Last time on Blind Hope
"Don't ever try to touch me again!" She growled. Hope raised her hand and slapped it across Carly's face. "Do. You. Understand. Me."
"Ye-yes..." Hope stood and Carly ran out of the room. Hope retreated back to the shower, and managed to turn the dial until warm water starting flowing.
"That's better."

I sat up and stretched from my position on the soft rock. That didn't make sense. How can a rock be soft? If it is muscle?
Oh My Gosh! I slept on Blake! I SLEPT ON BLAKE!?
"Oh, you're awake," he murmurs, sitting up. He smiles softly at me. "How are you feeling?" Memories from yesterday hit me like a brick, and I start to cry again. "Hey, hey, it's okay." He says softly. "Take it easy for a while, okay? We'll figure something out." I nod and sniffle. I feel so exhausted, but... I just woke up.
Blake's eyes glaze over and then he sits up, startled. "Your friend just beat up one of my pack members!"
"Did she win?" Blake looks at me in astonishment. "Oh, right. No beating up people."
"Yeah. It's kinda a big deal." He shakes his head and gets up out of bed with an amused smile. "Will you handle this, dearest Luna, or shall I?" I giggle quietly and get out of bed, walking over to him.
"I'm not your Luna yet, mate." He growls, his eyes turning a dangerous shade of black.
"I like to hear you call me that." He kisses me, and we fall back on the bed. And my gosh, it was amazing. I eagerly return the kiss. But, weren't we talking about something? I push him off of me as it comes back to my mind.
"Now's not the time or place, mate." He growls again. "Our people? Punched, remember?" He huffs and gets off me.
"If a blind person beat them up, they clearly need more training."

"Well, Hope is deceptively strong." I defend Hope. She's clearly a sore spot for him, and I'm not sure why, but I won't be having it. Maybe he's jealous? "Let's figure this out."
"I'll have one of the women bring you some fresh clothes for later." I nod and he leads me up down a flight of stairs. "This way." I nod, remembering the way from yesterday. Having a blind companion makes you hyper aware of surroundings and directions.
The sound of a shower greets me, and I raise an eyebrow. She must have figured out. She's been trying to do more things on her own lately, but she just can't. No sense of sight whatsoever with both her and her wolf being blind. No shapes, no shades, nothing. "Hope!" I call out. I look at the bed and am surprised to see an orange shirt and horrible puke-green pants. "Oh, she is not wearing that." Blake huffs in anger.
"Who in their right mind would bring that!?" The shower turns off, and Hope comes sauntering out of the bathroom butt naked.
"Viv? Do you know where the towels are?" I gasp quietly, and turn to face Blake. He's blushing and looking everywhere butt, AH, but her direction. "Is someone else there?" I literally shove Blake out of the room and slam the door.
"No. No one." She tilts her head in that adorable way and stands there dripping water. "Right. Towels." I pass her, going into the bathroom and locate the towels, handing her one. "So um, where are your clothes?"
"I don't know." Hope flushes angrily and dries her body with a vigor like I've never seen. She's practically rubbing her skin off. What the heck happened? "Some idiot named Carly took them from me."
"She what?!"
"She stripped me, forced me into a cold shower, AND touched me!" I've never seen her eyes be anything other than dull and milky, but they are flashing dangerously. Her voice becomes a bit more gravelly, and I know I'm dealing with Red. "That stupid wolf. I want to kill her and that stupid brother."

"Hey, calm down, Red." I pass her and go for the door. "I'll deal with this and find you some clothes, just... wrap the towel around you for now."
"No. I'll deal with it. You just found your mate, and your parents..." She sniffles, and Hope comes back.
"Everything happens for a reason, right?" I say softly. "Let me help you. I want to, to keep busy." Hope nods slowly, and I leave the room. Blake is still standing outside looking like a tomato.
"She needs clothes. And we need to speak with this Carly and her brother immediately." He raises a brow, but nods. His eyes glaze over and I wait patiently.
"A woman is on her way with clothes for both you and Hope." I nod and wait with him. "So," he clears his throat, "that's Hope." I punch him in the arm and he laughs.
"She would die of embarrassment if she knew you'd seen-" A woman comes down the stairs, practically bouncing along.
"You must be the Luna! I brought clothes!" She sticks her hand out, the other still holding the clothes. "I'm Rachel, Charles' mate!" I shake her hand and take the clothes.
"Thanks. I'm Vivian." Rachel's whole face lights up, and she grins, opening her mouth to speak, but then she focused on the door I head towards.
"Is that where your blind friend stays?"
"Hope." I say, shortly. "Her name is Hope."
"O-oh, yeah." Rachel laughs nervously. "Tell her I said 'hi'." I nodded and went into Hope's room. I sigh softly. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot. I'll make it up later.
"Hope, hey girl. Whatcha doin'?" Hope was attempting to wrap the towel around herself, and miserably failing. It kept falling off her breasts and her face was flushed from trying and becoming frustrated.
"It won't work! How is this even possible? I don't need to see to do this!" I take the towel from her and pull a bra on her instead.
"It's all good. I got your clothes." I hand her panties to her and she puts them on, holding her hand out for pants. I hand them over, and she quickly slips them on. "Oh, those fit good. You and Rachel, that Charles', the Beta, mate, must be the same size. I hand her the light pink shirt and she slips it on. Hope was definitely more gifted in the chest area, but everything fit fine. "Looking good." Vivian ran her finger's through Hope's hair, noting that she need brushes for later. "I'm going to get a shower, okay?" She nodded and looked at the door.
I could tell. She was gonna run. But how bad could it be? I mean, Blake would watch her. Rachel too. And clearly, Hope could defend herself.
But what if Carly was out there?
"Don't beat anyone up if you can help it." I finally say, and Hope spins around with a grin on her face.
"Me? I wouldn't beat up your people." I scoff and go for the shower. Not only would she beat up my people. She would win.
Hope left her room and stepped out into the hallway, sniffing the air. She smelled Blake. "Hey," she said softly. "Viv's getting a shower." Blake nodded, then remembered.
She's blind.
"Okay, thanks." They stood there awkwardly. Hope cleared her throat.
"So, mates, huh?"
"Yeah. You two are like sisters?"
"Yeah."
"Cool. Cool." Blake looked down at the ground, bouncing on his toes. Why was he standing there? Oh, right. He was going to wait for Vivian. That seemed like so far away now. "Do you want to go somewhere, or?"
"No. I was just going to walk around." Hope started to move away slowly, but stopped, turning around.
"You hurt her, and I'll hurt you." Blake didn't bother responding because Hope had already started to walk away.

The Ordinary Life of Tom Nobody
[participant in the 2018 NaNoWriMo Royal Road challenge] The Ordinary Life of Tom Nobody is a LitRPG system story where each person transitions into the system, or SCHEMA as this system is known, innocent and unaware of his former life. Following the tutorial, memories return, but by this point, each person has a better chance of accepting their new world. It also gives them an opportunity to start from scratch, fresh without all the baggage of their former lives dictating their decisions in the early stages of the process. I don’t expect this will necessarily turn into an action-packed heroic tale, my intent is to create a character who wants to have just an ordinary, but reasonably comfortable life. I don’t know myself how well he will succeed, there may be twists and Tom may discover some heroism hidden deep inside. I guess we’ll find out together. This is my first writing attempt. I’ve wanted to write all my life, but I’ve never been able to develop the proper discipline to put in the work. I hope I complete the challenge and work my way past this hump. I am writing this as part of the NaNoWriMo Royal Road Challenge. While I will try to self-edit as I go, the challenge requires close to 2,000 words a day, so parts of the story may be rough, and things like plot lines may not make as much sense as any of us would like. If all goes well, and I complete the challenge, I plan on going back through everything and trying to polish it up. In the meanwhile, thank you for reading and I hope I don’t disappoint.

Drakon the Necrolord v2
Rewrite of my novel Drakon the Necrolord. 100 thousand years ago the system apocalypse began and all of the known worlds with sentient life in the universe got merged together forming a super planet. Orcs elves humans dwarves and hundreds of other species now living on one planet. These are the memoirs of one of them. Written with the help of the AI in his head and a little help from his friends. As a note: I have tons of worldbuilding done (probably way more than needed, as that was why the rewrites took so long. Depending on the reception here I might do more stories in the same universe and/or build a wiki with all my worldbuilding stuff.
