《Forever Together》Chapter 5

2 days are over now. In this whole 48 hours I have thought about my whole life. But I am still not clear what if the decision I took is not right. I have never been in such a situation before.
I am getting ready to meet grandpa and dad to tell them about my decision. I hope everything goes well.
I reached my destination and saw both dad and grandpa talking with each other. I walked towards them, on seeing me they both warmly smiled in my direction.
"Good morning dear, how are you?" Grandpa Raj said
"Good morning grandpa, I'm fine. What about you?" I said while sitting on the opposite chair.
"I am fine my dear. So have you made your decision." Grandpa said giving me a small smile.
"Yes I have" I said
"So?"
"So...."
Both of them replied at the same time. Curiosity was visible in there eyes and they were slightly nervous.
"I want to meet him in person. If he is like what you said then I will accept this proposal. Also, he should also agree with it without any of your pressure." I told them what I wanted.
"Also don't tell him about my profession. I will tell him myself after we are finished with the Rajvansh Empire's case." I said
They both happily agreed to my conditions.
"Okay then, I will ask Abhiman to come back soon and we will visit your house to officially meet both the families for this alliance." Grandpa happily said.
Dad and grandpa decided that they will meet after 5 days for fixing the marriage if everything goes well.
So....... After 5 days I will be meeting my possibly future husband whom I know nothing about except his name Abhiman Rajvansh.

You might be thinking if I know his family then how come I don't know about him, well it's because when he was a little boy; he would never come with grandpa or Siya aunty when she used to come and meet mom.
And during my teenage I was not allowed to meet anyone except family in the hospital wards. Only grandpa used to come. My teenage years were mostly spent in the hospital.
After that he went abroad to study further and also settled his business there. So I never got to know him in person. I only know from what grandpa and Siya aunty used to tell me about him.
After reaching back home I changed into comfortable clothes and went downstairs to eat lunch. Everyone was happily talking with each other and laughing at Adi's silly ramblings.
After lunch we all sat in the living room. Dad cleared his throat bringing everyone's attention towards him.
"I have received a marriage proposal for our Keira. They will come to meet her on Sunday. So make sure everything is ready and you all are also present." He said, telling everyone about the marriage.
"What! Dad are you sure about this. What about Keira?" Krish bhai (brother) said completely dumbfounded.
"Yes I am sure. They are from a good and reputed family. And Keira has agreed to meet him." Dad replied calming Krish bhai.
Everyone eyes turned to me, questioning me if it's true. I just shrugged my shoulders as I don't know what to say.
"Who are these people? What is the name of groom?" Mom said, concerned about my future. She loves me a lot just tries to hide it so I don't try to fool her in getting the medicine like I do with others.

"They are the Rajvansh family and she is going to be tied to Abhiman Rajvansh. The eldest grandson of Dhiraj Rajvansh and ceo of whole Rajvansh Empire." Dad told to everyone.
After getting to know who is the man I am supposed to marry, they all heaved a sigh of relief.
"Dhiraj ji (as a form of respect) was the one who proposed this idea. So now there family is coming over to meet Keira." Dad explained to everyone.
"That's good then my baby will have a happy life there. They treat her as their own family member." Mom said while smiling.
Everyone nodded in yes and had a smile on their faces. What else do I want than their happiness.

Time skip
It was night when mom came to me with a beautiful baby pink coloured kurti. She gave it to me and said "choco wear this on Sunday when Rajvansh family will come to see you okay."
"Indian dress, why mom I don't want them to get a wrong idea that I am a traditional girl or something like that." I said as I am not completely traditional, but a modern girl with all Indian morals and values taught by my parents.
"No beta they won't get any wrong idea. Don't worry we will talk to them and Abhiman about everything clearly. Alright." Mom said caressing my hairs lovingly.
"Okay mumma. Good night" I said while giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Good night my baby" she said giving me a forehead kiss and going back to her room.
Well let's see what will happen on Sunday.
