Punz remembered seeing the mushroom boy head towards the unknown. He was worried George might end up in a worst situation with the human

Punz was guarding the village entrance and noticed Tubbo came back from the flowers. He was coated with pollen and his pet bee was coated even more

"Hey, Punz!" Tubbo waved as the guard nodded and watched Tubbo lead his bee to the stable with birds or other insects. He ran to the mushroom house and knocked on the door

Punz looked away as felt sweat running down as Tubbo yelled for George to come out. Ranboo also came to help Tubbo, but no answer

Tubbo and Ranboo walked to Punz and asked if he had seen George

: I have not

: But you're a guard! Did he ever leave?

: Not that I'm aware of

: You're the best guard! Are you sure he didn't escape?

: I am sure

Punz was nervous. He then remembered George hates it when people disturb him. So he said whatever came out of his mouth, "He asked me to not let anyone disturb him. So let him have some alone time, ok?"

Tubbo and Ranboo nodded as they walked back to the village. He sighed and went back to his guard duties, but he then notices Sapnap's acorn hat and he frowned

: Hey, Punz!

: *irritated* Hey, Sapnap

: Have you seen George? He hasn't stepped out of his home

: Not really. He hasn't come out either because I have been standing here for a long time. I would've seen him if he tried to pass me

: I'll go check his house. Good thing he gave me his second key

: *nervous* Yeah

Sapnap ran and opened the mushroom house. He searched and called out his friend's name, but no answer. He searched his rooms and started to panic. He ran out and yelled for the whole village to hear, "GEORGE IS GONE!"

Everyone gasped and started to run frantically. Some alerted their rides and they flapped wildly from fear, they hit each other as they ran and slammed into each other's heads, and the screams grew louder

"ENOUGH!" Punz yelled as everyone calmed down. He knew where the mushroom boy's at, but he had to think of a lie before a war breaks

: George must've left to do his mushroom duties!

: But today there will be a black moon! He goes at bright moon!

: *thinking* Shit! *to the people* What if he went to explore on his own?

: You sure? You said you would've seen him!

: *thinking* Shit! Shit! Shit!

: I will go search for him! Who's with me?

The crowd cheered as Sapnap began choosing his search party. Punz sighed as he walked towards the bar

He sat next to a male with a small stem and 2 leaves growing on his head as he ordered a honeydew drop

The male smiled, "Hey, Punz! I heard the argument out there. What happened?" Punz sighed, "Hey, Sykkuno. I honestly don't know. George is really important to us, but I wasn't expecting for everyone to start a commotion over 1 boy."

: I mean, he is the mushroom boy

: I know, but I didn't expect his disappearance would cause this

: Punz, do you want a breather?

: I could use one

: Follow me!

Sykkuno led the white guard out of their village as they walked towards the outside of the forest. Both heard birds chirping as the shy male giggled and walked quicker as Punz followed

They made it to the school where George and Punz visited. The guard froze as the male waved his hand and the guard followed

They made it towards the gigantic building as Sykkuno crawled from the bottom to get inside the school. Punz followed and noticed it was empty

: I come here sometimes

: Why?

: To see a human!

: .....

: Please don't tell the village! I have a crush on this human!

: *sigh* Fine! *mumbling* Another member who's in love with a human

: Huh?

: Nothing!

Both walked in the hallways as Sykkuno found a giant rectangular box standing up with a clear glass and bags of goodies inside. The smell was so good!

Both climbed to the heavy slot and Punz used his spear to keep it lifted as Sykkuno went inside and looked up. He noticed Punz seemed to have something in mind

: Punz?

: Yeah?

: You know where George is?

: No?

: Do you know? You looked suspicious back there

: How did you-

: I guessed

: He's with a human

: WHAT?! Lucky! He got near one and did the human talk with him?!

: I think so

: Lucky! At least he's brave enough to speak with one

: I still doubt the human's friendly, but at least George has his powers to protect himself

: True, but will he come back?

: He said he will, but he didn't tell me when

: Oh well, let's eat! The food inside these bags are delicious!

Both opened one and shared some long orange chips as they were covered with the dust. They cleaned up and headed back to their village, but freaked out when they noticed Sapnap pacing nervously around

He spotted the white leaf clothed guard and walked up to him. He had his head down and some of his search party members returned with no news

: Where did he go? Did we make him uncomfortable?

: He was trapped in his house with a limited time to be out of the village

: I miss him. He's my best friend

: I know

Punz hugged Sapnap as he sobbed into the white leaf coat. Punz looked at the entrance and closed his eyes. He sensed more humans at the house George was when he saw the human male with blonde hair

Punz tensed and hoped the mushroom boy was safe, especially with more coming over
