I groan and dogded the punch coming my way.I kick my opponents feets making him fall down.I quickly placed my foot on his neck,pinning him down,urging him to submmit.

"I submmit,Alpha" He said wheezing.

I let him go and and we shook hands.Training and sparing with my pack was one of the best ways to bond and make our pack bond stronger.

"Okay,Everyone,we going to run four laps then we done." I shouted over the many sweaty warriors.

We started running and Aloisia joined me to run next to me.

"How is everything going,We haven't had time to talk ever since you moved in the castle" She said taking in breaths.

I suddenly felt guilty.Aloisia is my bestfriend,my sister.She was there for me through humilating times.She was there to tell me to never give up and keep pushing.Ever since I found my mate I have negleted her.

"I'm sorry-" I started but she cut me off.

"It's okay.I nkow what having a mate feels like" She said softly.

"But still,you're my best friend.I should have time for you" I said and fasten my pace a little.

"It's okay.Now tell me.Is he good to you?" She asked smirking lightly.

A smile immideately formed on my face.Amatus is more than good to me.I never nkew I could feel so much for just one person.

He makes me feel things and emotions I thought i'll never feel.

My world revolves around him.The bond has been growing and urging us to mate and mark each other,so it has been getting harder and harder for the both of us to control ourselves and our inner beasts.

"He is realy good to me,Sia.You know me better than anyone that I have never let anyone close to me but I can't stay away from him.I don't think I can anyway besides he wouldn't let me" I said chuckling at the end and she smirk.

We stopped at the end of the field and grabbed one of the scattered water bottles.I tore the lid open,chunking the whole thing on my mouth.

"I'm glad your happy,you deserve it" She smiled at me.I nodded silently telling her thank you.

We started heading inside the castle since training was over.

"So what kink does Ambrosius have?" Aloisia asked with a smirk making me choke on siliva.

"What?He doesn't have one and even if he did I wouldn't tell you"

I said and tryed to make the blush burning on my cheeks go away.

"How about this....I tell you what kink Angela has then you do the same" She said and her eyes darken with lust.

I made a disgusted face "I don't want to know bunny's kink and I definetly don't want to know what you thinking about right now."

"Relax,I'm only thinking about the time angela let me lick her-" She started but I cut her off.

"Bunny!" I screamed at Angela.She was crouched down in the front garden planting flowers,her favourite thing to do.

Aloisia burst out laughing while her mate squealed,starlted by my voice.She glared at me and she realy looked like a bunny.

"See w-what you did t-t-to my flowers,Amatus" She whined and pointed to a slightly bent to the left flower.The flower looked fine to me so I bent down and poked it with my finger to make it stand straight.

She gaped like a fish out of water whe the flower fell completly.I stood up and smile nervously.

"You nkow you my only bunny" I said and ran inside the door,laughing when she growled like a kitten.

I went to our room and took a shower.I tryed to make it quick because the bond was squzzing together,wanting us to be closer.

As soon as I was done getting dressed I followed my mates scent.It led me outside the castle.

I found him closer to the forest with some of the warriors.He seemed to be in a deep conversation with them as his back was turned to me.One of the warriors noticed me first and bowed.Everyone did and Ambrosius turn around.He smiled and my stomach became warm and fuzzy.He turned back to his warriors and said something to them before they all went away.

I approached him slowly but he took quick strides and met me halfway.He pulled in a long and bruising kiss,making my nkees feel like jello.

"Gooded,I missed you" He said breathlessly when he pulled back.

"I missed you too,the bond is messing with us" I said sofly.

He chuckled but his chuckle was laced with something,pain. "I never,ever knew that I would exprience the matebond in my life"

I swallowed and whispered "Me too"

He cupped my chin and kissed me lightly. "Take a walk with me"

He started heading inside the forest and I followed.I caught up to him and we walked in silence.The forest was loud,birds chirping and animals making different sounds.

"How is Tallin's grandmother?" I asked because as much as I loved the silence,it was becoming boring.

He raised an amused brow making me smile innocently.

"She's doing fine"

I hummed.Suddenly the loud forest became eirie silent,dark smoke appeared in the sky and I watched as it decscended to us slowly.

"Get behind me,Amatus!" Ambrosius shouted over the smoke and came to stand infront of me in a fighting stance.

I scoff and stepped away from him to stand in a fighting position too,besides him.

"I'm an Alpha,I can take care of myself"

Ambrosius glared at me making me smirk.He went to say something but was cut off by a shreaking loud laugh.It sounded so evil and was filled with hatred.The smoke surrounded us like a thick blanket.I caughed to clear my contricting chest,as a women my age appeared in the smoke.

She wore a black and silk dress.It was realy short that if she bend over,you could see her panties.Her nipples were showing on the dress.She pointed at long finger at amatus and he froze.He tryed moving but he was frozen.He grolwed making her laugh,a shrill laugh.

She came closer to me.I tryed moving but I was frozen too.She smile an evil smile and ran her cold finger along my face.

"So handsome.goddess no wonder Ambrosius never told us about you" He voice was calm,too calm for my liking.

I grolw at her in warning but her smile widen "Adorable"

She chuckled drly and brought her face closer to sniff my neck.

She sucked in a breath and groan.

"So pure,I wanna have a taste.You wouldn't mind,right your excellently?" She asked turning to look at ambrosius.

His growl shook the ground making a few birds an animals run away.The women rolled her eyes and gripped my chin in a painfull grip.

When Ambrosius grolw some more.She pointed a finger to him again,and this time we couldn't hear his warning grolws.

"You'll let me have just a tiny tinys taste,Amatus" She said,purring my name.

I cringed in distusted and she backhanded me.She stared at me then smile innocently.

"Don't be rude now,sweettie" she said queilty.She suddenly stiffined as if receving a mindlink.

She then scoffed and vanished along with the smoke.I sucked in a breath of fresh air when the smoke was completly gone.

Ambrosius scrambled to come to me.When he reached me,he cupped my face and turned it side to side.I gently took his hands off my face.

"I'm okay,Ambrosius" I said queitly.

He growled angryly and roughly pulled me on his chest. "goddess,Amatus.I told you to stand behind me"

I shove him of me and stepped away from him." What did she mean,when she said you didn't told them about me.Do you...Do you know her,Ambrosius?"

He pinched the bridge of his nose. "It doesn't matter whether I know her or not.She almost drank from you"

I roll my eyes and crossed my arms on my chest. "ofcourse it matters"

He stare at me queitly like he is having a mental battle with his wolf before he turned around and heads back.I stared at his back in shock.

I caught up to him and grabbed his arms to make him turn around but he roughly shrugged it off.

"So,you not going to tell me who that women was because I know you know who she is,Ambrosius"

I asked,anger boiling in my veins.

He growled and stopped walking.His face was void of any emotions and he looked dangerous.He screamed dominance and I was finding it hard not to submmit to him.

"I don't know her" he said in a low voice.

"I don't believe you because she made it clear that she knows you" I said just as calmly.

He shrugged "That doesn't mean I know her"

I sigh and nodded.He started walking again and I did the same.I know Amatus is keeping some things about the killings from me.I haven't confronted him because I know he'll tell me when he is ready,but I nkow Ambrosius knows that women.I don't want him to spill his darkest and deepest seacret to me but I do want him to involve me in this investigation,fully.I'm not going to voice my concerns about Tallin because I don't trust him but I don't think he went to see his sick grandmother.There is a lot we don't know about these killings but i'm not going to force Ambrosius to tell me because he hasn't forced me to spill my guts to him.
