Juhi was all set to enter Vikram's office.

She was told to meet Sneha, who would assign her the task for the day. Vikram's floor was the top floor. As soon as the doors of the elevator opened, it was an all new dimension. Silence lingered on the floor only noise being that of typing and ruffling of papers, sometimes, the phone would ring. Otherwise, it was all silent. No wonder it was the boss's floor.

She looked around for a certain direction. When she saw arrows pointing to the right, words beside them read, " Way to CEO's office" she made her way onto that corridor, to meet a small cabin in the end. She hesitated but knocked on it.

" Come in."

She opened the door to come face to face with Sneha. She was seated on her chair, going through a few files. When Sneha looked up she immediately got up and rushed to hug her.

" Welcome to the company!"

Juhi chuckled in response. She pushed a wayward strand of hair behind and asked Sneha, " I was told to meet up with you."

" Yes, so that you could meet the boss." Exclaimed Sneha.

Juhi nodded.

Sneha made her way out of the cabin with a " Follow me" instruction to Juhi. Outside the cabin was the corridor that led her here. She frowned. But her eyes widened when she saw Sneha press a tile that lightened and a second later the door opened to reveal a magnificent cabin.

The cabin had floor to ceiling windows with a view of the entire city of Jaipur at his feet. The desk was to the right of the door, where he was seated with a laptop and few files by the side. Behind him was a shelf containing files and books. She had a dreamy look in her eye and Vikram didn't want to disturb it, he was feasting on it.

Sneha couldn't resist but clear her throat to bring Juhi's focus onto Vikram.

Vikram smiled and said, " Welcome to the company!".

Juhi gave him a pleasant smile.

He forwarded a file, " This is the detail of the land for the new hotel. Study the land and area and give me ideas as to how can we attract the customers."

Juhi nodded. " Any deadline?"

" Ah, yes, by evening."

She frowned but nodded at him nonetheless.

He smirked and added, " You are having lunch with us. Swing by here at 1 PM."

" Okay! Where do I keep my stuff?"

He looked expectantly at Sneha who in return turned to Juhi, " Come on, I'll show you."

Juhi nodded and followed Sneha out.

Sneha led Juhi to the executive assistant office situated on the other side of the elevator. She was given a desk of her own and told to report directly to Sneha.

Juhi looked at her desk and arranged her stuff on it. It was bigger than her cubicle but there were no walls to separate her from others, here.

They were all working on different matters trying to reduce Vikram's workload, as was expected of them. She sat down on her chair and began doing her work.

Halfway through her search on the land, she came across a news article that read,

" Disputed land in the tourist sought area!"

She went through it to come to an understanding that the land, her research was on, was indeed situated in the same area. She had to do something. The company cannot invest on a controversial land. She looked at the article's date of publishing to find it to be seventeen June. It was twentieth June, today.

She could work it out. Sighing she dialled a number, she was sure he would definitely know of this.

Turns out the disputed land was actually the land in her file. She got up and made way to Sneha's cabin. But Sneha was not there. Frowning she pressed the button where Sneha had tapped but it didn't light up. It dawned upon her that she was not recognized by the system yet.

She pulled out her phone to call Sneha. But the phone won't connect. Surely she couldn't call Vikram, he was the boss in the company.

She made her way out back to the executive assistants' office and asked a random girl who looked little less troubled than others for help. The girl was kind enough to suggest her to leave a message on Sneha's number, if reply comes till lunch, good. If it doesn't she can contact Vikram sir via the company phone.

The system over here was simple. If you want access to Vikram it was via Sneha. Sneha could open the doors to his cabin and what not. She practically lives in his home.

Shaking her head to get out of this phase. She concentrated on the work in her hand. There was no time for Jealousy besides Sneha was married and the guy happens to be great.

She shaked it off and dug few more things about the land.
