《How To Train Your Giant (DNF)》Ch 30 - Wild Adventure

"Alright! I'm in position!" a person said as they noticed a giant being eating some food. "I have the trap ready and loaded," another person spoke as they waited
A giant figure appeared as he scrunched down, "How's it going?" The brunette sighed as he brushed his hair to the side
"One more bite, and you're up, Dream," the brunette said as the giant nodded. Once the other giant being finished, Dream stood up and tackled it
He growled as both fought. The wild kicked Dream as he grunted and tackled the wild giant again, pinning him down
Glazed eyes stared into his emerald eyes as Dream struggled to keep it down. "Hurry, George!" he called as the human jumped on and placed liquid on its eyes
He threw a bottle of liquid in its mouth as Dream closed his eyes and magic particles swirled around him
The giant's eyes turned into a color of gray as it smiled, "Thank you!" "Anytime," Dream said as the giant walked towards a town
It is now their new town. Home of giants and humans, living in harmony once again. Phil and Kristen were back together as the giantess cuddled her husband
The princes ran into the forest as they noticed their sanctuary was no longer the same. It had more trees, the water not as clean as before, and the flat ground now had some hills or dips
: Time really goes by, right?
: Yeah
: Now we're just traveling, looking for any mythical giants
: And hopefully a new place to live in case your father asks for one
: That as well
: We've been finding so many regular wild giants! When will we find something else?
: We did find rare or epic types
: But not mythicals
: Don't worry! Kristen said we'll know! We're hunting for the mythical types!

Dream smiled as they looked at the sun. "Let's go further," George said as Dream placed the prince on his palm
He walked far until they could see the seas stretch farther. "It looks endless," George said as Dream smiled and agreed
They heard more growls and roars as George smirked, "Another wild adventure awaits!" Dream purred, then he growled playfully as he took George away
The brunette held onto the cotton of the inside of the hoodie pocket as Dream dashed through the forest, dodging any obstacle that will keep him from continuing his run
He made it to a mountain as he climbed. He was struggling as he plucked George out and placed him at the top
"Wait here," Dream assured as the human smiled. Dream walked back a few steps and made a sprint, later jumping as he clawed the edge to where George waited
Once up, he felt cold air slap his face as the prince giggled
: Dream, this is the best day!
: You always say that
: You're going to ruin it
: *sarcastically* My bad!
: Listen, I was thinking, what if there was a way to revive your parents?
: I'd have to find a mythical to help me with that. It takes a Healer and Revivor to do the task
: Revivor to revive the dead, and Healer?
: To heal their wounds as if it was caused seconds ago and restore their memories
: Dream?
: Hmm?
: Will you...?
: Yeah?
: Will you...uhh...
: You can tell me. I won't be mad or anything
: Will you marry me?
Dream gasped. The only giant-human couple were Kristen and Phil, but now they're going to be the second couple
"Yes!" the giant squealed as George felt Dream nuzzle him and lick his face with excitement
Their wedding went well. Phil smiled as Kristen waved at them. "Welcome to the human-giant married couple!" Kristen giggled as Dream laughed with her

"Care for a dance?" Dream asked as George blushed. "Away from the crowd?" the giant whispered as George smiled and nodded
Both sneaked out of their own wedding as they looked at the horizon. Their old adventure has passed, and now they must do a new one
They looked deeply at each other and a roar interrupted them. "Giant?" George asked as Dream stood up to his full height and sniffed
"Yep!" he said as he sniffed once again. He gasped as he slowly turned to look at George, "Mythicals!"
Both smiled as George waited for Dream, who placed his hand down and put the human on his pocket hoodie
"New adventure begins," George mumbled as Dream climbed on a mini mountain. He inhaled and roared inhumanely like the day of the battle with Colossal
Both lovers watched the sun begin to set as Dream sets off, searching for other Mythical Types

The Kodoku Game
In Japanese folklore, there once existed an ancient technique among alchemists for harvesting the strongest poison known to man. A poison so vicious, so horrendous, that a single drop could incapacitate an entire nation of humans, several times over. A poison so intense that a single drop could turn the tides of a war on its head. As potent as it appeared however, this poison could be harvested from the blood of a single insect alone- an insect the alchemist’s called the ‘Kodoku’. As lucrative as was attaining this poison however, the problem lied in identifying this insect- its appearance, shape and size changed from region to region and from continent to continent. Sometimes it took the appearance of a ladybug and other times a horned-beetle. In order to determine the identity of this special insect the alchemists came up with an ingenious method. They created an impregnable jar of clay out of the best sandstone they could find and placed hundreds of different insects into the same jar. The jar was made with such great mastery that it allowed no insects to escape and allowed no objects to enter. The laws of nature dictated that the insects would remain together in the jar forever. However, it turned out that as time went on, the insects’ hunger for food and power caused them to turn against each other- one insect ate another until only one remained. This sole insect contained a poison that far surpassed that of all the others and became stronger as it ate more and more insects. The alchemists at this point had succeeded in identifying the Kodoku and could extract it’s poison as long as they continued to feed it regularly. Although this folklore ends here, the actual story does not. One day, as the alchemists cheered in joy of having identified the Kodoku they so eagerly wanted, they forgot to close the lid on the very jar that was considered to be completely impregnable. This small gap was just large enough for the Kodoku inside to crawl out. Famished from not having been fed for weeks, the Kodoku ended up eating the very alchemists that nourished its growth until not even the bones remained. Yet, the Kodoku’s hunger didn’t seem to subside in the slightest. So it traveled to the next village and began eating whatever it could find there. Its poison made it unparalleled in strength and slowly but surely it began to dwindle down the population of the entire city. Yet its hunger only continued to grow. So it traveled to the next city over and ate all it could there. Very soon, the Kodoku couldn’t find any more food to eat. There was no one left to eat and no one left to spectate. So it stood there, by itself pondering what possibly was left to eat that could satiate its hunger. But there was one thing left that Kodoku realized it had never eaten. Itself.
