"Why should I?" 

"It's the last Coffee Crisp that was in my candy pantry, I told you about it!" 

"Oh, really? Is it?" 

As you can see, my best friend, Taylor, and I were chasing each other like we were in elementary school; fighting over a candy bar. Not just any candy bar! It was a Coffee Crisp, my favorite candy bar, and Taylor knew about it. 

He took a seat on the couch and sat down before he pulled the Coffee Crisp out of his hoodie pocket ad started to unwrap it. I gave him a death glare and I pulled out his favorite candy bar out of my pocket and unwrapped it. 

"You take one bite out of that Coffee Crisp, I'll take a bite out of this Aero bar..." I smirked as I held the Aero bar close to my mouth and he gasped. 

"You wouldn't actually dare, would you, L/N?" He brought the Coffee Crisp close to his lips and I hesitantly gulped. 

"Try me, Hall." I slowly started to take a bite out of it before Taylor wanted me to stop. 

"Hold on, hold on!" Taylor shouted and I looked at him with a look of mischief. 

"Yes, Taylor?" 

He got up off the couch and walked over to where I was and slowly traded the candy bars, me giving him his precious Aero bar while he gave me back my Coffee Crisp. 

"Thank you, Taylor!" I giggled and immediately started to devour the chocolate. "Oh my god, this tastes so good!"

"I'm so glad that today's my cheat day today..." Taylor sighed happily as he sunk his teeth into the Aero chocolate. "Man, the taste of chocolate will never get old..."

"Hey, Taylor?" I smiled softly at him as he was licking the chocolate off his fingers and the wrapper. 

"Yeah, Y/N?" He looked at me with those hazel orbs that were glimmering with the sunshine in his eyes. 

"You-uh-you got a little chocolate on your face..." I quietly giggled to myself as he started to blush and pointed to the wrong place on his face. "Here, let me get it for you."

I turned around to face Taylor and I spotted where the melted chocolate was. Right on his lips. I shakingly sighed and decided to kiss him to get rid of the chocolate on his lips. But, without any warning, he started to kiss me back and that really startled me. I thought he might've been against us kissing!

We eventually pulled away a few minutes later to catch up with our breaths but our foreheads were still touching. My E/C eyes were making eye contact with those gorgeous hazel eyes of his. We both giggled at one another to break the dead silence. 

"Your lips tasted like a combination of chocolate and caramel." I gently smiled at Taylor while he softly chuckled at my thought. 

"Well, your lips tasted like coffee and chocolate to me." He softly rubbed my cheek with the pad of his thumb and I was rubbing his stubbled cheek with my hand.

"Do you think," I started to speak and he looked at me, "we should give us a try?" 

"I've been in love with you since I first met you back when I met you in Kingston..." He softly smiled at me and gently kissed my cheek.

"Really?" 

He nodded his head and that caused me to bite my lip, "I've been in love with you since the first day of school when you were the new kid..." 

"Y/N L/N, will you do me the honor," he cupped my face in his hands and looked into my eyes, "of being my girlfriend?" 

"Of course, I'd be honored to be your girlfriend, Taylor Hall..." I smiled at him and kissed him on the lips once more.
