《TROUBLE [twd]》left and right

Sakiko makes it outside of the woods, finding a backroad that was surrounded by large fields of nothing. She makes an 'aha!' sound, jumping off a log onto the pavement, bouncing on her heels with the feeling of new ground under her.
She looks up and down the road, a few broken down cars here and there. She slides one of her bags higher up on her shoulder, peering past the field and the trees beyond it- hardly able to make out the sight of large buildings.
"The destroyed city of Atlantis," she whispers to herself, "Whoever called it Atlanta was a psychic."
With her bag more secure, she holds her hands in front of her as though weighing her options.
"Left.. Right.. Left.. Right.." she mutters, pursing her lips.
Stepping to the middle of the road, she looks both ways once more before swinging her body to the right.
"Right is always the right way to go," she decides, strutting her way down the road.
She walks for a long time, passing by the rare broken down vehicle. Reaching a turn in the road, she takes notice of one of the vehicles, seeing someone still in the driver's seat. She contemplates for a few seconds before easing to the car, knocking on the window.
"Excuse me?" she asks, peering into the window.
The person inside moves their head and Sakiko nervously shuffles her weight, "Could I maybe get a ride?"
The person looks to her, suddenly growling and thrusting themselves against the window, clawing at it feverishly. Sakiko gasps, stumbling backwards at the sight. The man's cheek was ripped open, his eyes a glazed over white, and skin gray.
"Ah.." she inspects, getting closer to the window, eye-level with the person, "So, you're what a geek looks like."
The geek slams his head against the window again, Sakiko hurrying backwards again with a racing heart.

"Fine," she huffs, making herself look stronger than she felt, "Didn't want a ride with you anymore you.. you.. no cheek, dumb, ugly, creep, geek!"
She kicks at the car, the geek growling louder and slamming it's hand against the window.
"Jerk!" she hisses.
With a stressed sigh, Sakiko stomps away.
--
"I want you to stay here, keep an eye out looking for your sister," Daryl orders, strapping his bow to his back, "But, make sure to keep safe. You see a geek, you run and don't stop. Leave some kinda trail for me to catch onto."
"Do you have to go?" Nanami sighs, looking to the bigger knife Daryl gave him.
"Ain't no one deserve to get strung up with geeks comin' down on 'em. And Rick says he dropped a lot of guns, and I need those to keep you kids safe. It's more than just Merle."
Nanami nods, his cheeks puffing out, "What kind of trail do I need to leave?"
"Mud, carve on a tree, anything. Just something to let me know where you are."
"And you'll be back as soon as you find Merle and get the guns?"
"And then we'll all three search these woods high and low till we find Kiko," Daryl swears, "Shane said these woods are safe enough. We've only seen the one geek close to camp so far, so she'll be just fine for a couple hours."
Daryl hops up into the back of the box truck, Nanami watching him, "Stay safe, I'll be back before you know it."
The box truck went to the left.
--
Sakiko swings her bag around herself, the straps wrapping around her before she flings it the other way to repeat the motion. Her steps were big and heavy- another sign that the girl was bored out of her mind.

The road grew more dim as she got further away from the city, fields with weeds that were waist level to her the only sight she was growing to know.
When even the bag motion makes her bored, she moves it around her shoulders, bending down to pick up a rock in the road, throwing it as far as she could manage. She smiles to herself, hurrying up her steps until she finds the same rock, picking it up just to throw it once more.
She keeps up the game for awhile until she realizes she was playing fetch with herself and decides that she was better than that.
Just when she thought she was doomed to an eternal fate within weeds, she finds a stop sign at the end of the road- another left of right decision to be made.
Placing her hands on her hips, she looks both ways. The right seemed to be more field where as the left would held more trees. If she looked hard enough, she could've swore she saw a mailbox.
"Left," she announces, beginning the march once again.
--
Nanami had been looking around the woods all day, even when Carol and Jacqui advised him to not go alone and wait for the men to return. Nanami held back the urge to roll his eyes and remind them he was a man himself and he was going to fine his sister.
Ryan had helped him, Dale as well when Shane was on watch. But, as it grew dark and there was no word from Sakiko, Daryl, or Merle, Dale said it was best of they head back to camp and wait it out.
Nanami followed back to camp until he saw everyone gathered around the fire- smiling and laughing as though nothing was happening.
The sight made him nauseous and he slipped back into the woods for Sakiko.
How could they be so happy when his sister was missing? When there were four (five including Merle) of their people in the city, risking their lives for them to have safety?
He takes a different path this time, squinting his eyes to see in the small light of the flashlight he had. A tree branch snaps in the distance, Nanami hurrying that way.
"Kiko?" he asks, "Is that you?"
There's no answer and Nanami begins to question if he'd even heard correctly. He shines the light around, seeing nothing and no one around him. Another branch snaps, leaves crunching with more force.
"Sakiko!" he calls.
Turning the base of a large tree, a man stumbles to Nanami with his arms outstretched. Nanami yelps, falling backwards out of the growling man's reach. The man falls as well, Nanami scrambling to stand up. His flashlight was on the ground, though as another woman begins her way to him, he discards it and breaks into a run.
He goes the way he thought was to camp, another three geeks cutting him off.
"Help!" he screams, "Geeks!"
He runs as fast as he could manage, more and more of the geeks showing up from seemingly nowhere with no one from camp hearing him. Disoriented from running in circles in the endless woods, Nanami hastily runs in a single direction.
Keeping Daryl's words close to him as he breaks limbs he could reach and throwing them to the ground, takes the larger knife out to stab at trees, tearing off pieces of his clothes and dropping them.
With geeks surrounding him at every which turn, he doesn't even hear the gunshots emerging from camp.
