Nathan's POV

earlier in the weak we got one of our pack doctors to do a really big research on on fox shifters, i look down at Raden, my beautiful mate who's currently sat in his sexy body, on the bed looking so grumpy. we really shouldn't have done it again this morning.

he's so adorable, i want him to stop hurting

my brothers thoughts are always in my mind, and mine are in his, our wolves are the same, everything we do is the same. while we were growing up we got a lot of unwanted attention from people as we were Alpha twins, people thought it would be fun to show everyone their strength by taking them on... yeah, together we are twice the Alpha, but alone we are still an Alpha, luckily we don't have to become Alphas until we are 22, we want at least a bit of our twenties.

Jack better have finished with his research, i don't want to wait any longer, he could have powers or something, i know he can run fast and jump increadibly high, but... ugh, i wanna know

i nudge my brothers side as we walk down the corridor, he was always the bigger twin, he waighs more, eats more and this means, gets more of this attention we don't want, so he ended up being really angry and ready for a fight every second of the day, i always made sure i was there for him, to make sure he was okay and not in too deep, he tried to push me away but i cut that crap pretty quickly.

i jog down the stairs with Aidan mirroring my actions, with every step or jump, it humours me and makes me feel good inside knowing i have someone as close to me as Aidan.

we need to hurry, little reds not feeling well

my stomach hurts just thinkig about him not feeling well, his beautiful face, adorable height, his golden brown eyes which have the slightest tint of red in it reminding me of his fox and of autumn.

he's okay, i'm sure of it, he's probably curled up in bed again, maybe we shouldn't go to school today, or at least let him stay home, he's obviously still in pain from last night and this morning

Aidan growls and i hear myself growling as well

we think in sync rarely, but when we do it's weird for us, not when we say shit to someone which is in synk because we feel and have eachothers thought processes so we a lot of the time mistake it as our own, but our thoughts to each other are seperate, it's weird, i know.

we walk around the corner and find the door to the basment, which is a little lab and infermary and everything. we walk quickly towards the little room at the end. ignoring everything, Aidan bardges through the door with dominance, "Hay Jack, tell us everything and quick!" he says quickly and i smile to Jack.

"Raden's not feeling too well!" i inform him as i walk over and sit down, Aidan mirroring me completely.

"well, there wasn't much, but they are quite impressive-" he turns to his computer and begins to click around, "they can control everything about themselves, they are extremely flexible and in there probably master contortionists, but be careful because they can pop their joints out of place and not all of them know how to put them back-" he points his finger to the side like he's telling us he made a valied point, "they are supper light on their feet, however female fox's are lighter then males, they are swifter and can get out of any trap or anything like that in the blink of an eye while it will take the male slightly longer, this is one reason why the pregnancy rolls are switched, the female can get the food quicker and the male can protect the child with his life and not cause as much damage to the unborn!" he smiles and clicks his tongue.

did he remember the part when i said hurry up, "oh, they can control how long they want to live depending on how they work with there body, with a healthy lifestyle they could live forever if they kept it up, they can stop themselves from aging like they can mask their scent!" he breaths a laugh of impressivness, "i'd love to have a look at Raden, see what it's all abo- never mind, they can be highly dangerous when they want to, they may not be strong but their teeth can pierce through almost anything with how sharp they are, another thing they can control tho!" he looks to us both and i begin to get bored...

i wonder if Raden is curled up on bed, sleeping adorably, "ah, if you want to have sex with him, make sure he doesn't shift into fox form, they will most likely be in pain for about half to a full day but it's there body just not being pregnant-" he breaths a laugh, i let out a breath, yeah, i want to be dad one day, but not until i'm at least grown up, "but, abortion is pretty dangerous for them it seems, you need specific tools for it, wow, fox's are pretty damn specific and unique, they also love dark, warm, small places-" me and Aidan breath a laugh, remembering all the times he has stopped what he's doing just to welcome in the warth of something personally, like the hoodie.

Aidan laughs and bit and i smile widely at our perfect mate, "everything is unbelivebly easy to find on the internet, probably because of all those who were hunted and examined-" he says the last part softly, "im sure there is still a hell of a lot more to discover, it turns out that these fox's die because of the examinations, a lot of them cause them personal problems like mental issues and illnesses and some die from a wrong injection or someone put the needle in the wrong place-" i feel both of our anger building up, "oh, turns out fox's spend a whole year pregnant and not just eight to nine months, i see why, the delacate little things!" i growl at him and so does Aidan.

"don't call my mate a thing!" Aidan growls and he sighs.

"sorry, Alphas, but anything else you need to find you can just type it in, there's loads from the different sounds they make to the food they can eat to assure they live the longest and healthiest life, raw gamon is their favourite aparently, but only so many know!" he gives a humpf, i know exactly what i'm giving Raden next, "is that alright?" he asks and i sigh.

"yeah, we asked you to hurry, but i guess you were quick enough!" i smile, standing up.

Raden could be in pain right now you asshole

i shake my head at my brothers attitude towards the doctor, if people heard him like i heard him, no one would go near him and everyone will think he's a prick.

we make our way quickly up to our room, i open the door to an empty room, "little red?" I call, walking further into the room.

i smell him, he's here, but whe-

Aidan cuts himself off when we hear the light breathing coming from the bed. we both crouch down and see Raden in fox form, curled up in the most adorable way.....

Aidan.... didn't he say not to let him shift into fox form?

i hear Aidan's breathing freeze, "Raden!" he calls trying to get under the bed, Raden's eyes open and the goldness of them lights under the bed, "come out, why did you shift?!" he says with slight panic as i try to reach him, but Raden just stretches out his body and opens his jaws bigger then anything i've ever seen while he gives an adorable little sound.

"come on Raden, we really need to talk about what you just did!" i say with a panic of my own as Raden looks at us with slight panic, he moves closer to us and rubs himself onto our hands, his body is litterally the size of both my hands put together. i hold him carefully and pull him out from under the bed, he pokes his nose at my hands before he opens his jaws and begins to nibble on my hands playfully that little sound that you always hear when he's playing hiden in his voice.

"okay, little red, you need to shift back now!" Aidan says as i put him back on the ground, we both sit down on the bed to wait for him but he just jumps up to us and lays down, "Raden, please shift back, it's important, that pain you was feeling want your body stopping pregnancy!" Now it's Radens turn for his heart to stop, his body freezes as he just lays there, sounding as if he wants to disapear into nothingness, "Raden, shift back!" Aidan says more forcfully and Raden darts into the closet quicker then anything i've ever seen...

he's so fast...

i say and Aidan huffs. Raden comes back out wearing some of my joggers and the hoodie Aidan gave him to wear the other day, "What do you mean?!" he snaps, walking in with panic and dread writen over his face, then a shot of fear as he steps back, "oh god i'm not pregnant am i?" he asks, panicking from head to toe, "i didn't mean to, i just started shifting, i didn't mean to-" he begins to cry on the spot so we both walk up to him and hold him between us both, his head only comes up to our chests so i lay my head on Aidan's shoulder while he lays his on mine as Raden sobs into my chest, "i'm only seventeen, i can't be-be pregnant, i still have school, i don't know the first thing about any of this!" he rants, "why did fox shifters have to mess everything up? why can't they just have the same rolls as everyone else? how did this even happen?" he holds onto us tigher and we heat our body heat up to be really warm for us to which Raden shivers, "so warm!" i smile at it as he calms down, his body begins to get visibly heavier as he falls asleep just like that.
