Immediately after lunch, Juhi called the same person who had reported about the disputed land.

The phone rang for about half a minute when she picked up,

" Hello?"

" Hello, Prachi?"

" Yes maam?"

" Look can you help me investigate further into the land dispute?"

" What do you want to know?"

" What is the problem, actually? You just gave me papers saying construction couldn't be started there, why?", Juhi asked.

" Maam it seems construction on that land is being opposed by someone, the name is not clear."

" Why would somebody do that?"

" I have to find that out."

Juhi instructed, " Ok, you have any contact in PWD( Public Welfare Department) in Jodhpur. The land was government's, we bought it sometime back."

" Yes, I'm aware." She hummed, " Wait maam, I have a contact there, I will meet him up in the evening and arrange everything asap."

" Good, I'll wait for the call."

She hanged up the call and started working on the file Vikram gave.

Sneha knocked Vikram's door and entered in. He was busy with the files but glanced up on her arrival.

" What is it?"

" The land is disputed. You have an inkling why?"

Vikram smirked but gave no reply.

Sneha frowned, " What are you smirking at?"

" Don't you know, who might be responsible for all this?"

Sneha hesitated, " It is him?"

" Ofcourse!"

" Then why are you wasting time when you already know that it is him?", she asked.

" Because" he drawled, " Juhi is neutral territory, let her do the work and let me plan ahead."

Sneha nodded and started telling him about his next meeting.

It was evening and Juhi was back home. She recieved a warm welcome from her parents. They asked her about the day and teased her digging for some office romance. She answered their questions patiently. It was like she was the parent and them, her teenage kids.

In the living room, Juhi sat beside her father. He was busy flipping through his evening news and she was busy frowning at nothing. Having had enough, her father kept the tablet down and looked at her.

" What happened?"

" Dad, Jodhpur project land is disputed?"

He just sat there giving no expressions.

" Come on, I still work for you."

" I guess, we trained you to be capable enough."

" Dad?"

" Don't be a kid and find a solution by yourself. If it seems impossible a week later, I'll help.", he said and picked his tablet up going through his news.

Juhi nodded and went upstairs, now she had to wait for Prachi's call.
