Ceto buried her face in her wings.
"Ceto! Come down here!" Emerald called.
Ceto was silent, she did not want to wake up, if she was quiet maybe Emerald would leave her alone.
Emerald walked into the cave and smashed her tail against the wall.
'Not gonna work, I am staying asleep.' Ceto thought.
"Well, if Ceto is asleep I suppose it wouldn't matter if I looked through her things." Emerald aid loudly.
Ceto knew it was a trick, but Emerald may do it, "Don't, see? I am awake." Ceto said, jumping off of her ledge.
"Come on Ceto, we caught some squid." Emerald said, putting her wing around Ceto.
"Tell me the story of how I came here again." Ceto asked.
"Is that the only story you ever want me to tell you?" Emerald asked.
"I want to know more about myself." Ceto explained.
"Well one night there came a dragon, she had scales like a NightWing and was as big as me and Altum combined, she showed us your egg, she said she guarded the egg until it hatched, we welcomed her in, the next night she went hunting to thank us but was hit by lighting, soon after that you hatched, we named you Ceto, for that was the name the dragon bore." Emerald said.
"I wish I was your real dragonet." Ceto wished.
"Coming to us in the talons of a strange old dragon makes you special." Emerald said.
"I am not special." Ceto replied, it was true, she wasn't she didn't act special, look special, she got good grades but it wasn't like that made her extraordinary.
"Enjoy your squid." Altum said when they reached the eating cave.
Ceto ate her squid and went back to her room, she was going to Jade Mountain Academy tomorrow and was packing the things she wanted to bring into a bag, she put in one more thing, a locket, on the inside there were dark blue scales, one on one side and one on the other.

Ceto left the caves and went outside, the entrance to the caves was underwater, she swam up to the surface, spreading her teal wings to fly up. She landed on the beach and sunk her talons into the sand, her webbed claws making an imprint in the ground.
Ceto lay down in the sand, she didn't want to go t the main SeaWing village, she wanted to enjoy her last day here at the island where she hatched.
