《》Chapter 9

I woke to find Sebastian had left my side. I got up slowly, an ache forming in my inner thighs. I slipped on a pair of underwear and pulled one of Sebastian's black shirts over my head to cover me down to my center thigh.
I made my way down the stairs to find Tri looking worridly at the front door. He saw me and quickly tried to grab me but I had already turned my head.
I saw standing outside the doorframe a beautiful girl, she was looking at me with a hard glare so I approached her. Sebastian was standing in the way with an angry scowl covering his face.
"Leave, Maya, you are not welcome here," he hissed but she smirked at his annoyance. "Oh, come on now, you can't really replace me with that pathetic mortal can you? I want you back baby..." She whispered and went to touch his jaw but he flinched and pushed her hand away.
I took this time to look at her appearence. She had long blonde curls and deep ocean blue eyes, full pink lips and defined cheekbones. Two fangs were visible under her top lip and her skin was very pale. She was wearing a light blue see-threw dress and cream sandals.
I could tell by the way she was acting that she must have been Seb's ex, an unwanted ex at that.
"Right, fuck off Maya or I'll throw you out myself!" Tri barked and sped in front of us both to block her. "Fine." She snarled and in an instant she was gone. Sebastian slammed the door shut and Tri patted his back.
"Skanky bitch, how dare she come here!" Tri complained and myself and Seb giggled. "Sorry about her, Darc, she can't take a hint," Seb chuckled and pick me up bridal-style and carried me into the kitchen.

He set me down on the counter and put both fists either side of me so he was facing me directly. He leaned forward and pressed his lips gently against my own then rested his forehead on mine.
"What's for breakfast?" I asked when I felt my stomach rumbling. "Are you on the menu?" Sebastian smirked, his eyes burning into my private area.
"I don't think I am actually," I teased and jumped off the counter and started walking around the kitchen searching for real food.
I opened the large white fridge on the left side of the kitchen to be met by a load of delicious human food.
"Ooooh can I have pancakes! Please Sebby!!" I begged and pouted at vampire infront of me. "Of course, sweet thing. But I'm cooking!" He countered.
"Fine," I sighed but inside I was purring at the thought of Sebastian making me pancakes.
Tri walked in ten minutes later and amusingly observed Seb attempt to make me breakfast.
"Oh wow, I've never seen Sebbypoo cook in his entire lifetime! Whatever magic you've got can I borrow it?" Tri praised and I grinned wholeheartedly.
That Maya girl was still bugging me in the back of my mind and I could only suspect she was going to stir some trouble soon...

The Devil's own sins
Writer updates available for free on patreon. The following account, dear reader, is a recollection and retelling of the story of the first imp. The last devil born from the original primordial pit at the dawn of time, and the lowliest speck of that first generation. It recounts the tale of Thozronnath the pitiful and his steady rise from obscurity, perpetually stuck as a punching bag for his betters until the day hell itself spat him out. The information presented here is pieced together from eye-witness reports and second hand hearsay, sometimes from creatures with more than two hands. I can not tell you with any degree of accuracy how much of it is true as it begins long before our time and it's true ending lies far unto the future still. I can tell you one thing though, it was confusing as hell. Cover: Illustration for John Milton's Paradise Lost by Gustave Doré (1866), a thankfully public domain image. Currently on hiatus.
