Wally's Pov

"Hello, my name is Arika. It's a pleasure to meet you all."

Her voice is like an angel. A beautiful dark angel. Her blue ocean-like eyes and her long silky hair. She is beautiful. I can't stop staring her.

"Wally, Wally, hey earth to Wally!" I got out of my thoughts and look at Artemis.

"What?"I said.

"It's your turn to introduce yourself to Arika." She said.

I blush. I tried to hide my blush but it was impossible. "H-h-hi I'm Wally West, aka Kid Flash."

Damn me for stuttering in the beginning. She smile. "It really is a pleasure to meet you all." Her voice sounded amazing.

"So Arika what did you do before." Said Megan. Arika look down at her lap but kept on smiling.

"I-I was lock in a cage by my father." She said. I frown. Why would anyone cage their own daughter. I look at everyone and they were also frowning.

She look up and realized that we were all frowning. "I'm mean it wasn't that bad." She said.

I place my hand on top of hers. "You're part of this family now." I smile at her as i said that.

She look at me then at everyone. They all nodded in agreement. Tears started to fall of her cheeks. She quickly wipe the tears away and smile a big grin. "Thank you"

Robin's Pov

I saw Wally place his hand on Arika's. I wanted to punch Wally in the face really hard. I know he didn't do anything wrong but i don't want him to touch Arika. Tears fell from Arika's cheeks. She quickly wipe them away and smiled. I smiled but i didn't want her to be family. I want her to be more than family. "Arika there's new clothes in the dressers and closet and the girls bathroom is down the hall and to the right." Said Canary.

"Thank you for all you've done for me. I promise to work hard." Her voice sounded a bit shaky but i knew she was just too happy.

"Arika are you hungry?" I said.

She look at me with big eyes and shook her head. "I have a small stomach due to the food my father gave me once a week. Thank you for asking." She said.

Everyone but me and Batman were shock to hear this. "Well feel free to eat whenever you want as well as to do anything." Said Aqualad.

She nodded. Everyone but me went out of her room. I stay in and close the door. "So how are you feeling?" I said.

Confuse, happy, and amazed." She said

"Arika don't tell anyone that you are the daughter of the Joker's." I said in a serious yet gentle tone.

"Why?" She said

"They wouldn't trust you....Your father has done a lot of terrible things and still is. They might think your like him." I said.

She nodded. "I'm sorry" She said.

I look at her with widen eyes. I hug her. "Why are you sorry?" I ask

She hugged back. "I cause you so much trouble."

I nodded my head. "You weren't any trouble to me." I look at her face and smile at her.

She smile back. "Wanna go look around?" She nodded.

"Just let me change, please." I nodded and went out of the door.

Arika's Pov

When Robin got out of my room I stood up and went to the closet. I open it and saw it full of shirts,pants,skirts, and shorts. I chose blue jeans and a white top. I went to the dresser and grab a brush. I look at myself in the mirror and saw little knots in my hair. I started to brush my hair when i felt something strange. My hand suddenly stop. It let go of the brush and it fell on the floor. I stood there for a while. I tried to move my fingers but failed. I slowly closed my eyes and concentrated. Slowly my fore finger started to move a little then my pinky. After 5 minutes i could move my whole hand. I pick up the brush from the floor and brush my hair. If your wondering how i know how to brush my hair my father used to brush my hair. I learn by watching him. I then walk out of the door and saw Robin across the door. "I'm ready." i said.

He stare at me then look at my bare feet. "What about your shoes." I look down.

" I never really wore shoes only once." I look back up and saw a smirk across his face.

"Come on i'll show you how to put them on." He said gently

We walk back into my room. I sat at the end of my bed while Robin went to my closet and took out light blue sneakers. He went to the dresser and grab a pair of socks. He knelt down in front of you and gently grab my left leg. He put on the sock then gently put it down. He grab my right and did the same. The socks felt weird and i wiggle my toes. Robin saw and giggle at my movement. He then put on the shoes and show me how to tie them. I untie them and try it myself and learn in one try. I smiled happily and hug him. "Thank you for showing me." I said it in a whisper.

1 Hour Later

Robin showed me the whole place. I remember where everything is and thank him. I even know where Everyone's room is. I went to the training room cause i saw a really high balance beam. It was a really thin balance beam and was 20 ft high. I got really excited and climb the stairs. No one was in the training room. When i got up i walk towards the beam. I walk to the middle of the beam. I did a cartwheel and landed perfectly. I did this when i was little. It's strange. Every Time my father showed me something new i would get it in the first try and i never forget. I then did a a back flip. I started to giggle of the joy i had. The beam is 20 ft long. I went back to the start and then i waited. I took a big breath in then let it out. I started with 2 front flips then i gracefully lifted my legs in the air. I walk on my hands for a little bit then turn. I kept spinning on my hands and my legs up in the air. I then got on my feet and then did a cartwheel. I face towards the back and did back flips towards the end. When i got to the other side i saw that Wally, Robin, Aqualad, And Artemis are looking at me with their mouths open. I look down in embarrassment. I went down the beam and went up to them. "I'm sorry i didn't mean to use it without permission. It's just that i really like to do gymnastics." They all close their mouths and smile at me.

"Arika, i told you, you could do anything you want." Said Aqualad. I smile.

"That was amazing! where did you learn to do that?" Shouted Wally.

"My father taught me."
