Arika's Pov
I slowly open my eyes and waited for my eyes to get use to the light. I look around and saw a white room with only a bed that I was on. I look for a door but there wasn't any. I quickly got up and ran across the room to the wall but got pull back and i fell on my back. I got on my knees and saw chains around my wrists. "No,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no....I can't, please not again." I look down at the ground. Hot burning tears came down on my cheek and fell on the floor. "I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TRUSTED YOU!!" I fully cry into the room. A huge sob came to me and I couldn't stop it. Anger filled my eyes and the thought of freedom and looking for the boy was now hopeless. I stood up and stumble back to the bed. I climb on and went to the corner of the bed. I sat there thinking of a new strategy to leave yet another hell hole.
Robin's Pov
"Please let me go talk to her, She's not what she really is." I said.
"No means no." Said Black Canary.
"But why she trusts me more than any other person in here." I said.
"I beg to differ." I look at the door and saw Batman coming towards me and Black Canary. "Why are so interested in her, Robin?" Said Canary with worry eyes.
"Just because she's the daughter of the Joker doesn't mean she's bad!" I yelled in frustration. I realized what I said and held my hands to my mouth closing them.
"What!" Batman said.
"That's impossible." Canary said with hatred eyes.

I quickly spoke trying again. "But she's been torture and experimented on. She's been forced to do things she hated and she's been living in a cage with chains around her wrists and ankles all her life...She just wants to be free." They both look at you with furry in their eyes.
"Don't trust her. She is the daughter of the Joker's." said Canary.
She looks at Batman. "She's right." He headed to the door. "I'll interrogate her."
"Wait! I'll do it." I said quickly. They both look at me. They thought for a while. Black Canary look at Batman. "Fine" Batman said. I smiled and headed towards her cell block.
Arika's Pov
I sat there. I manage to stop crying. A door appear across the wall. I hug my legs and look down. I heard footsteps approach the bed. My throat felt dry and i couldn't speak. I look down and didn't dare to look up. The figure sat on the bed. I close my eyes. I was feeling like I could pass out. I started to shake in fear. "I'm sorry...I didn't want this to happen." He said with a soft voice. "I could try to convin-"
"Please just let me go...I just want to be free and live like a normal person." I look at him in the eyes. He still wore his mask and costume but i didn't mind.
"I'll try but it's not for me to decide.." He lay on the wall on top of the bed. "I'll try to tell them to get the chains off you. I know you hate them." He said softly.
I couldn't help but cry again. I couldn't help it. I don't know whats going to happen to me and I just want to be free. I could feel Robin giving me a sad expression. I flinched a little as i felt Robin hugging me. He was tense like me but then relax. I gently unfolded my arms and hugged him back. I let all the frustrations and sadness out by crying to Robin. Why can't i just be free. I hate having a Tearful Moment.

Slaying Monsters for Dummies
East coast, late 2018. A handful of people with nothing in common find themselves targeted by kidnappers. It sounds like a job for the FBI, except that the criminals are not quite human anymore, and the victims find themselves wielding strange abilities. How exactly are you supposed to explain that to the cops? You don't. You survive, fight and strive, and most importantly you prepare, for magic is coming back and there is a world to save. And a market to corner. Image by Bella Bergolts. https://www.deviantart.com/bellabergolts The story is told from the perspective of the two protagonists. I have finished writing two arcs and will upload them quickly, the upload rate will slow down after that. I welcome corrections and constructive criticism, in particular when it comes to inconsistencies.

The 8th Day
One day life is good. The next day it isn't! The boundaries between... well, whatever they're between.. have shattered! Monsters burst out from cracks in the universe, and reality suddenly begins to function similar to a game -- but not a game that anyone knows all the rules about! Magic is suddenly real, but so are monsters and death! Lots of death! And the worst part of it all? I think we did it to ourselves! We invented video games, and personally I think that great Finger-in-the-Sky picked up a console somewhere and started playing them. Since He liked what he saw, he must've declared, """"On the 8th Day, let there be Game!"But what do I know about it all, really. After all, I'm just """"The Witness"""" forced to observe it all.__________________________________________________________________________Author's Note: There's a lot of tales where characters get stuck in a Virtual Reality. """"Sword Art Online"""", """"Log Horizon"""", """"The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor"""". This is a story told with the premise inverted -- instead of a person from reality going into a virtual world, what would happen if the virtual world instead came to reality?I want this tale to speak about the aspects of the game, as it has affected the current reality, but the focus of the story should never be on the """"reality-turned-game"""" itself, but on the characters and their oh-so-human struggles, personalities, and attempt to adjust and live within the bounds of their new existence. Hopefully this won't just be a story of """"reality turned into a game"""", but instead will be something more meaningful such as a story of the strengths, perseverance, and humanity of man-kind as they try to adapt and face the unknown.*** And, most importantly, I hope everyone enjoys reading it as much as I've enjoyed writing it. ***WARNING: RATED MATURE M[18+] FOR GORE, SEX, VIOLENCE. The apocalypse isn't a pretty place to try to survive in, and neither is every scene in a story trying to describe it.
