I opened my eyes and my heart skips a beat, today is my first day at Hogwarts the best Wizarding school of all time. I get out of bed and put my comfy clothes on, its going to be a long day i think to myself.
"Y/n" My mum shouts from downstairs,"i made you pancakes, now hurry up and eat them before you end up being late" She exclaimed. I quickly brushed my h/l h/c hair and ran downstairs, I ate my pancakes full of excitement and climbed in my car without a second thought. My suitcase and owl were already in there as my mum put them there last night to make sure I don't forget it. Im a pretty forgetful person but so is my mum, I guess i take after her. After an hour drive to the train station I give my parents a long hug and wave goodbye. As I find myself at platform 9 and 3/4 i feel a sudden thump in my back, I turn around and right behind me holding his trolly with a worried look on his face is the famous Harry Potter.
"Im so sorry i'm reallyyy clumsy" he said with an apologetic look on his face."Its ok i'm clumsy too" i replied giving him a forgiving smile. We stood like that for what seemed like ages until i felt a harsh tug on my arm."What are you doing y/n" I turn around and there stands Draco Malfoy, one of the most feared students at Hogwarts."Jeez Draco, calm down that hurt" I say with a shocked look on my face. Draco is a close family friend and he has been from since I can remember, we were quite close but only as friends."Well I don't want you making friends with the wrong sort" He grabbed my arm once more and pulled me over to his father, The tall, long blonde haired, Lucius Malfoy. Now he was scary and was one of the most powerful wizards out there."y/n" He exclaimed and put his arms around me grasping me into a tight hug."God i haven't seen you in ages! You've changed so much!" I was not expecting that from him, all I could do was push out a little smile and nod.

Once again Draco pulls me away and takes me into a carriage. Shortly after two more boys pile in going by the names of Crabb and Goyle."hey you must be y/n, Draco told us you would be coming here this year" Im quite shy and couldn't pick up the courage to say anything so i just nodded, got my book out and started reading. For the rest of the journey all i could hear was Draco constantly moaning about how boring this train ride was, so I got up and went to change into my robes. On the way back I was pushed over by some Gryffindor boys."look what we have here, a new 5th year" It was quite obvious that they were in 7th year."l-leave me alone" i said quietly scared of whats to come next, "Fine we'll let you go this time" One of them spat, they walked off laughing and giving me horrid looks. What a great first day i thought to myself.
An hour or so later we arrived, I hopped off the train and followed a very tall man by the name of Hagrid "So yur the new one everyones talkin' about" He said to me."everyones talking about me?" I said. "Well of course they ar'" He chuckled "Its not every day Sirius Blacks daughter comes to the school es' it". Wow I hated this already, I hate attention I don't know how harry does it.
When we got to the great hall Draco gestured me over to the spare seat next to him. "silence" A loud voice echoed in the hall I turn towards it and there stands Dumbeldore, the greatest most powerful wizard of all time. After he made a long speech welcoming all the new first years everyone started to eat. I overheard Draco badmouthing one of the teachers called professor Snape. What a cool name, i think to myself, but why does everyone seem to hate him."hey Draco, can you point out Snape to me. I wanna make sure I don't do anything to get myself in trouble around him" Without turning his head Draco says "He's not hard to spot just look for a pale man with black hair wearing fully black clothes" I shuddered at the explanation of him, he seemed worse then Lucius. I turn my head to the staff table trying to scope him out, and there he is staring right back at me, professor Snape. His piercing black eyes stared into my e/c eyes causing me to freeze. My arm was shook by Draco pulling me out of the trance, Snape's eyes darted to the other side of the room and I look at Draco with an emotionless face.

It's the beginning of a series I know I'm going to enjoy, with great writing and hints of deep in-game lore.
