《》Chapter 10

"GET AWAY FROM ME MONSTER!" Darcy screeched at me as I stood confused before her. What had I done? Why was she flinching away from me?
I took a step towards her only for her to back away again.
"What have I done, Darcy?" I asked with sincerity but she sobbed in reply.
Suddenly, my senses becoming clear, I smelt blood, fresh blood.
I look down at my clothes to find them drenched in the crimson liquid. I didn't understand. I look back at the doorway to find a trail of blood following me.
I walked towards the door and peered outside.
Bodies. Bodies everywhere. Servants, maids, friends, family. Everyone I knew was here. All dead...
"DARCY!" I screamed and Darcy sprang up next to me.
"What, what happened?" She questioned, still heavy with sleep. I looked down at my clothes, then at her. No blood.
"Nothing, a dream, that's all." I muttered but she did not look convinced. Instead of pressing the subject, Darcy cuddled into me as I lay back down. Un-certain weather i should feel guilty of amused by the 'oh so tragic dream'
---
"Sebastian," I piped up when Sebby walked back into our bedroom. "Yes, my love?"
"What the dream about?" I hesitated.
"Nothing of importance, I've forgotten most of it. Come along, Tri said he needs to have a word with us." Sebastian replied and laced our fingers together, leading me down the hallway towards Tri.
We entered the room and I was shocked at first. Tri was pacing, his eyes panicky and frantic, this couldn't be good news.
"Right, good, well... Sebastian, you remember the Hat brothers, correct?" Tri's voice cracked as he spoke.
"I do." Sebastian all but growled in response.
"They are.... Back in the city for a while... And they want to stay here..." Tri trailed off at the end, his eyes becoming more excited by the minute.

I turned to Sebastian to see his eyes gleaming red. Who are these 'Hat brothers'?
"Who are they?" I asked out of curiosity and Sebastian grunted.
"Oh sweet girl, they are the most irresistible vampires around! Each very different from the other but all cause mischief where ever they go. I've had a thing for one of them for quite a while! Sebastian doesn't like them, I can't imagine why..." Tri giggled and raised an eyebrow at Sebby.
"I dislike them because they are trouble, and they will do anything to pester me." He grumbled.
"They sound cool, when are they coming?" I grinned and Tri grinned back. "In two hours."
---
After two hours of Tri frantically getting ready then making me look extra beautiful we heard a loud knock on the door.
"I'll get it!" Tri squealed and ran to the door. Beside me Sebastian stiffened which made me confused. Did he think I would go for them and leave him? I would never!
As Tri opened the door I felt my heart race. Why was I so nervous? Maybe it was Sebby.
When Tri opened the door fully my jaw fell to the ground. Three of the most beautiful and sexually enticing men stepped into the room and my heart skipped a beat.
"H-Hi boys," Tri stuttered and looked just as in awe as I was.
They all were very different.
The first, the shortest of the three, was quite slim with brown hair and smooth chocolaty eyes.
The second, the tallest and looking around 6'5, very buff with sexy ginger hair and bright blue eyes.
Then the third, a tad shorter than the second but by far the most attractive, perfect body with dark brown hair and the most gorgeous blue-green-grey eyes you've ever seen.
Now I understand why Sebby was so agitated, not that they had anything on Sebastian of course.

The first stepped forward, eyes locking with my own, "Good day, my sweet, my name is Christopher Trottimus, it's a pleasure to meet you," he introduced himself and kissed my right hand. My cheeks turned bright red at his action and I heard Sebastian growl beside me.
"These are my younger brothers, Alexander and Ross," he then gestured to the second and third. I whispered a 'nice to meet you' but my voice came out weaker than I expected.
"Good day, Sebastian." Christopher replied with amusement and the other two grinned, Sebastian on the other hand snarled and tightened his arm on my waist.
"You know where your rooms are, I'm sure Darcy and Dimitri can may you feel welcome, I'm going out for a hunt." Sebastian almost barked and was gone before I could stop him.
-----
After an hour and a half of showing the brothers around I started to pick up on what they were like.
Christopher, or Chris, was quite sweet actually. He was very polite, with the odd flirt here and there of course. Alexander, or Alex, was very VERY cheeky and mischievous. He flirted with both me and Dimitri and was always attempting to sneakily touch one of us; I'll have to keep a close eye on him. Ross was very quiet, he didn't talk much but he had a mysterious edge around him that kept pulling me in. His eyes never really left me and whenever I stared for too long he'd give me this smirk that made my knees weak. I could tell he would be trouble.
"Give me a minute; I'm gonna go get a jacket!" I excused myself from the living room, feeling a bit cold all of a sudden. Walking back up the stairs I felt like I was being followed. Now at the top of the stairs in the middle of the hallway I took the opportunity to turn around.
Just as I turned fully, a hard, warm body met my face and I hand to take a step back to see who it was. It was Ross, lord help me.
"Um... Hello," I mumbled nervously and he smiled down at me. "Hello, I haven't had the chance to talk to you, so I thought, since we are alone, we could get to know each other?" He asked but I could tell there was only one answer. I couldn't refuse; the longer I gazed into his hypnotizing eyes the more I wanted to agree.
"Sure, come sit with me," I replied and led him into our bedroom.
We sat in silence for a while, a strange tension filling the room and making me hot under the collar.
"How long have you been here?" Ross asked curiously, catching me off guard.
"I can't actually remember, maybe a month or so?" I hadn't really thought about it, I had not really thought about my life before Sebastian.
"Hm... You are his soul mate, yes?" Ross squinted, observing me intently. "Yes, I guess, from what I've been told..." Again with the unexpected questions!
"Interesting, for some reason, it doesn't really fit right." Ross remarked under his breath but I think he wanted me to hear him. What does he mean...?
Before I could ask Ross turned towards me and his left hand caught my chin. His eyes bored into mine and I felt myself sink into him.
Then, as if my mind called to him, his lips connected with mine.
