~Riley's Point of View~
"Damn, I call dibs on her," I declared to Merick as I slammed our dorm room door behind us. He rolled his eyes.
"You act like she's your Xbox. Emma's an actual person. There's no "dibs" on her," said Merick.
"Oh, so you want her for yourself, eh?" I questioned, already heating up. This is what Merick does. He acts all high and mighty and "mature". Geez, it's like having my mom here.
"No. Neither of us can claim her, Riley!" he said, annoyed.
"Hahaha, just you wait. Once I work my seducing charm, I'll give her our room key every night before we come up to bed," I half-joked, then made a high pitched moaning sound.
Merick lunged at me. I let out a yelp. In 5 seconds flat, we were on the ground, trying to kill each other. I heard the door swing open and saw our other roommate come in.
"Real mature, guys. What's the argument this time?" sighed River, stepping over us.
We untangled ourselves and looked up at him. River was 16 years old, so we liked to call him "Little Brother", even though he's only a year younger.
He had curly brown hair and dark brown eyes. Also, he only stood at 5'7, so we also called him "Shorty."
"We went on another retrieval and this chick is hot and she's 15!" I cheered.
River rolled his eyes and looked at Merick. "Is she?" he asked, bored.
He paused then nodded. River's eyes widened but only a little. "What's her name?"
"Emma Rose. And I can tell Riley's not her type," answered Merick with a sly grin.
"Um, I'm every females type and vice-versa," I bragged. Hey, it's the truth.

"That's what you said about the last girl and she filed a restraining order on you," sighed River.
"She just couldn't handle my amazing bod," I grinned, taking off my shirt and getting ready for bed.
"Or your empty head," muttered Merick. I stuck my tongue out at him and we all got into our beds.
"Good night Merick! Good night River!" I called out but then added, "Good night... Emma!" Then I started making the moaning sounds again.
Almost at once, two pillows were slammed hard at my face and I mumbled some swears.
