《TMNT Dimensions (completed)》Chapter 21: Home agian

It had been a few weeks since Bree had awoken from her coma. She was almost fully healed, and allowed to roam the lair now. She and the turtles had gone back to their lair, and Bree had finally met April, Casey, and the good Splinter. Every other Friday, the Teenage Human Ninjas and (formerly menacing) Mike came over for a game night/movie night/pizza night. It was 10:30, and they had already watched a few episodes of Space Hero's. Everyone (except Leo and Miwa) were ready to play a game, and the majority voted on spin the bottle truth or dare. Bree hated this game with a passion, so she pretended to stifle a yawn.
"I'm so tired... and this game is stupid. Night y'all!" She flashed a peace sign, and retreated to the lair's guest room, where she had been staying.
"Who wants to go first?" Mikey asked, hiding his disappointment that Bree had left with his eagerness to play. Donnie smirked.
"I will." He made some quick mental calculations, and spun an empty Dr. Pepper bottle, so that it landed on... Mikey. Donnie framed an innocent, gap toothed smile, and Mikey bounced on his knees, excited.
"I dare you... to ask Bree out!" Mikey's grin faded.
"What? No way man!" He tried to protest, but it was too late, they hoisted him onto his feet, and were pushing him towards the guest room. Mikey was blushing profoundly, and protesting every shove of the way. Finally, they reached the plain brown door... Ralph nocked, and everyone ran. Except for Mikey, who was petrified in place.
"One sec." Bree called through the door. A minute later, she opened it. She stood before him, her long, pearly white night gown swishing with every movement. Her hair was pulled back, out of her face, which held no makeup, just a plain, simplistic beauty.

Mikey took a deep breath. A dare was a dare, after all.
"Would you-um, do you wanna-" this was harder than he thought. He rubbed the back of his neck, and she waited patiently. "Will you go out with me?"
Bree blinked once, twice. "One sec." she said, and slammed the door. What had he done wrong?
-**********************************-
Bree wheeled around, a grin plastered on her face. She knew Mikey was probably just asking her out on a dare, but she didn't care. She had daydreamed about this moment thousands of times, but now that it was here, she couldn't believe it. She grabbed a pillow off her bed and smashed it against her face, and began to squeal. After a solid minute of screaming her heart out, she opened the door, to a nervous Mikey.
"When and where?" She asked calmly.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.

The book of forever
An experimental diary of sorts recounting my life and experiences, written as a slightly whimsical scifi story about setting off from the past to unknown lands, rebuilding from nothing and finding myself again. The first section of the book contains matched chapters, a chapter for a interlude, both happening at the same time roughly The second section of the book contains more one off stories as we follow one of the travelers explore their heart as well as a unknown land, growing in the process. All of the text here was written in 10 syllable chunks, this reads like a epic of sorts, just with more philosophical focus and POV jumps. Hope you enjoy! >Updates may be sporadic as I only write when I have something about myself I want to share The chapters can all be read individually, although there may be some crossovers between them they work as single poems. You start at whatever chapter you want since these are a collection of roughly connected poems (although you'll notice tie ins and references to eachother)

The Traveling Dungeon
Dale had finally started to get a hold of his existence as a dungeon core. His dungeon was working, the challenges were popular, he had a large swath of texts on magic to work through, and his core was as protected as he could reasonably make it. Everything should have been perfect. Then he reached a tad too far, grabbed ahold of a new skill for the manipulation of Essence and so began his ascension to godhood! Which was a nice way of saying his soul was sucked through space, torn and shredded, and shoved into a conceptual body.ie, he appeared in the Hall of the Gods suddenly. Without clothing. This would have been simply an amusing anecdote if he wasn't then instantly yanked out of the Hall of the Gods by a person who appeared to be cos-playing a cross between a plumber and accountant. Oh, and he had a grip like iron and could freeze the other gods at will. A small detail, but a concerning one.Now Dale is forced to deal with being a God, a Dungeon Core, and act as the lynchpin in a divine universe jailbreak attempt.Oh, and of course, the Gods still have all the drama that you would expect. Naturally.
