I peeled my eyes open and yawn.I stretched my diliciously sore body.Yesterday night was the night I would never forget. Ambrosius and I had finally marked and mated.We had completed the bond and it was the best night of my life.

I frowned when I looked at the empty and cold space next to me.I tryed seeking him through the bond but it was shut.My frown deepend when the the mindlinked was also closed.I shot out of bed and and went to the bathroom but didn't find him.I decided to calm down and willed the negative thoughts to go away.

I soaked for a while and took and shower afterwards,all the while the bad feeling in muy gut never went away.I know something is wrong.When I was dressed I went to the kitchen and I know something is realy wrong when everyone was seated gloomly. Aloisia was not present on the table.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Morning,Amatus" Domitius gretted sofly.I nodded.

I didn't have time to talk.I wanted to know what's going on.I wanted to know where my mate was.

"Hey Amatus,I think it's best you sit down,okay" Amara said sofly.

"Where is Ambrosius?" My voice roared making Angela jumped slightly.

"Yeah and his gamma" Aloisia said coming behind me.I didn't even notice that Salvadore was not present and come to think of it,the castle felt almost empty.

Aloisia dropped the book she was carrying roughly on the table.It was a thick dairy.

"You went through my brothers office" Amara said harshley making me blink in shock.I've never seen this look on her.

"Your brother is liar" Aloisia growled back.

I stiffened.I suddenly didn't want to nkow where Ambrosius was.I took the dairy "Ama-" Domitius tyred to stop me but one glare had him shutting up.

I took a deep breath and opened the dairy.Inside the dairy were pictures of people I had neve seen before and their names under each picture.The next pages contained information about some organasation that was present centuries ago.I read that they used to make experiement on people and the last page had my stomach dropping.I didn't say much but I knew enough.They had kiddnap Ambrosius and didn't some experiement on him and when he got out it said that he had destroyed the whole investigation.

I closed the book slowly and just stared at the cover,my mind running widely.

"Amatus?"

"Is anyone going to tell us what's going on?" Aloisia asked.I think I had lost my voice.

"It's best if everyone seats down and I promise i'll tell you everything." Domitius said.

"Daddy,I don't think Lucio-" Amara started.

"It's time Amatus knows.They are mates" Domitius said.

I silently sat down.It was queit as we all looked at my mates uncle.

He rubbed his temple tired and sigh.

"Goddeds.He is going to kill me after this" He muttured under his breath.

"Okay.My sister,Ambrosiu's mother was next in line to be queen and she was mated to an Alpha just like her son,who was also a werewolf.Bieng mated at that time was frowned upon.Everyone was scared of how powerful they would be together especially when they completed the bond."

"Angela was-" Angela gasped and blushed ducking her head when we turned to look at her. Domitius smiled sofly at her and continued the story.

"So,Angela was her name.She was told to reject her mate but she didn't and her mate refused to reject her too.On a fulk moon,the day she was supposed to be crowned queen,she ran away with her mate.They left everything behind.They left the kingdom and his mates pack and ran away together.They had a child,Ambrosius."

He sigh and shifted in his seat "There was this organisation of shifters.Only shifters were allowed to join.They were lead by a mated couple who were wolfshifters.They liked expiriementing,they were very curious wanted to know everything and wanted to find out if they put this and this wha would happan.Everyone knew they were bad,evil people and the council and our parents were on to something to bring them down"

"I don't know how they knew that Angela was pregnent but they did and waited until she gave birth to snatch her child away from her.They knew that she was going to give birth to the first hybrid and they wanted to do their crazy experiememts on him.They mananged to take Ambrosius,killimg my sister on his mate on the spot.They took Ambrosius when he just born.He grew up in their cove with them and they did things to him.When he grew up he mananged to escape and killed them all.My parents couldn't find the organisation and everytime they did find them,they would leave.When my parents found their coven again they found it burning with everyone in it,a twenty year old kneeling outsided.They came back with him and I took care of him until this day." He finished and it was silent again.

I had heard rumors about how the king was kidnapped when he was young but I never paid attention because there a lot of rumours about the king and I couldn't pay attention to one.I was schocked to find thay out and my heart bleed for my mate.

"And now they think the organisation is back again?" Aloisia asked again when my tongue seemed tied.

"Yes.He killed the whole organisation.I know but he called and told me that someone is starting the organisation again" Domitius said.

"Where is Ambrosius?" My voice sounded strange to my own ears.

Domitius sigh heavly "He had sent Tallin to look around and find the ogarnisation and-"

"I though Tallin was looking after his sick grandma" Sia scoffed.

"And I actually bealived that" I said drly.

"He was just trying to protect you,Amatus" Amara said sofly.

"I don't need protection!" I growled.

"Hey,hey everyone calm down,okay.Ambrosius had told every Alpha to come and fight next to him as they destroy the new organisation" Domitius told us.

"All the while he didn't think about telling me" I said feeling my chest hurts and my throat clogging up. "He slept on the same bed with me everynight and all those time he was hiding something this big.....I suspected something but...goddess.Where is the cove they are attacking?"

"Amatus,Lucio didn't tell you because he didn't want you at that place" Amara injected and I glared at her making her swallow.

"I send you the location" Domitius said and stood up

"Daddy!"Amara exclaimed.

"Shut up,Amara.You lied to us,you and your brother are liars" Aloisia snapped at Amara.

"You coming,Right?" I asked her and she nodded immideatly.

I was going to thay war whether Ambrosius likes it or not.I was going to fight next to him.He can't just decide on his own that he wants me to fight or not.I feel hurt and abonden that we hand an amazing night yesterday only for him to leave in the middle of the night.I hurts so much but I wasn't going to dwell on that.My mate needed me.We mates we are stronger together and I know I have to be there to protect my mate.

My wolf whimpered when we emtered our room.Rembering last nights events and only to wake up alone hurts.I was changing into an amoire when the door opend and walked in Domituis.

"Don't try to stop me because i'm going" I said harshely.

He chuckled sofly "I wasn't going too.My nephew made a wrong decision but he was realy trying to protect you" He said.

"Why does your nephew thing I need protection?" I said gruffly.

"Ambrosius is naturally protective of his loved ones and your his mate plus his beast ofcourse he is going to be extremely protective.Those people did a lot of things to him and some I don't know.He didn't want you going through what he went through" Domitius said.

"Okay" I said dryly tieing my boots.

"Okay then.....I've sent the location to your number.Amara gave it to me" He said with a sigh.

He went to leave but stopped at the door and said "Just listean to him,okay.Give him a chance to explain"

I didn't say anything and he left.I went out and met with Aloisia.She looked badass as always.She was wearing black pants and a long sleeve leather jacket,showinf some of her cleavage.It matched her black book that reached her thighs.

"Amara said he'll stay with Angela" She told me.

"She'll be fine" I ressures her.

"I already mindlinked our pack warriors and we'll meet outside" She informe me.

"Good"I grumbled.

Outside we found the pack warroirs loading into cars and one approached us. "Alpha,this way"

We followed him into a black Jeep wrangler and got inside.

"I'm driving" I said when Aloisia went to take the key.We both got inside as soon as were we both buckled up,I din't waste time and hit the gas.
