《A Rekindled Love (A Steve Harrington and Eddie Munson Love Story)》A Long Journey to the Dragons Cave

"Stop moving Munson." Steve grunted at the man next to him. 'Well sweetheart, it's kind of hot in here. I have you next to me, a blanket on top of me, and I'm fully clothed. So, sorry if I'm slightly uncomfortable." Steve turned on his side, his back to Eddie "then just take your clothes off Jesus." Eddie froze immediately, and Steve's eyes shot open. He turned around to face Eddie, "I- I don't know why I said that. I'm half asleep I didn't mean it!"
Eddie fell back on to the bed laughing. "Holy shit Harrington calm down!" Steve fell back on the bed, rubbing his hands over his face. "I'm glad you find my embarrassment funny dude. That's great." Eddie turned over to look at Steve, putting a hand on his side and rubbing it gently. "While I do find it amusing, I mostly find how red your face gets adorable." Steve let out a shaky breath, "you always seem to have a way with your words Munson." Eddie chuckled, laying his face down in Steve's neck and planting soft kisses. "Well I have to woo you somehow don't I?" Steve rolled his eyes, at first for the stupid words coming out of the boys mouth, but they were pushed back further when Eddie bit down softly and licked the spot.
He continued to attack the boy's neck, earning quiet moans from Steve. Steve tugged at Eddie's hair earning a groan from him. Eddie moved back up to look at him and back down at his lips. "Are you just going to stare Munson or-" In a swift move Steve shoved Eddie off the side of the bed and threw the blanket on top of him. Eddie groaned on the floor, "Harrington what the h-" Steve shushed him.
The footsteps came closer and became louder as Dustin and Lucas walked through the door. "Uh, rough night dude?" Steve realized the view of him sitting on an empty bed with just a sheet was probably weird, but better than them seeing another man in it. "Oh yeah, you know me! The movie really got to me! Nightmares and shit!" He gave them an awkward laugh, earning awkward ones back. "So what's up, what do you guys need?"
Steve's eyes kept glancing back at the lump on the floor, hidden from the boys. "Well we were looking for Eddie, but we're also kind of hungry and want you to make us breakfast." Lucas elbowed Dustin, "please." Steve rolled his eyes at the boys, "fine, I'll be down in a bit. And Eddie's probably in the bathroom or something." Dustin gave him a smile, "I can't believe you let him stay here last night! Did you guys talk at all? Did you bond? Did you even try to talk to him?" Steve groaned in exhaustion. "Dude, yes I talked to him! We're fine, I told you I don't hate him!" Dustin continued on, "So did you guys bond then? What'd you talk about?" Jesus Christ. "Dustin if you keep asking me questions, I'll never talk to him again, okay?" Dustin's eyes went wide, "shit, okay fine!" The two boys walked out and Steve fell back on the bed with a loud sigh.

"See I don't think it'd be fair to me if you stopped talking to me because of Dustin." Eddie got off the floor and hovered himself over Steve on the bed. Steve made a contemplative face, "what makes you think I want to talk to you in the first place?" Eddie leaned down and brought his knee further between Steves legs. "I don't think it's talking you need to worry about sweetheart." Steve groaned when Eddie's knee rubbed against him. "I think-" He kissed his neck. "That you want something else from me." Another kiss on his jaw. "But you aren't going to get it-" Another on his adams apple. "Unless you ask for it."
Steve just looked up at Eddie breathless, he had no words, everything was stuck in his throat. Eddie chuckled, "that's what I thought." He sat back up and brought Steve with him, "It's time for breakfast, we have kids to take care of."
Steve walked down the stairs by himself to find the four kids sitting at his dining table. "Okay what do you guys want? And this is the last time this is happening! You guys are in high school now, Erica is the only one with an excuse." Lucas's mouth fell open, "okay well how come the girls got put on the couch, but Dustin and I were just left on the floor?" Steve rolled his eyes, " you had an air mattress!"
Footsteps came down the stairs and Eddie walked in yawning with his hands over his head. Steve's eyes shot to his exposed stomach and turned around blushing. "Well thank you for talking as loud as you possibly could this fine morning. I love waking up to the sound of children complaining." Steve chuckled and mumbled to himself, "maybe the sound of children screaming." He didn't notice Eddie come up behind him until he felt breath on his ear. "What was that Harrington?" Steve let out a shaky breath, "knock it off Munson."
Eddie went and sat down with the kids and talked to Dustin about the movie while Steve made eggs and toast for everyone. He put a plate in front of all of them and sat down next to Eddie to eat. Thanks were thrown around and one of the little shits added a 'mom' to the end. Steve rolled his eyes and ate his food. "So, was it good?" Steve choked on his food at Max's question. "W- was what good?" Max raised an eyebrow at him "the movie you weirdo. We fell asleep before we could watch it." Eddie let out a quiet laugh next to him and Steve kicked his shin, earning a punch to the leg back. "It was good, weird, but good. Steve even jumped at a few parts."

Steve rolled his eyes, "I barely moved." Eddie raised an eyebrow at him, "I don't know, I'm pretty sure I clearly remember jumping." Steve shoved Eddie's arm "you don't know what you're talking about." Eddie smiled at him and got up, grabbing both their plates and putting them in the sink. The kids went quiet minutes ago and hadn't said anything in a while. "Uhm guys, what's up?" Steve raised an eyebrow at all of them.
"Nothing nothing, you guys just seem to be close that's all." Steve leaned back in his chair, "isn't that what you wanted Henderson?" Lucas continued with him, "well yeah, but a few days ago you hated him. how does that change over night?" Steve let out a groan and got up and stood next to Eddie. "I, me-" he said pointing at himself. "Have said multiple times. That I do not hate him." He said pointing at Eddie. "What are you guys not getting from that?"
Steve put his hand on his hip and waited. Max added on, "well yeah. But how do you go from 'don't hate' to basically best friends?" Eddie chuckled, "guys, I think it's time to go. Before Steve blows a gasket from all your questions." Steve rolled his eyes and put the kids plates in the sink, saying bye to all of them. They all walked out, leaving Eddie and Steve in the kitchen.
Steve continued to wash the dishes as Eddie walked up behind him and wrapped his arms around the other boys waist. Steve leaned back into him with a hum. "So I'll see you later then, Harrington." His chin was tucked into Steve's neck and he laid a kiss on it as they stood there. "Well I'd have to know when later is, and where'd I'd be seeing you to do that. So probably not since you have four kids waiting outside for you."
Eddie chuckled into his neck and Steve turned around to look at him. "What happened to not wanting to pull me into something blah blah?" Eddie rolled his eyes, "it's not exactly pulling when you're the one pulling me." Steve let out a sarcastic laugh, "I'm pretty sure you're the one with your arms wrapped around me Munson, I've kept my hands to myself."
"Weren't you the one telling me to take off my clothes this morning? Because I'm pretty sure that was you, not me." Steve shoved his shoulder, a smile covering his face. "I was half asleep and you know I didn't mean it like that." Eddie smiled back at him and moved one hand to Steve's cheek, rubbing circles with his thumb. "You're not allowed to kiss me Munson." Eddie raised an eyebrow at him, "and why not?" Steve brought his mouth to Eddie's ear, "because as soon as you try to, one of them is going to walk in. And I'd rather not go through all of that for nothing for the second time today."
He kissed Eddie on the cheek before pulling away, "I'll see you later Munson." Eddie sighed and leaned his forehead against Steve's, "I think you're going to be the death of me." Steve laughed and pulled back "I think you can go a little longer without getting a kiss from me." Eddie groaned, "but that doesn't mean I want to."
Steve put his hands on Eddie's shoulders pushing him towards the door. "Now get out of my house Munson."

The Ruined Monks of Rothfield Monastery
Erin is the youngest member of the dark monks; a supernatural brotherhood whose ultimate mission is to improve the dire circumstances of poor, war-torn villages using powers unique to each member. Or so he was led to believe. Erin, like his brothers, does not age, and that is, unfortunately, the only trait he shares with them. He cannot charm or compel like Woodrow, he cannot cast illusions like Knox, he was not swift like Swithin, not powerful like Blake. He was barely an assistant to his dear brother Wilbur, with his herbology and alchemy. He was told to lie low and make himself scarce. That is what he did. The dark monks temporarily reside in abandoned monasteries scattered around the country, feeding the poor and healing the sick, nurturing the monastic lands until it was fertile enough to raise crops and rear animals. As the years passed, they would leave these reformed, repopulated, self-sustaining monasteries and venture froth to help the next settlement. Yet, after years of toiling and quiet servitude, Erin notices that people and the country itself are declining. The villagers look gaunt, the once-lush soil now barren and cracked. He begins to feel disheartened, thinking that their mission is proving futile. Still, their leader Blake is steadfast and charges onward, and lately has his eyes set on a certain monastery in a thick, thorned forest that seems to diminish, even nullify their powers. A thick forest that Erin somehow has a connection to. A thorned glade where an ethereal voice calls his name with one simple request along with a promise:Heal the land, child. Heal the land and I promise to give you sanctuary so long as you stay. I promise to nurture you as you nurture me. As Erin cultivates the land, the land, in turn, gifts all its caretakers with new, enhanced skillsets on top of their unique powers -- skills of protection, healing, and magic. Magic. Erin had long wished to see the world fill with it again. The people, regardless of common or noble blood, still believe that magic will enter this world again. Magic to bless the king like it did the Saints. Magic to dispel the miasma befouling the world. Magic to bring back the fae folk and their many forms. It is up to Erin to forge the many paths leading to a bright future; to build a prosperous paradise that welcomes all races and bloodlines, by mastering the rewards gained through agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, smithing, crafting, and fishing. Erin may also find a lifelong friendship and romance with his neighbor, Claude, if he decides to pursue him, and may even join him in the military campaign outside the monastery. The darkness still lurks outside, after all, and the mastery of his skills, along with a few good friends, may finally be enough to turn the tide in their favor. Most of all, Erin wants to keep the vow he set for himself: to protect everyone and everything he loves until his dying breath.
