We are nearing the end of the pregnancy now and thigs are super on edge around the pack. Its like we all know something is going to happen soon. I just hope and pray its not when I go into labour. I need Rafael by my side through it. Since last week we have been speaking more and communicating so much better and spending more time together which has been amazing.

We finally have everything ready and now all we have to do is wait for the little one to arrive, I'm excited but also nervous. I think Rafael is nervous about everything, the birth, the threat of Aidan coming back here, possibly while im in labour when were at our weakest.

Alexa and I have been forced to spend time together, shes not all bad to be honest. I still don't trust her though. Who would really. Its funny how shes pregnant but ran away from her mate who is supposed to be their one true love, someone who you can't live without. Yet here she is.

Rafael wont tell me exactly how hes managed to stop her sending mind links out but its worked so far... I hope. Rafael hasn't really said much about marking me I think he still wants it to be of good will I suppose is the right word I am looking for. It will be though, even though I said I want it because of the threat with Aiden. I still would like to be marked by Rafael see my powers meet my wolf everything. I always knew something was missing and it will have to stay like that just for a couple more weeks.

I mean I have gone this long without any powers or a wolf whats 2 more weeks. Right?

"Are you sure we have everything we need." I ask Rafael again, I think hes growing sick of me. I have asked this about a thousand times now.

"For the last time Lily, we have everything. We made a checklist, we checked it off and then we also double checked again." He brings me in for a hug and holds me tightly to him.

We decided that it would be best for us to share his room as it's the biggest, he is also happy with that decision as it means I will be close to him at all times. So for the first year I think, she will be in our room when the time comes to move her to a room of her own that's what we will do. Speaking of, we still haven't come up with any names just yet and I only have 2 weeks left.

"Come on, lets get some food into you and then a nice hot bubble bath. I can feel just how tired you are." Rafael guides me out of the room and down the stairs where he proceeds to cook for me. Im so happy right now.

Just as he said he feeds me tea and then runs me a bath, I can't wait to get into that. I am ready for bed and as lovely as it has been being pregnant I am also ready for this little one to come out. I don't know how much bigger I can get. Rafael assures me I am still just as beautiful as before.

Suck up.

Jokes aside I really do like him and I love his company. Just being around him I can be myself.

I must have dozed off in the bath because when I wake the temperate is luke warm. I stand up and wrap a towel around me, noticing that Rafael has left nightwear for me to change into for when I get out. I quickly dry myself off and get changed and make my way into our room.

It still sounds strange to say our room. He wont budge much on changing of décor but I will wear him down and he will let me eventually. I notice Rafael isn't in the room so I go to his office looking for him. Walking in I take a seat on the sofa while hes busy on the computer.

"I didn't want to keep you awake while doing some pack business so though it be best to come in here. You go back to the room and get some sleep baby. You need it. Save all your energy for when you'll be giving brith." He looks at me and then to the door.

"Leave it till tomorrow? Come to bed with me." I plead with puppy dog eyes, that doesn't work so I stand up and make my way to his desk and sit on it. I try again one more time, he finally caves but tells me that he needs a couple of hours peace tomorrow to sort everything out as hes fallen behind on some pack stuff. We both stand and walk out, me in front holding his hand pulling him along.

I can't wait to get into bed and feel the fresh sheets, nothing better. Well Rafael will argue as say snuggling into me feels better but that's his choice.
