haley almost dropped her phone into the plate of cauliflower rice in front of her. "shit."

"what's up?" elias peered over her shoulder. he was tall, twenty-six year-old german, a bit on the muscly side with thick framed glasses. his hair was a mess of curls that fell across his forehead and he had a strong jaw.

"oh, timmy's calling." haley explained. elias looked confused.

"then why don't you just answer him?"

"i'm taking a second, alright?" she snapped.

"you literally said 'sure'." he replied. "i think you guys have issues." elias smirked and sat opposite of her, picking at her food with his spoon.

"shhh," hissed haley, answering the call.

"hey!" timothée smiled, waving enthusiastically at the camera. "how're you guys? how's filming?"

"you should relax." haley told him. "i've been here for a just a week."

"how has your first week of being executive producer?" he asked, mischievously.

"nothing's different. i still get a chair with my name on it, i get to listen in with headphones when the scene being filmed isn't one that i'm a part of. i just pay for stuff, i guess."

"you pay?" asked elias, interestedly.

"i mean, my agent-manager person is the one arranging all that stuff, but yeah." admitted haley.

"is that henry?"

"his name is elias and you know it!" she reprimanded him.

"where is he?"

"hey man!" elias got up to sit next to haley so timmy could see him. "can't wait for you to get here!"

was timothée jealous? kinda.

as much as he loved dune and all the people he was with as he was shooting the second film, he also really wanted to just hang around haley again.

"what scenes have you guys shot already?"

at this, haley lit up.

"it's so exciting! we filmed the bookstore scene a couple days ago and finished a couple more one-on-one scenes this morning."

"i know i'm supposed to play lucifer, as in, the devil, but when i was reading the book i actually liked henry more." timothée said truthfully.

"has he heard the song yet?" elias asked. "no? tell him!"

"okay okay, so, right i told you before that i had an idea about the movie's main song?" haley asked. timothée nodded.

"it's called 'bookstore girl' by charlie burg and i only heard of it a couple months ago," she explained. "but i thought that the song fit addie and the movie in general perfectly, so i talked to max about it and we contacted him!" said haley excitedly.

"hey, that's great news!" timothée said, happy for her.

"he actually replaced the second verse, they want me to duet with him." she said, scrunching her nose thoughtfully.

"that's even better! oh, and by the way also, when's press for pretty woman gonna start?" he added. "sorry i've been calling it that, but the title's like, really long."

"understandable! i've been doing that too," laughed haley. "the cast and i are headed to venice in like a week since there are protocols, but hopefully after that there won't be any delays and we'll be able to go to the venice film fest."

"i was there last year with z, it was an experience for sure."

"i'm so excited but also really nervous somehow?"

"don't be, just be in the moment and take it all in," he advised her. "when will you get back?" timothée asked. he knew that by the time the festival would finish, he would definitely be able to join haley and elias in london.

"well, i'll be able to go back here in london for a while, but there's also a paris premiere. so i have to go there with joe and lily and greta for press. i'm actually trying to get max and some crew members to come along, since that's addie larue's hometown."

what haley didn't mention was that she was trying to ask max if timmy could come too, since addie and lucifer had a scene in paris before she was made immortal and began to travel the world.

do i have a 35 slide art analysis due in less than 24 hours? yes.

anyways, i hope you guys know that the 'after' i indicate every beginning of a

chapter is how long it's been since their breakup, and also idk if you can tell
