《Mrs. Maximoff》Fifty

I woke up from my sleep feeling a light breeze touching my skin.
I rolled over to stretch my arms as a light yawn escaped my mouth.
I turned to face my beautiful girlfriend who was still sleeping peacefully. Her face was highlighted by the sunlight, which these days was rare since it had been raining most of the time.
I got out of bed trying not to make any noises, kissing Y/N's lips gently before walking to my closet to get fresh clothes.
Last night's activities were still replaying in my head, making it feel like it was still somehow having an effect on me even though several hours had passed.
I took shower and put on a fresh set of clothes, and just as I finished getting dressed I heard my phone ring from my bedroom.
I quickly ran to gather it as I didn't want it to wake Y/N, thankfully it didn't even make her move one bit, she was such a heavy sleeper, which made me chuckle.
"Wanda Maximoff here," I said, not checking the caller ID.
"Seriously? It's your brother."
"Oh, Pietro, hi! How are you?" I asked him as headed to the kitchen to make some breakfast.
"I'm good, what about you? You sound different, and by different, I mean better."
"What? I didn't sound good before?"
"You know that's not the point. Did something happen at the party last night?"
"Wait- how do you know about the party? And how do you know I was there?"
"I have my ways. Spill it, come on."
"Never."
"I can't even threaten you with "I'll tell mom" anymore, growing up is so annoying."
"Sucks to suck."
"Apparently one of us sucked last night, but it definitely wasn't me."

"Pietro Maximoff!"
"Yeah, I can't tell mom because you are mom."
"That sounds so wrong."
"Will you just give me an answer? Yes or no?"
"None of your business."
"That's just not what the instructions of the game said."
"I actually despise you so much."
"Shut up, you love me."
"Whatever. You leave the day New Year's, right?"
"Yeah, why?"
"I'll come by at the hotel you're staying at before you leave, we need to have twin talk, an important one."
"Got it, boss."
"Okay, feel free to come to hang out here if you want. Bye Pietro, I love you!"
"I love you too sis, see ya! Say hi to Y/N for me!"
"I hate you!"
I got off the phone and finished up on the breakfast, putting it in two different plates before taking them to the bedroom, alongside some cutlery.
"Good morning, my love." I said as I walked into, put the plates on a nightstand and kissed Y/N's forehead.
"Mhm." Y/N muttered making me laugh. I knew she wasn't a morning person, and that was actually one of the most adorable things about her to me.
"Come on, darling. You have to wake up." I caressed her naked body under the sheets, which would make her wake up.
"It's not fair."
"What?"
"What you're doing right now."
"I'm not doing anything." I played it off, knowing exactly what I was doing, making sure I wasn't overstepping, of course. I saw how tired she got last night and I wouldn't want to start something she wasn't ready for.
"Can you pass me my shir- right. I wasn't wearing a shirt last night." Y/N brought her hands up to her head, looking around for clothes.

"And I am so glad you didn't. That dress looked stunning on you." Y/N looked at me and smiled, placing her hands on my cheeks and sitting up to kiss me.
"I've made you breakfast." I pointed at the two plates on the black nightstand, watching Y/N's gaze soften as she saw what I had made.
"I noticed you're not a fan of savory breakfasts, so I made you your beloved pancakes, I wasn't sure about which topping you wanted, though." I passed her the plate and she dived into the food as if she hadn't eaten in a while.
We ate our breakfasts together, she ate her pancakes while I ate my scrambled eggs. A comfortable silence fell upon us and no one was complaining.
"These. Were. Amazing." Y/N made sure to put a generous amount of emphasis on each word, making me laugh. "You should make these every day, not me."
"You make them just as good, darling." I kissed her forehead one last time before standing up. "I have to make some calls, feel free to stay here and relax, I shouldn't be long."
"Why do they always bother you even if you're on holiday?"
"Because the only people I hired were the journalists."
"You say that like you regret it."
"I most definitely don't, trust me." I pecked her lips before heading into the living room to start making the calls.
As soon as Wanda left the room I immediately picked up my phone, seeing a bunch of notifications from a group chat between me, Morgan, Jules, River and Ezra.
Most of these were just videos of Morgan dancing in a not exactly sober way, pictures from a high angle of everyone with their drinks.
I most definitely wanted to be a part of that fun, but then the memories from last night hit me and I was very happy with how things went.
I went through my contacts to find one in particular.
"What?" A very hungover Morgan replied.
"It happened."
"What happened?"
"Are you kidding me?"
"Excuse you! I am hungover. Very hungover, so get to the point."
"You know how Wanda and I left last night..."
"I have some blurred images in my mind but frankly, yeah."
"Well..."
"You got some?!"
"If you want to put it that way."
"It's like a reward, really. This feels like a personal victory, you know? After tolerating your complaints for weeks, it's finally over. Good for you, my friend."
"I can't stand you." As I spoke I heard some steps get closer. "Enjoy your hangover, Stark. Bye!"
"Morgan?" Wanda asked, sitting next to me.
"Yeah, they're very hungover."
"Poor Morgan, hangovers aren't nice at all." Wanda got closer to me and wrapped her arms around my body once again. "Y/N?" she called out.
"Yeah?"
"I was wondering if...well, you wanted to go on a date with me? Tonight?" Wanda asked.
My heart was so full of her.
"We're girlfriends, Wanda. Of course I'll go on a date with you. I might need to go home to get ready, though."
"Nooo you don't, just wear the black dress again, please?"
I looked at her, her begging face made me laugh.
"Fine, I'll wear the dress."
"Yeah!"
