You were mad at him but you couldn't leave him hanging so you decided to go. You were sitting at y/h table, you could feel eyes burning in the back of your head.
You knew it was him but you couldn't stop yourself from looking. Once you turned around your eyes met his. For a second you were lost,when y/f/n called you, you were pulled back into reality.
"Mhmm?" You hummed. "You ready to go?" Your friend asked. "No, I have to do something. I meet you back in the common room." Your friend nodded and waved you bye. You watched as they walked out the great hall.
You stood up, looked at Mattheo and walked out the great hall straight to the astronomy tower. You walked to the rails, your hand touched the cold metal. You look at the sky, there weren't much stars but there was a full moon.
The moonlight shone into the room as you heard footsteps behind you. "What do you want Mattheo?" You said without looking at him. He stood next to you, looking at you and trying to get your attention.
"I just want to talk, look I know that you think that you're just a game to me but you're not. Look y/n, I like you like a lot. And it was just easier for me to treat you like you're a toy. Please forgive me, I'm begging you.... I think I'm in love with you y/n and I have been for a while now. You're everything to me, so please don't let me down now y/n."
You were looking at him now, "Stop it Mattheo." You spat. "You don't like me and I don't like you, I despise you. You're a monster and I hate you. You disgust me, and you think I love you back? I could never. Now leave. me. alone!" You yelled at him. He looked at you with tears in his eyes. You walked away without thinking.

Leaving him there alone with his thoughts.
He couldn't believe what just happend, it felt like you stabbed him in the heart and he didn't like it. He didn't even notice there was a tear rolling down his cheek.
He walked back to his dorm, he grabbed a bottle of rum and a joint. Hoping he could forget everything that happend. He never felt like this before but one thing he knew was that it was never going to happen again.
While you were still running to your common room, with tears running down your cheeks. You loved him, so much. But you knew what would happen if you admitted that, you knew what your parents would think and his father. You just couldn't risk it.
You stepped inside of your common room and ran straight to your private dorm ignoring the calls from your friends. You grabbed a bottle of whiskey and your pocket knife. Hoping you could forget everything that happend, you carved a broken heart into your thigh. You loved the feeling of the pain and blood running down your leg.
You both fell in a deep sleep loving each other but with a broken heart.
