"Shut up." The voice said into my ear and I froze. "It's me, calm down Kid."

I instantly relaxed when I heard that. There was only one person who called me that, and that was Mr Grumpy, he let go and I turned around sharply. I took a deep breath as I stared at his face. God I haven't seen his face in 2 weeks.

As usual he was glaring at me and I was grinning back at him. "What are you doing here Kid?"

"Um I was looking for a suit?" It came out as a question and I mentally face palmed myself.

"Really?" He wasn't buying it at all, I mean even I wouldn't believe myself. I bit my lip wondering if I should tell the truth of not.

"Well," I drew the word out giving me more time to think. "I haven't seen you in 2 weeks and 3 days, not that I'm counting or anything. But yeah, I just needed to see you," I ended off lamely as I shrugged my shoulders.

"Kid, you shouldn't be here." He looks at me for a second before staring around the store.

"Why not? It's just a Suit and Tie place," I pouted at him and he stepped back obviously not liking the closeness, I tried not to notice it too much.

He didn't answer me because someone else did for him, "Honey this is a Santana's house, you know the drug lord?" The store was the house? Did they sleep on the floors and like cover themselves with suits? Drug Lord?

I turned around to see the source of where the voice came from. There stood a tall handsome guy staring back at me. He had platinum blonde almost white hair which made his crystal blue eyes stand out. His eyes stared at me with great interest and I felt my cheeks turn pink.

"Um sorry?" My throat felt a bit dry, as I glanced at him. A smirk was painted on his face as he peeked at Mr Grumpy.

"I am Nox, Santana's son and you?" The smirk stayed on his face. God he was handsome, I mean of course Mr Grumpy was way better, but damn.

"Ana." I didn't even get to say my own name seeing as how Mr Grumpy answered him for me. I squinted at Mr Grumpy briefly before moving my gaze back to Nox.

"Oh Ana can't talk I see?" He asked Mr Grumpy with a mock filled grin, he shook his head leaning on one of the suit racks.

"Uh Hi?" I said lamely at Nox who ignored Mr Grumpy's grunts directed at him. God he was like an animal.

"Leave." The word flew out of Mr Grumpy's mouth so quickly I didn't realize what he said until I heard Nox laughing.

"Now don't be mean. We're all friends here right?" Nox raised his eyebrows as he sobered up. "Word on the streets, you got yourself a girl."

My eyebrows raised at this and saw Mr Grumpy clenched his firsts as Nox's eyes scanned over my body figure. "You know Adrian, you're not much of a speaker."

Mr Grumpy said nothing and Nox snickered at us. "You better shut up Nox, before I punch your face."

I gaped at Mr Grumpy. "Hey. Violence is not the answer." When the sentence came out of my mouth he glared at me and winced. "Sorry. It's just that um I think that we shouldn't immediately turn to violence to solve our problems." They both stared at me in disbelief. "Unless their annoying?" I tried to reason with them so that they didn't kill me. I mean I've seen Mr Grumpy fight and Nox looks scary despite being attractive.

"Where did you get this one? I want one." Nox took a step forward. "Remember Adrian this is Santana's house. Wouldn't want to cause Nikolai problems huh?" The smirk on his face was mocking us, he was enjoying this.

I could see that Mr Grumpy was having enough of this, he cursed under his breath and shot daggers at Nox who stood there calm and collected. Whoa if I was being looked at like that I would most probably pee in my pants.

All of a sudden Mr Grumpy's hand landed on my arm holding it tightly. Then he moved me to the door and walked.

We were about to go outside but we heard my name being called. I froze for a second before turning around to see Nox. "Honey, I'll be seeing you soon. And be sure to come with out him next time."

The next day I woke up to the lovely sound of my mother screaming and Alex hissing which I think is was in my ear. My poor ears. I kept my face in stuffed into the pillow hoping she would get the memo that I didn't want to be woken up. "Anastasia, you have school today."

I groaned out loud and lifted my head up at her. I blinked for a couple of seconds to get used to the rays from our beloved sun. "It's school today?" I asked her and Alex jumped onto the floor since I kinda scared him with my croaky voice.

"Yes honey, today is school. Now get ready, your father is attempting to cook, but we all know how that's going to turn out." I definitely get my cooking skills from him. My mother sent me a sweet smile, although she was anything but sweet right now.

I laid back down when I saw her walk out of my room. I then wiggled my body trying to stretch the stiff limbs then a yawn erupted out of me. Shaking my head I got up from my comfy bed. I flinched when my bare foot came in contact with the cold wooden floor. I walked into the bathroom and did my business and brushed my teeth. After coming out of the bathroom, I glided across the floor, yes you heard right glide. It was fun until I slipped on my butt and banged my head on the side of my desk. Hard.

"Ahh." The sound escaped me loudly and I held my head tightly. Whoa that hurt. Little whimpers came out as I heard footsteps coming towards my room.

"Ana." My name was said by my father. He immediately came to me and helped me up onto the bed and I heard another pair of footsteps.

"Oh my baby, here." Mom cried out and place a packet of frozen peas into Dad's hand. How did she know that I needed that?

Oh god this is so embarrassing.

"Mom." I closed my eyes before asking, "How did you even know that I needed the peas?" I bit my lip and felt coldness on one side of my head. Oh that is cold.

"Honey every time I hear a bang in this room, the bag of frozen peas are already in my hand. You're just too clumsy dear." I smiled sheepishly and then I felt it. A headache.

"Mom. I'm getting a headache." I paused to look at them, " Oh god it's getting bigger. It's like a... baby erupting into a volcano. Does that make sense?" I asked both of them. It does Anna. Oh god I am talking to myself. Babys can erupt into Volcanoes. Okay.

"William, I think we should take her to the hospital honey, she's comparing odd things together." Mom whispered to him, but I could hear them clearly.

"I am right here you know?" I narrowed my eyes at them and they grinned back at me.

"Honey she is fine, she just needs a rest. You are not going to school today. Doctor's orders." Dad wiggled his pointer finger at me and I shook my head but stopped when I felt my head getting more heavy. I noticed mom walking away. She better bring me chocolates. Or cookies. Or chocolate cookies.

"But dad, I have to do some work with Milly." I lied, yesterday after the whole Suit and Tie thingy, Milly and I talked at Mama Jones. We actually completed the reports on the acid testing. We drew up our results, our hypothesis, conclusion and all that Jazz. It's just I hated missing out on school, because I always missed something important.

Like the last time I got sick someone got punched in the eye. Some guy thought he was amazing and could get any girl. So he was dared to get Bethany to go out with him. Obviously Bethany was immune to this guy's flirting and apparently Bethany was getting fed up and kinda just punched him in the left eye. Ouch. So yeah. Plus Cameron set one of the science labs on fire. I mean how do you even do that?

"Anastasia." He said sternly and I knew I couldn't change his mind. I gave up and sighed at him and went under my blankets and covered my whole body except for my face seeing as how my dad was still here.

"Get some rest sweetie." Mom came into the room and laid down two tablets and a glass of water. Then she kissed my forehead and then my dad did the same.

"Hey mom." She stopped by the door when I called her. "Can you buy me chocolates please?"

All I got was a laugh from them both. "Wait was that a yes?" I shouted out loud and lord did I regret it.

They didn't respond and I groaned out loud and shoved the two pills down my throat and swallowed the water almost choking. I sat up trying to get the water to go down. Finally it went down and I laid back down slowly. The sound of Alex meowing was the last thing I heard before my eyes shut.

"Psh." I groaned at the noise. I dug my face deeper into the pillow inviting the warmth.

"Babe." I ignored it and hummed peacefully into the pillow. God this was such a great sleep.

"Ana, wake the fuc-" There was a slapping noise. I hope they go away.

"Shut up Beth." That was probably Reece or Cam. I continued to ignore the sounds of them getting slapped by each other.Here we go.

"Did you just slap me Reece?" Yep Reece.

"Shut up Bethany." I groaned into my pillow and held onto my ears under the blanket.

"No you shut up Reece!" I heard her hiss, trying to be like Alex. Can they leave already?

"Guys stop being annoying lets wake Ana up so I can get me a burger downstairs." That was definitely Cam. Always trying to steal my food.

"Shut up Cam, stop getting involved." Bethany yelled in my ear. And that's when I had enough.

"Oh my god shh your faces." I groaned as I peaked out of the blankets. Bethany was literally in my eye, like I could see the smooth surface of her nose. Reece sat on the other side of me looking at me while running his hands through his hair. Cameron sat at the edge of my bed eati-

"Cameron!" I semi yelled, "Is that my packet of skittles?"

He stared at me then back to the delicious colourful rainbow, "Yes. Your mom gave it to me."

I gasped dramatically at him, "How could my own flesh betray me, her only daughter, her blood? And how could you be so tempted by those treats? I now know where our friendship stands."

They all sat the grinning at me and I narrowed my eyes into slits as I stared at them. "This isn't funny," I pouted at them.

"Oh don't be so dramatic, I'll buy you a jumbo sized pack." My eyes widened and so did my smile when Cameron said this.

"Yes." I first pumped the air and squealed in delight.

"Cameron." Reece stopped my squealing and glared at him, "And by you does that mean that it is going to be my money?"

"Of course Reece." Cameron winks at him and I giggle. I felt much better after that rest. Wait I didn't go to school.

"Guys!" My sudden noise got their attention. They all stared at me curiously, "Did I miss something at school?"

Reece was the first to say something, hopefully not bad I hope. "Yeah actually there was. It was a bit weird though wasn't it Beth?" Bethany nodded at this and pulled my blanket up and wiggled her body next to mine. I moved to side so that she got more space.

"So what happened?" I squinted my eyes at him and whacked him on the arm. Who takes so long to answer my question? Reece.

"Well in period 4 there was this guy that came into class looking for you. And I mean I know all your family so I was like who the fuc-" He cleared his throat before continuing, "I was a bit curious as to how you know him."

I furrowed my brows as I listened to him. "How did he look?"

"Hmm? Bethany do you wanna tell her, because I don't wanna sound like a girl."

Bethany rolled her eyes at him before telling me. "Well, he was tall and lanky. Like really really tall. Like oh my god tal-"

"Beth shut up and get to the point." Reece hits her arm causing her to roll her eyes at him.

"Okay Dad," She rolls her eyes before continuing. "He had these creepy as eyes, like they were dark green scary eyes. God I thought he was going to rape me."

"Bethany! Not everything revolves around you, get to the point god." Reece sighs heavily shaking his head. She just needs to calm her face down. Wait, how do you even do that? Calm your face down.

"Sorry dad I'll be sure to tell her how not creepy this guy was." She rolled her eyes again. "So anyway, he had this scary as scar by his eyebrow and nose. If that doesn't scream rapist I don't know what doe-"

"Shut up Bethany." Reece growls at her and she giggles.

"Oh kinky. Reece I like it." She winks and makes her hands into cat claws. Yuck.

I sat there in peace thinking about who it could be. Then like a tone of bricks had just fell on top of my skull, Nikolai. It could only be him. I mean the boys said he had some weird interest in me. What Bethany described was basically him. Oh god. I mean why would he come to my school? That is so dodgy. Well he is pretty dodgy.

"Okay while you guys are all being creeps I am gonna get me a burger or three." Cam jumped up and the empty skittles bag falling on the ground. He didn't even share it, rude.

"I am so bored." Bethany yells out pulling my blanket off me. I shivered as the cool air touched me and pulled them back over me.

"Can we get Ice-cream please?" I put on my most innocent smile I could muster and I flashed them my dimple then made my eyes a tad bigger, looking at them both.

Reece looked at me blankly while Bethany giggled like she was on something.

Groaning Reece answered," Fine. God I hate it when you pull that on me Annie."
