She, had a smirk like she planned it, and so I read her mind, she used her powers on Five so he wouldn't say anything. But why? Why would she do that?

I went down and got some books that could help me with about my abilities, but I didn't know how long I was down there reading

I thought yn would be down there for about a couple hours but a couple hours would turn into a day, and turns into weeks, weeks turn into months and she still has taken a break, I wanted to spend time with her, get to catch up with her but she doesn't really have the time. I decided to try again hoping with a different answer once I got there I walked up to her and sat down
F: hello yn
Y: hi Five
F: so I was thinking we could go to the movies, or maybe diner?
Y: I would love Five but I am busy
F: of course you are
I just sighed
F: well I tried
I just walked upstairs
K: he, you ok five?
F: I wanna hang out with her but she is ways busy reading for who knows what?
D: how about making her listen to you?
F: yeah well its hard when she can't keep her eyes off the books for a second

F: she is just going to say i 'I'm busy' as always so just forget it I am going to take a nap

Sloane pov
Sl: ok Me, Lila, jayme, fei, and Alison lets go
I say grabbing the news paper
Li: were are we going?
Sl: to make listen
We go down to the library and I throw the news paper on the paper
Y: hey
Sl: its been months
Y: what? No it hasn't
J: actually it has
A: how long did you think it was?
Y: I dont know about two weeks?
Fe: well look we have a newspaper to prove it
She grabs the newspaper and looks at it
Y: oh no
She runs to go five Five

Y: five
F: go away im busy
Y: I deserve that, I just wanted to know what you wanted to do
He look at me confused as I walked closer to him
Y: and I am sorry for ignoring you you don't deserve that I really wanted to get it all over
F: I thought you were busy
Y: not right now, on the weekends, and wensdays because those are our days
A smile grow on his face
F: since it's getting kinda late and it's Friday wanna go to sleep and go do something tomorrow
Y: yeah that sounds amazing but can we get something to eat first?
F: of course

Well, the old man never changes, and now it was the same as ever. His sister wasn´t even allowed to study abroad. However, all his senses told Blair that the future lay in the cultivator's hands. His plan was to gain knowledge, power, and maybe influence. Then he would return. One night he simply vanished in the darkness, away from his father’s claws. Will he succeed? That is hard to tell. The immortal world is an unforgiving place, even worse than earth. It’s just that Blair doesn’t know that yet. Can he survive there, and gain a footing in the new era of qi and godly hermits? Only time will tell, and Blair has to fight for every minute. Authors note: Give the story a try. It’s my personal blend of qi, cultivation, and struggles of morality and power. If I can deliver on all that is another question, but I will give it my best. As a further note, I am not using any of the usual strict realms and extreme power differences. It’s more about gathering and refining qi. Whoever uses his chances, sneak attacks, intuitions, and skills in a better way wins. However, having more or better qi will help, but I am not at a point where I have written a lot of that, so I might promise too much. Driven by hurricanes in the Pacific basin, uncontrolled wildfires burned through towns, destroying everything in their paths. Across the Pacific, Asia didn't escape. From the Philippines, across China, into Indochina, and Bangladesh and India. Typhoons and cyclones pounded the coasts and far inland. Widespread flooding forced millions from their homes and across international borders. Mexico was hit hard and thousands died in mudslides as Katia slammed into their East Coast. The refugees fled north and west. Rumours started that hundreds of thousands were headed for the US border. Instead of running out of steam in the southern US, several hurricanes tore up the eastern seaboard, devastating cities and renewing their strength before veering east across the Atlantic. Maria and Ophelia veered east and slammed into Europe, reaching as far as the Netherlands and Russia before finally dissipating. After that, too many weather stations were offline to provide any form of co-ordinated information or warnings. Wildfires in Portugal burned ahead of the storms, fanned by hurricane winds. They sparked wildfires leapfrogging across Europe, beyond any one country's ability to cope. Already uneasy from multiple terrorist attacks over the summer, anti-refugee groups seized the opportunity to stage protests across Europe. Some turned violent as they clashed with police forces. Several governments declared martial law to quell the rioting and enforce evacuations along the path of the storms. Rumour and speculation overwhelmed facts. Unrest spilled over into widespread violence. Then sickness broke out in the displaced populations. Within a matter of a dozen weeks, tens of millions died. In the coming winter months hundreds more would follow. The Designated Project was activated.
