“Where is he?” izzy asked pacing back and forth in front of Alec’s desk. Alec looked at her then at jace. The man they were supposed to meet with was an hour late. They had plans to meet with their mother after the meeting so where anxiously awaiting his arrival. Alec had proposed they meet in public in a nearby restaurant where there would be many people to witness whatever would happen. But the man commonly known with the allies ‘the high warlock’ had shot down the idea. The man had also set up a few pre conditions for their meeting. One of them being the lightwoods retire all there security for the afternoon. Alec had refused to do so being worried about his sibling’s wellbeing but he knew he had to meet with the guy if he wanted to keep doing his business without having a run in with NYPD.

“Come on izzy you should know by now that pacing won’t make him magically appear” jace said in his usual bored tone

“Why don’t you two go meet up with mother early? I can finish up here and meet with you guys later” Alec proposed

“Hell no” jace growled turning to Alec. His carefree tone sudden disappearing.

“We are not going anywhere until we deal with this guy” he said firmly izzy nodded her head in enthusiasm at what their brother said. Alec sighed loudly and got up but before he was able to utter a word he heard footsteps.

“We’ll talk more about your inability to take orders later. Right now we have company” he said and sat back down.

Just then the double oak doors of Alec’s office were opened by a pale looking Latino and a fiery red head. And in came a man dressed in a purple suite. He had sun kissed Carmel skin and his raven hair with its purple ends was styled in sparks. The man walked in with such a grace that made him look as if he owned the room. Behind him came in a brunet who kept pushing his glasses up every few minutes. The man and woman who opened the door followed in the man in the purple suite. He walked straight to the desk alec was sat at and extended a hand to him. Not paying mind to the other two who sat near him.

“you must be Mr. lightwood” he said in a silky smooth voice

“alec lightwood” alec replied getting up to shake his hand. The man nodded with a ghost of a smile

“it’s a pleasure to finally meet you alexander, I’m bane, magnus bane” the man introduced him self

“why did we have to get rid of our security detail if you brought yours?” jace asked almost angrily

“well Jonathan. Seeing as in all three of you have enough fighting skills and experience as my security detail I didn’t think it would be fair if something would go wrong” the guy, magnus said. Jace gritted his teeth but refrained from saying anything.

Once all of them were sat a tense sort of silence

"Can you guys excuse us" the man in the purple suite said and his security detail left. He gave a look to alec and he sighed.

"Can you guys give us a moment" alec said

"Alec we're not-" jace started

"I won't hurt your big brother pretty boy" the man said and jace glared at him. Alec nodded at him and they left.

The man got up and went around the table to where alec was sat and sat on his lap and kissed his softly.

"I forgot how hot you look when your playing boss" Alec said kissing his cheek

"When are we gonna tell them about us darling? " his boy friend asked starting a trail of kisses down his neck

"Ah... Mags not here" alec said softly biting his lower lip to muffle his moans. His neck was really sensitive and magnus knew that

"Then tell me when! I want to be able to hold you in front of our friends" magnus said and got up

"Let's tell them now" alec said getting up and pulling magnus closer to him.

"Really? " magnus asked

"Yup" Alec replied and magnus kissed him. Just then the door opened

"Hey Alec are you don-" izzy started saying walking in but stopped when she saw the position they were in. Magnus say in the table and her brother between his legs with there lips working together.

"Can you call every body in" alec asked she nodded and left. A dew minutes later they all came in.

"Me and mags have been together for almost a year" alex stated

"Okay" jace said and sat down

"Just okay? " alec asked

"What were you expecting? " izzy asked

"I don't know" alec said

"We are happy your happy. But magnus if you hurt my brother just know that I know how to make a body disappear " izzy said with a smile.

"Duly noted" magnus said snuggled into his boyfriends arms and for the rest of the night they talked business and got to know about each other.
