《I'm A Krieger Harris》Chapter Twenty One

- Paige's POV -
It's now game day and we just got to the stadium in Tampa to watch the game. When I say we, I mean Danielle, Brandon, and I. Mom and Mama were able to get security for us so we could get to the family section.
Once to the family section, we sit down after Danielle and I greet Kyle, and introduce Brandon. I then spot the Pugh's above us. "I'll be right back." I say, and my siblings nod at me as I get up. I head towards them.
"Hi, it's nice to finally meet you off the screen." I say, getting their attention. "Oh, hello Paige! How are you, sweetheart?" Miss Pugh says. "I'm good, how are you all?" I ask. "We're good." They answer. "That's good." I say with a smile and they nod. "You're more beautiful in person. Mal needs to keep you around." Bri says. "Thanks." I laugh as I get a little flustered. "Well the games about to start and I wanna see my brother's reactions to his first WNT game so I'm gonna go." I say and they laugh. "Okay." They say. I then go back and sit back down between Danielle and Brandon, as we wait for the teams to come out and the anthems. After the anthems, Mom goes to goal and Mama comes to the bench, which we're sitting right behind. Mama waves at me and my siblings before sitting down.
Soon the game starts. They're playing Mexico today so it should be a pretty good game.
We scored two goals in the first half, one from Christen and one from- well.... Rapinoe. The teams just went back to the locker room.
"How are you liking the game so far, bro?" I ask Brandon. "I'm absolutely loving it. I mean, I haven't been to a soccer game in so long. Well I haven't done alot in so long but that's besides the point." He says. "Well that's great, and yep..." Danielle says. "Well at least you're not having to be on the field, because that's a whole different atmosphere. Or hell world!" I say and my siblings laugh. "What position do you play?" Brandon asks me. We actually haven't really talked about it. "I'm a goalkeeper. But I didn't get called up so I won't even make it on the SheBelieves Cup roster." I say. "I bet you will next year." Brandon says. "You've never even seen me play." I say. "And I know you're amazing so sh." He says causing me to laugh. "Here." Danielle says and hands him her phone. I'm hella confused and a few minutes later he hands her her phone back. "You didn't let a single PK in?!" "Which set?" I ask. "Your first practice with the National Team when you stepped in for Lyssa." Danielle says. "Oh yeah I forgot about that." I say and rub the back of my neck. "Oh look they're restarting." I say to the attention off me.

Once the final whistle blew, the final score was 4-0 with us winning of course. We get on the field and Mal runs over to me and hugs me, before giving me a small kiss. "Good game." I say. "Thanks." She says. "Now who's this big guy?" She continues. "That's my brother Brandon. Mal Brandon, Brandon Mal." I say. "Hi nice to meet you." "You too, Brandon." Mal says as they shake hands. "So.... Pai didn't tell me details but how long have you two lovebirds been in love?" I get annoyed and Mal giggles. "Brandon." I say. "Yes my lovely little sister?" He says. "Go pick on Danielle and Sonnett." "Okay." He says as he goes to find them, and I turn back to Mal. "Calm down babe." She says and takes both of my hands in hers, instantly making me unannoyed. "Sorry." I say. "It's okay. Oh wait my family. Oh you have to meet them!" She says excitedly. "I alread- okay we're going now." I say as I'm then dragged to her family. "Good game today, Mal!" Her Mom says. "Thanks." Mal says. "Family, this is my girlfriend Paige, Paige, my family, Bri, my mom Karen, and my dad Horace." She says. "Hi again." I say. "Again?" Mal asks confusedly. "Yep." I say. "We met before the game." Bri says. "Oh." Mal says and we laugh.
After talking with her and her parents for a few minutes, I went and found my moms before they have to go back to the hotel. I snuck up behind them and jumped onto Mom's back.
"My Bubbles!" Mom yells as she makes sure I don't fall. "Hi sweetie." Mama says with a smile. "Hello." I say, returning the smile. "Good game today." I say. "Thank you." They both say and I hop down before hugging them both. "Are you all free this afternoon?" I ask. "Sadly no sweetie. But we have recovery tomorrow then we're coming home the day after tomorrow." Mama answers. "Oh, okay." I say then they're yelled for. "We gotta go. We love you." Mom says. "Love you too." I say sadly and they both hug me before kissing me on the head and walking towards the locker room. I then walk and reunite with my siblings and I'm a little down now since I can't talk to my moms and Mal.

But I mean, they'll be home soon, and I guess I'll just have to wait to see Mal again.

Triquetra: A Multi-Class Isekai or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Accept the End of the Multiverse
Triquetra: An Multi-Class Isekei Adventure I know, I know, you have heard it all before. Yes I was hit by a truck. Yes I ended up in a Fantastical World suspiciously similar to one of my favorite RPG’s. Yes I had access to cheats no one else possessed. Yes it was a world of classes and levels and magic powers. Finally, yes I was an overweight middle-aged loser failing to live up to my potential. Given my eclectic reading habits I should have been better prepared. Unfortunately I was not. Sure I could multi-class with reduced penalties, but my starting class was Scholar! No combat abilities and very limited spellcasting. My HUD interface costs mana to use, and my universal translation seemed to be outsourced to Giggle Translate. I’m supposed to be an OP MC! Not a slice-o- life struggling to survive in the wilderness. Not to mention the Arch-Magus who summoned me, mistimed everything, I arrived 300 years too late, after the fall of the Empire I was supposed to save. The surviving remnants have devolved into Murder Hobos. What’s worse is that the Great Devourer, Ancient Calamity, and Spawn from the Void Beyond Time, Space, and Sanity is now aware of a new world to plunder, a world called Dirt! (Told you this translator sucks) Warning Extra Crunchy Authorial Vebosity! Lots of infodump in the early chapters, but I learn my lesson and it does get better, eventually. I do not own the Cover image, found it on a free image site.

The Fine and Wholesome Activity of Chasing Shadows
A group of strangers gather in a ruined church. Each one chased a different rumor to find a mysterious storyteller. His stories begin while the moon hangs high and end just before dawn. Every tale features the supernatural but these stories are unexpectedly human. So yea, it's a series of interconnected short stories. This is my first time writing publicly like this so I'd love to hear some comments and criticism.
