I looked around the the room avoiding their eyes.
"I can't believe your back." Tony said
I looked at him "how do you guys remember me?"
"We never forgot."
I raised my eyebrows in confusion "that's impossible, fury erased your memory."
"No, he saved our memory but told us not to remind Steve or Pietro of you." Natasha said crossing her arms and looking at me stiffly
"Wait... So this whole time, you knew?" Pietro asked the other avengers
My mind was blank, I thought Fury would've at least went with what I asked him to do, but instead he only did like a quarter of the job.
"Pretty much..." Stark shrugged
"AND YOU DIDN'T THINK WE SHOULD KNOW?!"Pietro screamed
"You left her Pietro, you're the reason she turned to the dark side." Natasha stated
The look on Pietro's face had said it all.
Complete and utter rage.
"IT WAS HER CHOICE TO LEAVE, I'M NOT THE ONE WHO TOLD HER TO GO!" He yelled his face now a fire truck red.
"Pietro calm down." Stark eased
Pietro shook his head " you're all liars, cheats, assholes... You guys are no heroes, your monsters who think what they do is saving the world, when really it's destroying it."
Everyone was silent, I couldn't blame them, what do you say after that, what could you possibly say to Pietro after he called you out that bad.
"Pietro, we get it, you're angry-"
"-I'm way past angry, I'm done with all of you."
Pietro stormed off leaving us alone in the room.
"Great, silver has left the building." Tony said with a slight laugh

"Are you really laughing at a time like this?" I asked rudely.
"I laugh at everything."
I rolled my eyes, Tony is one big joke.
Speed forward
Maybe the fact that oh admit been here In so long is why I have no clue where to go.
Yep, that's right, I'm lost.
I'm in a four way path, and frankly I don't know which hallway will get me towhees I need to be.
The cafeteria.
"J.A.R.V.I.S?"
"Yes ma'am?" The automated voice said in the hall.
"Where is the cafeteria?" I asked
"Take the hall to your right then make a left on the furthest door."
"Thanks J.A.R.V.I.S!
Following his instructions I walked towards the cafeteria, I know most of the avengers left on a top secret mission, that may I say Fury said I wasn't allowed to be apart of because I'm not technically an avenger anymore.
Ass.
I rolled my eyes internally, even when I came back, not by choice may I add and I get treated like I was just some fucking journalist or an annoying relative that you don't want to invite for Christmas dinner but you know you have too.
Now i'm alone, roaming the oddly empty hallways just trying to get the macaroni and cheese that Betty the head chef, was pretty much known for.
i had finally made it to the door that said 'Cafeteria'
i opened the door and the first thing i could smell was sweat with a hint of the smell of steak, an odd and disgusting combination that would obviously take some time to get use to, but clearly to everyone else the smell was none existence.
i walked to the the table where you order and smiled at Sebastian who had been working since i was an avenger.

"Oh my god, Willow Darwin, is that you?" he asked sounding breathless.
"in the flesh." i smiled
"When they said you were back, i couldn't believe it until i see it, and well now, i'm seeing it."
Sebastian and I always have gotten along, and as much as i wanted to keep in touch with him, and a few others from S.H.I.E.L.D. I knew I probably shouldn't and i regret not
"How have you been?" i asked
"I've been doing good, i got married last spring, i'm now expecting a baby boy in late June." he stated
"Oh my god! congratulations! did you marry Alison?"
"as soon as you left, everyone was in the down and dumps, and i decided i wanted to get married to her as soon as possible, so i popped the question about three months later."
"Wow, I guess things are going good then..."
"Yeah, have you seen Alison yet?" He asked
"No? I thought she was a police officer down in Brooklyn?"
"Not anymore, she works for S.H.I.E.L.D now."
"Really?"
"Yeah she's a field agent, but right now she's in the office instead."
"I had no idea..."
Sebastian gave me a small smile "enough about my personal life, what can I get you?" He asked
"Can I get the macaroni and cheese, with a side of toast."
Sebastian gave me a wink "you haven't changed a bit."
I laughed while nodding my head slightly agreeing with his statement, my food habits haven't changed, but my personality sure has.
"It'll be a few minutes, go and sit down I'll bring your food to you."
I nodded my head and walked away towards an empty table.
I played with my fingers as I looked around the cafeteria, everyone was engrossed into a conversation with their friends and coworkers while I was sitting alone, as usual.
"Willow?"
I turned my head and saw Maria smiling at me, she had the same haircut with a bit of highlights.
"Hi Maria."
"I can't believe your back."
"I've been getting that a lot." I laughed
She smiled and sat down at the table
"So... How are things with Piet-"
"-things with Pietro? There is nothing between us anymore." I stated interrupting her mid sentence still not believing what he did yesterday.
"Seriously? because Pietro can't stop talking about you."
"Maria, when I left I intended to leave everything behind, including my feelings and for the past two years, those feelings for Pietro went away." I lied
She nodded her head slowly "okay then..."
"Here is your macaroni and cheese with a side of toast." Sebastian said as he placed the plate off food on the table in front of me.
I smiled at him gratefully, he had probably just stopped an oncoming argument.
Now time for the best meal of my life.

Keys of the Endpoint
Keys of the Endpoint is an illustrated web serial about the re-birth of civilization in a fantastical world suffering from a recent apocalyptic event. Every day, people appear from the storms that ravage the Endpoint. Whisked away from their own time and place by storms in their homelands, these newcomers find themselves in a hostile place made up of ruins and people from every timeline imaginable. Stranger still, they all soon discover they're carrying silver keys that grant each holder incredible powers. On Earth, most people have mundane excuses for the disappearances, but not Isaac. Having lost his brother Finn to one of these storms, Isaac becomes obsessed with finding a pattern. Not to prevent more people disappearing, but rather to get taken by the storms himself in order to find his brother. While chasing Finn’s faint trail, Isaac soon discovers how little he really knew about himself, his brother and how much loss one person can take. In Keys of the Endpoint there's portal fantasy, personal drama, magic (useable by everyone), plenty of combat, power progression, mysteries, factions, feuds and eventually war (in that order). The magic system is well defined and modular with nigh infinite combinations. The story starts out with one of the two main characters looking for his lost brother but quickly expands in scope from that point on.
