looking at the end of the street,

while we walk

while we laugh.

can't seem to stop

laughing

so that maybe

we won't feel the end of the street.

can't seem to stop

holding your hand

so that maybe

we will fall off the grid together.

can't seem to stop

the time

so that maybe

we will sharing smiles forever.

but nothing i can do

will stop

everything.

so maybe

i'll just laugh and smile

while we're still walking

even if the dead end is getting

closer.
