The phone glowed upon her face; she had re downloaded a game that she swore she had forgot even existed. But something told her to try it again, so she made a new account to start a virtual life. A life that was better than her own, where she could meet new people and act differently than her introverted ness. The little characters dancing on her screen before showing the sign up or log in screen.

Clicking sign up; where she entered her gmail account and some weird password that no one would think of. Deciding to name herself Bella, it wasn't near her real name but the game was based on avatars. A fake reality where you can be someone else, dress the way you actually wanted but couldn't afford, meet people you would never see in person.

The game was for 18+ but she played this before, she remembered seeing many other minors on there as well. After signing up, the app let her in

Somehow the app creators were friendly, showing the young girl how to travel around on the app and the basics on creating her avatar. She could literally wear anything to her mindset or create her own things if she wanted.

The young woman is named Jasmine, currently at the age of 16 and definitely wasn't allowed to get this game back. She had the game before when she was smaller, she was way more innocent and didn't know she wasn't supposed to give personal information out. Thankfully nothing bad happened to her but her mother had banned her from getting the app ever again. Of course creeps were everywhere to be honest but when Jasmine got older, she got the app with more common sense.

She tried creating her little avatar but with the amount of 4K credits, she really couldn't buy much when all the outfits were over 400. She was a beginner yet again but eventually she would work up to making her character look like a baddie.

After going into a few rooms she ended up meeting a lot of people, Jasmine may have been a quiet person but she could also easily make friends. It was a app so she didn't worry about the person, mainly cause they couldn't see her so she would be fine. Her self esteem was low; her character got good compliments but the real her barely got anything past cute. Jasmine had doe eyes with chubby cheeks, she never knew what being slim or skinny felt like.

She had a small condition that made her naturally bloated and it was hard to lose weight for her. She just wanted to escape real life; being tired of being bullied when she was the sweetest person you could meet, but steady got used by people. She ended up meeting a guy named Von, he was from California while Jasmine was from a small town in Georgia. Her and Von quickly became friends, he would annoy her at times but she didn't mind that about him.

Every day she would get on the app meeting new people, some were fake and some she continued to talk to.....until someone new entered her life just months later.

The day she met him....Jasmine was on IMVU, the app was a 3D world with many rooms and people from all over the world played it. She was sitting in a room alone, her character Bella had got better in looks but definitely wasn't the best in her opinion. A man entered the room...she saw the name '🧸' come in..a male character who was tall and looked handsome. Something about him caught Jasmine's eye, even she didn't know what it was about the strange guy but she wanted to know him.

The man had typed out, Jasmine was shocked the man would speak to her as she just sat there quietly. "Oh hello!" She typed back; the conversation was growing as she got to know him, he wanted to be called Jay and she told him to call her Bella. She found out the man she spoke to was actually younger than her, he was 15 but to her Jay seemed mature for his age. Jasmine liked picking on him for being younger than her but he didn't mind too much cause he started to like her.

The like wasn't a normal like...not even a friend type of like...if only she had caught onto it...

Months had went by; Jasmine and Jay got closer and closer, soon Jasmine could tell that she was starting to like this man. They decided to give out their social media so they can move their future relationship to something more. They switched each other's Snapchat, they would talk as much as they could since they both had high school to deal with.

In November, Jasmine would be currently talking to another guy but it wasn't nothing serious. She saw Jay as a friend so she didn't care if she posted photos of her with other guys. They weren't boyfriends, most were just friends that she got along with.

But the thing is....there was a odd pattern between her and Jay. Whenever Jasmine posted photos of her with these new male friends....Jay would go ghost, he would speak to her for days to weeks. Then....whenever Jasmine stopped talking to the guys and even deleted their photos, Jay would quickly reappear acting like 'he was busy with school'.

Eventually he told Jasmine it was because she had a guy friend and he didn't want to bother them, but Jasmine didn't mind if he spoke to her. Soon Jay also said....he would watch what she posted, every single post she made, he'd be the first to see it. Jasmine just thought he was on the app a lot in order for him to see her posts...

But she was wrong. He was on the app a lot...but he would stalk her page...even could see what room she was in and who she was with. Jay would be upset when she talked to other guys so he purposely stopped speaking to her, she didn't need those guys. She only needed him...he needed her and he'd do anything to get her.

This was it. Jay finally got the courage to ask Jasmine to be his and she happily said yes! She knew more and more things about Jay, like he had a younger sister and lived in Virginia. Jasmine was the selfish type but not crazy or possessive with it, whenever Jay posted his friends she would add them. Only so she could make sure he was okay or whenever he stopped talking, she could go to his friends.

They knew she existed.....right? I mean they were his best friends....they just had to know he had a girlfriend right. If only Jasmine knew....

The relationship was starting out good; Jay spoke to her everyday and damn near all day, he gave her a lot of his attention. Especially when it came to sex, Jasmine could've swore he was a sex god. He liked a lot of things she did...he even helped her get into new things like role play. Seeing the things he would type down made Jasmine feel hot, seeing how eager the man on the other screen wanted her to moan out his name.

Clicking the @ name, Jasmine looked through the girl photos and saw the amount of photos of her and Jay. Jasmine couldn't believe it....so Jay was talking to some other girl but proudly showed her off?

So Jasmine went off on a ranting spree, telling Jay how she couldn't stand him and how she was upset for him speaking to some other girl behind her back.

To most this would seem dramatic cause it's 'online' but Jasmine was vulnerable to him, showing parts of her that she didn't want anyone else to see or know.

After a while Jay sent her a long paragraph about how he and the other girl relationship was fake, she just wanted clout. But Jasmine wasn't having that, she said they were on a break and decided to do her own thing.

Jay didn't like that....his girl was leaving him....he needed her. He needed someone to control, he had to make himself look perfect like he needed her back to keep him happy.

Of course Jasmine being the super caring person she is; Jay was able to come back and manipulate her into taking him back.

Those were the words that made her think he was honest, the word change was something she liked. "Prove it to me...and don't do that again" he would agree to her words....even though this change only lasted for a day....and that was just the day he begged for her back.

After that day...Jay went back to his same old habits; barely texting her back, lying on his location, and this Ivy girl even popped back up.

So Jasmine had left him again...this time she moved on to this girl who went by Trey, someone who actually treated her right. Trey took her on real dates, bought her gifts, and made sure Jasmine was happy before herself. But someone didn't like that...they didn't accept the fact Jasmine had moved on from them!

So Jay made it his plan to take Jasmine back one way or another, while Trey and Jasmine were talking in a room...Jay came in.He first said, Jasmine being upset and Trey was confused "Who's he?" She asked. Jay being the one to answer before Jasmine

Jasmine couldn't believe her eyes, now he wanted to claim her and had the nerve to do it in front of her new lover. "No no! Me and you broke up...don't say that lie!" Jasmine typed out in a fury; why would Jay do such a thing and then taunt her at the same time on her number. Was his message to her, how could Jay blame her for cheating when they weren't together yet again.

But Jasmine who wants to be a people pleaser decided to leave Trey and go back to Jay like everything was cool...Trey understood at first but was a little upset.

Jay on the other hand was happy that he got Jasmine back in his claws, making her do sexual things that she wasn't in the mood for. But he didn't care, making her send photos or videos or they did it virtually many times. Making her say that she belonged to him and could never leave.

He made sure to remind her that, jasmine had no choice but to agree cause arguing wouldn't solve it. Cause fights would just turn to sex....that was all Jay wanted from her....but she just couldn't see it.

More months passed by and they had broke up 2 more times, it was the Ivy girl who came in her messages and replied to her on Instagram through Jay's account. The girl going "Who are you? Girlfriend? I'm only his girlfriend...but clearly that's not true so you can have him!"

But Jasmine didn't care, simply telling the girl she can have Jay and she didn't want him anymore. Going to jay's other account, telling the man how she was done yet again cause he lied over and over.

Jay didn't even care, he basically blamed Jasmine for what happened and that statement had nothing to do with why he cheated on her yet again.

Jasmine had went back to Trey...where she was happy and knew she wasn't getting used. But Jay just wouldn't stop, he would text her saying he wanted to meet her. He was coming down to Georgia and wanted to see her, wanted to make their relationship become stronger when it barely even existed.

So Jasmine being foolish she gave it a shot, she ended up meeting him at a gas station...they're weren't alone of course. The young man was traveling with his family to visit his dad in Mississippi, so he decided to stop in Georgia to see the 'love of his life'. Jasmine didn't even meet his family, but her mother knew Jay existed.

Meanwhile Jay's family only known her as a friend....on that day. They never knew Jasmine existed until the gas station meet up, it had been over a year and his family didn't know she was there!

Jay had took her in the bathroom, doing a quickie letting her know that he still owned her and she couldn't do a thing bout it.

After that day they had separated, it was the first and last time she saw in person but decided to take him back one last time. She had to leave Trey...but only because Jay had text him leaving threats on how she took his girlfriend and he didn't like that. Basically intimidating Trey, but somehow making Jasmine look like the bad person in this.

Trey had messaged Jasmine for the last time "I can't believe you used me! I hate you...you're such a ugly monster! I loved you and this is how you do me...with that bitch of a boyfriend!" Just spitting out nasty words at her until Jasmine just couldn't take it, immediately blocking Trey.

Jay felt content, he got Trey off of Jasmine back so he could be with her more. Making Jasmine use her body in every chance they've met, spending money on him, showing him off like a trophy while no one knew she existed in his life.

This was it. Jasmine was officially done with dealing with Jay, all he has done was use her body and wreck her emotions. She's never cried over a man....but she was getting exhausted of dealing with him, never letting her do anything.

"Jay...I'm sending you cause I'm done and after this I'm deleting the game! I'm so tired of you using me, hurting me, and just sleeping with me when I just want to hang out!" After that sending long paragraphs on how she was actually done, she couldn't stand him anymore.

Especially after finding out his real name was Jungkook....it took over a year and some corny 'your soulmate name begins with..' quiz in order for him to say his real name! He didn't want her to leave...but she was done, she had blocked his number and him off her social media.

She celebrated her 18th birthday that next month, living her life that still went down....she was soon diagnosed with depression. She isn't fully blaming him for that...but he definitely added on to the damage.

Jasmine is now 19 going on 20...she still diagnosed but had gotten so much better than where she was. She had those off days but getting new friends who accept her and her music taste has made her grow. She still has problems opening up emotionally but she's trying her hardest...having 2 jobs and doing college is straining her but she's strong.

She lost 20 pounds and is still going! Proud that she had routine where she isn't in bed all day and forcing herself to eat in order to look normal....those days happen too.

I was dealing with him for the longest....he still kept talking to me after my 18th birthday...just a few months ago, I finally got my closure on why he did that to me.

He told me the truth I was finding out....he was just hungry for sex and decided to keep using me. He still said he loved me and wanted to start over but I knew better...I wouldn't dare go back down the path that made me build cement walls for my emotions.

Whether it's online or in person....don't let anyone use you....they'll make you think they love you but they don't. They see how you're an easy target....they can apologize and you'll easily accept them back...creating a field where they will easily run over you as many times as they want.
