After Mortimer's family rested, Mortimer's sisters begged Mortimer that he showed around the island. Then those triplets convinced their parents and Aquarius to come along. Since I decided to stay in the house, I decided to help Elizabeth make dinner.

"Do you need any help with the dinner, Elizabeth?" I asked her. She just smiled to herself and shook her head.

"You know, I think Mr.Mortimer is lucky to have you as his soulmate." She said, When she said that something in my mind sparked well not sparked but just what happened earlier.

~Flashback~

"Oh man, we are so proud to have you as sister-in-law!" Darya happily said as her other sisters nodded.

"You're a keeper," Lana said quietly as the other girls agreed with her. I was surprised because it's the first time Lana said anything to me and the second reason she said that I'm a keeper.

"Yeah, Alice, you're the perfect soulmate for Mortimer. Please continue standing by his side!"Anath said to me and then the girls decided to go to their guest room.

~Flashback over~

It's weird if parents banished him, but they still visit him. Mortimer doesn't have a good relationship between Aquarius and his parents. But his sisters care for him more than Aquarius.

So what did Mortimer do to be banished by his parents?

"Maybe you're right, but I don't know if I'm lucky to have him as my soulmate." I just smiled at her. I didn't want to stand too long without an answer. It would be awkward if I kept standing in the kitchen.

"Well, I guess you have to find out for yourself then. " Elizabeth said amusingly. True, maybe my father is right and it's too dangerous to be around him. Or maybe he's wrong, maybe Mortimer was framed? I don't even know what he do. To ask his parents or his siblings would be risky since I don't know what he did. And I don't want to remind them of that moment. I could ask his sisters because he has a good relationship with his sisters. But that will be also risky since they think he deserves the second chance and they will want to know the source of how I know this. So I have to remain to them as the good, pretty, naive soulmate.

"The children will be overworked if we use your idea!"

"That's not true, in Charm's school there is big competition so extra lessons won't do any harm!"

"Yeah, right!"

"Alice, what are you suggesting?" Selena asked with a hopeless expression. When she asked, all the women looked at me for the answer. Their stares made me a little bit uncomfortable, but I decided to voice my opinion.

"Well, I think we shouldn't change the structure of the human subjects but add one hour for subjects that will be just for what is required to learn for the species. And we can lower the load of homework. Now it's just left to create the program itself." I said. Well, I don't exactly think my idea would be accepted, but in my head, it sounded logical and fair. But surprisingly people nodded with agreement and Selena visibly relaxed since we came into agreement.

" Well, I'm glad we came into agreement. Right now it's left to enjoy the rest of the tea party!" Selena happily said. So I took one cupcake and started eating it in a ladylike manner since I've been taught to do that since when my dad hired tutors for me.

"So have you heard that the King and Queen of the Atlantic Ocean came here for a visit a few days ago?"Leila the fairy with blonde hair said excitedly. Some people nodded and some people got confused.

"When Prince was showing his family around the town, I heard that they were talking about his soulmate," Selena said. I almost choked on the cupcake, but thank god no one noticed it. I almost forgot that people don't know that I'm Mortimer's soulmate.

"Oh man, I was hoping you were kidding when you said he found his soulmate. Now my dreams are crushed!" Leila whined. Does she mean she wanted to win his heart? I can't lie that it's made me jealous, but I don't want to blow my cover in front of everyone.

"Do you know what they were talking about?" Melisa the vampire with jet black hair said.

"Only heard that his soulmate is very polite and smart. That she is perfect for him, then I saw Prince's grin as he was happy with the acceptance."Selena answered. I saw him that day, he returned, he was happy, he wasn't nervous anymore like he was before. Then I smiled at Selena's words.

"Aww that sucks, we don't even know who she is!" Leila said. Now I was kinda suspicious how they don't know that I'm his soulmate. I'm pretty sure that everybody watches the Supernatural Mating Games.

"Don't you girls watch Supernatural Mating Games?" I asked with curiosity. I mean it's all over the media, so they should have known this by now.

"We don't have access to the Supernatural media here, so we just watch the human channels," Melisa said in a sad voice. Well, that makes sense now, but I don't know how long I will pretend to be just a 'new girl'.

"Who knows, maybe we will see her at the Moonlight festival?" Selena suggested. Everybody was either chatting among themselves or other people were just leaving since we found the solution.

"Um, Since I'm new here. Can you explain what the Moonlight festival is?" I asked. I'm curious because I've rarely been to the festivals before.

"The Festival begins in late August, the festival is about the friendship between different creatures. There is a lot of food and dancing!" Leila explained. Well sounds interesting, especially the word 'food' that interested me the most. And I have to wait two months for the festival.

We talked for a few minutes then we all decided to go back to our homes. Right now I passed the lunch, I don't regret it because I ate delicious pastries. It's not healthy but I don't care about that. I was just walking back home making sure that no one is curious about me and decided to follow me. But I felt someone's presence.

"Well, well I never saw you here before, I hope you're not an intruder." I felt the presence of the Vampire. Vampires can only lurk in the shadows during the day. But since the sun is hiding behind the clouds it means they could lurk during the daytime.

"Well, I'm not," I told him, continuing walking home. I can guess that he is one of the island's guards.

"Hmm, then would you mind telling me your name?" the vampire asked. I'm not want to reveal my name to the Vampire.

"You can always ask the town's people about me. But I'm not planning on revealing my name."I told him. So I just started walking a little faster.

"Yes, but it's rare to see a single she-werewolf."But this vampire used his vampire speed to keep up with my pace. Are the people of this island friendly because this vampire is flirting with me?

"It is, because I'm not single," I told him. I looked at the vampire. He has red hair and yellow eyes and he has pale skin as he was supposed to.

"Is that so? Are you the one who is supposed to be Prince's soulmate?" He asked with curiosity. I need somehow to get rid of him.

"I don't know, maybe you should ask the Prince himself?" I snapped. I mean not all vampires are bad, but if someone thinks that harassing me is a good idea I might kick him in the balls for that.

The presence of the vampire is so bothering me. My eyes turned yellow and when that noisy vampire saw my eyes he ran far away from me. This is how I dealt with male werewolves who were in high school. Thank god he was smart to run away.

I continued walking peacefully home, my eyes still yellow from anger. I tried to calm down by slowly breathing the air, but the color of my eyes haven't left. I entered the house, but this time no one expected me. So I went to our bedroom and saw if I got any phone calls or messages, I guess there are no new messages or phone calls. I went to the balcony to see a beautiful scene in front of me. There was a sofa on the balcony so I sat there and admired the scene.

"There you are, decided to stop avoiding me?" Mortimer said. I guess I was so into the scenery I haven't heard him entering the bedroom.

"No, I was simply bored, so I decided to go to the town," I said to him. I turned my head to look at him, but apparently, my yellow eyes haven't faded.

"What happened?"Mortimer asked and he sat next to me. For some reason, his presence is more calming than that noisy vampire's.

"Someone thought it was a good idea to piss me off " I sighed. Mortimer wrapped his arm around my shoulder and I leaned. My yellow eyes began to fade away and I felt calmer.

"There are always new things about you that fascinate me," Mortimer smiled. Then I smiled and we continued to admire the sunset together.
