Blood soaked floors

Alice slowly wiped the blood away from her cheek as she took a heavy sigh.

Alice :

Lucius : "Jesus Fucking Christ!"

Lucius shouted.

Through all of the terror which had happened, Y/N was just sitting, silent.

After the shooting, Alice immediately called her company and explained

what happened.

And now, they are here.

Ayaka : "Good job, Alice!"

Ayaka congratulated Alice.

Ayaka's employees, who were wearing suits just like Alice, were cleaning and moping up the blood which was splattered everywhere.

Two employees were putting Emma's deceased body into a body bag.

Even though someone had just died, for Ayaka's eyes, and the others employees as well, this is just business.

You pose a direct threat to a client

then it becomes the bodyguard's full responsibility to protect the client,

But there is a problem...

Alice : "It's my job..." Alice responded

to her boss congratulating her.

Using a towel, Alice thoroughly wiped her face to clean it of blood.

Miyamoto : "It seems that you've emptied a whole magazine on her face. That's really like you, blackbird." Miyamoto spoke.

Miyamoto was wearing a black suit aswell. She came with Ayaka and the other security agency employees since she still doesn't have a client yet.

Alice didn't respond to Miyamoto.

She was just staring at the ground.

Her mind far away.

Lucius : "Yeah, she used a fucking gun!

Ayaka : "Oh yeah... That's true... Alice, you broke the contract. Even though you saved Y/N's life and yours, I'm afraid you can't keep your job as a bodyguard of Y/N."

Y/N : "No..."

Ayaka : "Huh?"

Lucius :

Y/N : "She saved me... She can stay..."

Y/N said, weakly, his eyes just staring

at the floor, clearly traumatized.

Lucius : "You're still trusting this girl...? After she brought fucking a gun when it was clearly against the contract!?"

Y/N : "For the record, Lucius... I'll be dead right now if she didn't sneak a gun in... I was the one foolish enough not to allow her to carry a gun."

Lucius : "You gotto be fucking kidding me." He scoffed, unable to believe Y/N.

Lucius : "We can hire a new and more trustworthy guard, Y/N!"

Y/N : "No... I already trust Alice,

with all my life."

Alice looked at Y/N,

who was looking at Lucius.

Alice's unreadable eyes suddenly become readable, in those eyes that were colored of gold, you can read the emotion of

Lucius : "I can't believe this..."

Lucius walked away.

Ayaka : "Uh huh... I guess that means Alice will stay then, is that correct, Y/N?"

Y/N : "That's correct..."

Alice :

"I will protect you, Y/N,

Miyamoto was surprised to her

those words. She hasn't seen her

that determined about protecting

a client before.

Miyamoto : "I haven't seen you this enthusiastic about protecting a client, Alice." She spoke her mind.

Alice : "I will protect him,

no matter what it takes."

Ayaka : "Y/N, perhaps I can interest you in a house... or rather mansion search? My security agency can search the rooms of your maids and butlers if they are hiding anything, more specifically a gun. It's better safe than sorry."

Y/N eyes darted the floor,

considering the suggestion.

It seems okay to him.

Y/N : "Alright..."

As Y/N agreed, an employee

of Ayaka approached them.

"The police are here, miss Ayaka."

The employee informed her boss.

Ayaka : "I'm gonna need to talk to them." She said as she walked away with the employee, going to the police officers.

After the night of Emma's grim death.

The mansion continued with its

usual business, albeit everyone in

the mansion is now traumatized.

Except for Alice.

Death and Violence isn't new to her,

evident in her repeatedly shooting Emma's face with the most blank expression on her face.

And even more so, she doesn't mind death and violence. As long as it's necessary, Alice would go into

lengths just to assure Y/N's safety.

As the mansion was going with its usual business, Totenkopf Security employees, which were Ayaka's employees, arrived at the mansion.

This was planned by Y/N and Ayaka. It was a surprise search so that they could assure that no one was possessing any firearms or planning anything against

Y/N.

Perhaps some are harboring resentments and conspiracies of murder, just like what had nearly happened at the night of Emma's

death, where Y/N would have died without Alice's unexpected intervention.

And that's the exact thing

this search would prevent.

Every staff of the mansion lined outside; the driver, gardener, maids and butlers. And even Lucius was among the line.

Some were irritated, worried, fearful

or indifferent to the inspection. But

one thing is the same for everyone; Everyone just wants the inspection

to be complete.

Y/N was by the door, gloomily watching the staff of the mansion standing lined outside.

Y/N was in despair,

Alice was next to Y/N. And as Y/N was

thinking, with a depressive mood,

about Emma's death and the possible reasons for why such thing has to happen. Alice was just blushing.

Happy to be next to him.

She had made a vow within herself

to protect him no matter what.

Especially with the harm that presented itself at the night of Emma's attempted attack, there might be more and what will happen if Y/N gets hurt or even die!?

The thought was unsettling Alice.

As Alice and Y/N stood by,

Ayaka approached them.

Ayaka : "The search is complete.

We didn't find anything."

Y/N sighed.

Y/N : "That's good..."
