Jiang had been searching through the air cultivation techniques shelves for a while but still couldn't find any technique that was compatible with his air element.

He discovered that the shelves for cultivation techniques operated differently from the shelves for medicinal pills and herbs because here you couldn't just call out what you want and have it come out on its own instead one will have to go through the shelve and search diligently until they get what they are looking for.

Jiang decided that he will just wait and see which air cultivation technique Jun Tang will get him; for he believed Jun Tang won't get him anything bad.

Jiang's reliance on Jun Tang was growing and will only keep growing in the future.

Since He decided to leave the finding out air cultivation techniques to Jun Tang, Jiang decided to look for the section in no difference pavilion were space cultivation manual techniques was stored after he is done there he plans to go to the time cultivation manual technique section too.

Jiang didn't ask the attendants in no difference pavilion to give him directions because he wanted to explore the pavilion himself since he didn't really get to do that the last time he was here.

When Jiang finally arrived at the section with the space cultivation manual techniques he was a bit unsure if he was in the right place so he looked at the name of the shelf again and reaffirmed that he had indeed reached his destination.

Jiang found out that both space and time cultivation techniques manuals were both on the same shelf, the shelf was divided in two halves.

The right half of the shelf had space manuals while the left side had time technique manuals.

What made Jiang unsure he was in the right place at first was because although the shelf was some distance away from him he could still clearly see that it was the most in majestic shelf he had come across since he entered no difference pavilion.

Not only was the shelf short and thin in structure, he could even count the cultivation techniques on both sides with his naked eyes.

The manuals looked old and worn out and he couldn't help but wonder if he could find any useful techniques to use for his space and time element.

Jiang bowed his head and sighed deeply, he looked so down and depressed.

Earlier when he discovered he had reached the threshold of both space and time element he was very happy that he had the two most rare and also powerful space and time element and that with time he will have a lot of bragging rights once he becomes powerful but now he finally understood that it's not such a good thing for an element to be rare because due to its rarity even the means of cultivation is going to be hard to find.

Jiang can only hope that among this old worn out manuals he finds something he can actually use.

When Jiang finally cleared his muddled head he heard someone say "I call on the ever gentle but also fearsome air element, lend me your power, Mountain Crushing Air" Jiang found himself moving at a very fast speed, the air around him felt heavy, his bones began to make cracking sounds, it was like a mountain was crushing him and making him move at such high speed before Jiang could figure out what was happening to his body and why something more depressing happened to him again.

Jiang found that his now battered body was being repelled by an invisible force to another direction. He believed that was the protective spell of the space and time technique shelf that had activated when it sensed a threat to its safety and stability.

The force that hit him felt like a hard surface, the heavy repelling force had broken some more of his ribs. His body was in pain and he was about to experience more pain since he was about to make impact with the hard ground in front on him but he didn't show discomfort, he tried to hypnotize himself into believing that he could never feel any pain and that no pain and suffering was up to the one his supposed family gave him.

Jiang tried to stabilize himself in the air but the speed at which he was moving was just too fast for him to control his air element and so he eventually experienced another bone crushing pain.

His sorry figure on the ground had long since been discovered by the people that did this to him but he didn't hold any grudge because he felt it was his fault for been unable to protect himself.

After all the training he had done, ultimately he was still too weak and Jiang felt hatred for no one but himself.

He tried to pull up his body that laid flat on the ground but then he felt like a mountain was on top of him, He practically had to struggled to his knees but then his body came crashing back on the ground.

The elegant looking girl with a tiny sharp voice said.

Jiang lamented inwardly

Jiang felt that maybe if he knew that the danger he was going to face inside the palace was this big then perhaps he would have tried his luck outside against his father and his goons but now that isn't possible because there is no way the emperor who hates his father so much will let him out of his sight.

Jiang tried to stand up numerous times but whenever he felt like he will soon be able to achieve his goal his body involuntarily crashed back to the ground.

By now his robe was a bloody mess due to his coughing up blood a few times and he was beginning to even feel dizzy.

Wang Wei said as he stared at the girl in front of him with disgust.

Jiang heard him but didn't respond. He just kept trying to get up even if he knew it was pointless he wasn't willing to let them win by seeing him defeated.

Wang Xiu looked upon Jiang with disdain.

Wang Xiu angrily turned to face her brother as she spat out but he wasn't intimidated at all instead he seemed to what to anger her some more.

Wang Wei angrily spat back then he began to turn around in slow motion in a bid to prove to his sister that he was indeed the most gorgeous in all of Tang Qin Shang, he even had a proud smile plastered on his face.

Both sibling had long since forgotten Jiang was even there and were now on each others throat. The pressure on him finally disappeared and he struggled to stand on his feet.

Jiang looked at the two siblings and shook his head, he wondered who amongst them was the stupid one now, Jiang felt that the name he secretly gave them the first day he saw them make a fool of themselves in the imperial palace really suited them, He was expecting something like this to happen sooner or later, He had analyzed their character and he felt that there was no way that this two block head sibling pair could cooperate for long.

Jiang dusted his body and then decided to leave, he didn't want the siblings to find him here when they both stopped been stupid but just as he was about to leave he felt a familiar aura appear at his side.

Jun Tang smiled cheerfully and wanted to say more to his Yuer but then what he saw made his eyes to constrict.

He saw his Yuer's pale looking face, swollen purple arms and blood stained robes and his normal red iris instantly turned oxblood in colour.

Jiang wasn't sure he saw Jun Tang's eyes clearly just a moment ago and wanted to confirm if it really had turn to a darker shade of red but Jun Tang had already turned away and took a step forward.

His eyes found the culprits that hurt his Yuer , he didn't mind using his seer ability to look into their minds and see what they had done to Yue Lei, he forgot then that he had promised never to use his seer ability because it was too fate defiling.

When he saw what they did he wanted to crush their hearts into dust but he felt that kind of death for them will be too easy.

Both Wang Wei and Wang Xiu had long since stopped arguing the moment Jun Tang started searching their minds, this technique was extremely painful because it had to do with looking into their past memories. It was even more painful than the royal fire illusion technique Jun Tang used on Attendant Chen a while ago because whatever pain and damage they get now will be remain even after he stops using the technique unlike the royal illusions technique.

Jun Tang sealed their lips so they couldn't make a sound even if they wanted to.

Jiang only knew that Jun Tang was doing something to them after seeing the veins on their face bulged to the extent that he thought it might just explode.

Wang Wei and Wang Xiu began to fill like their bodies were burning from the inside but they was no fire insight.

The dumb pair felt like every word he said made hot lava to fall on their skin, Their bodies began to turn red.

Jiang wondered if no difference pavilion had started selling meat because he felt like something was been barbecued but he didn't relate it to the two people in front of him, he even though that the meat been barbecued will be top notch since it was been sold at no difference pavilion, if he knew it was the people's skin before him that was been cooked he might never want to eat meat again.

Jun Tang had never felt this angry in all his life, his fire element unknowingly ignited and one could literary see fire burning on the hood covering his head although the flames didn't ruin the hood at all and it didn't seem to cause him harm either.

He was furious to the point that his squeezed knuckles started oozing out blood.

Jiang upon seeing the blood rushed back to him and held his hands while looking worried.

Jiang said the his last few words almost inaudibly but he was heard loud and clear by Jun Tang, Jiang would have laughed on any occasion upon seeing the fire on Jun Tang head but he did not, also he didn't think too deeply about it after all there are elementals out there with dual elements even if it is somewhat rare.

Jun Tang felt like he was on cloud nine when he saw his Yuer's worried expression but seeing her all bruised up and calling herself weak further enraged him and he was tempted once again to give this two siblings a quick end.

Jun Tang said sternly, His face looked fearsome but the eyes that stared at Jiang was gentle and overflowing with compassion, Jiang felt his heart skip a beat, he didn't know why that happened yet again and didn't plan on dwelling in it.

Jun Tang's statement had made Jiang wrap his hands around his chest, raise his left eyebrows and step right in front of Jun Tang before saying. Jiang rolled his eyes at Jun Tang and his once ferocious and fearsome look immediately reversed back to normal, he would have even smiled if he didn't hear Jiang's next statement.
