the flashback in this chapter will be written in third person, so I am sorry if that confuses anyone, but I'll try my best to write it so we all understand.

Text message from Harry: I want to see you. please talk to me. -H
Text message from Louis: im glad we could finally sit and talk. here if you need a friend lola. :-)
A sigh escapes my lips as I park my car, the engine whirring to a stop as I toss my phone on the seat next to me, the radio still humming in the background. I had been listening to this band over and over again during the past few days, reminding myself of a fond memory from last year with Harry when we discovered their music. But all night I would cry my soul out into the pillow I laid upon, my body was so tired from the caving emotions that getting up this morning for work was harder than expected.
I was lucky my parents were supporting me through this, my mother even booked me in with my psychiatrist next week to help me get back on track. I wouldn't ever soon forget her efforts in assisting my mental health issues, something she was always good at, which in a sad way was the only times we bonded.
I shake my thoughts and finally turn off the radio, pulling my keys out and climbing from the vehicle. I let out a weary sigh as I cross the street, scraping my boots along the road.
The air was crisp, the temperature cooling slightly today but the sun still beamed brightly. I smiled as the blue skies scattered across the town, a blissful morning filled with busy workers rushing through the streets past me.
But my calm morning was put on hold as a red heel stepped into my view, her long legs extended way too much into her thin torso and the minuscule denim skirt she wore made my stomach bubble with disgust.
Amber.
Her blond hair was pulled into a neat ponytail and her make up–although bare–was perfected, rosy cheeks and baby pink lips.
She smiled, innocent yet toxic in the core of her bright eyes. "Lola," she chirped. "So glad to catch you."
I swallowed my anger. "Uh huh."
"I wanted to talk to you."
"About what?" I almost want to snarl and bitterly laugh in her face, the thought playing in my mind. Was she really trying to get into my good books again?
"About the party, about Harry," she states and I want to scream in her face when she mentions his name. "I wanted to apologize for everything, I didn't mean for things to escalate like that."
"No?" I cock my brow as she begins to fidget with her nude purse, long nails digging into the material.

"Of course not," she forces a smile to her lips. "I was really out of it and so was he, and I didn't even know it was him until after we stopped kissing."
"Is that so?"
"Yeah," she swallows harshly. "I want us to be okay, you're one of my favorite people and I would hate for something so dumb to end our friendship."
I narrowed my eyes in on her, she almost sounded sincere as her eyes fluttered. I wanted to believe the crease in her forehead was guilt consuming her mind, that she in fact wanted to make amends and forget this ever happened. But I knew the truth, I knew she was only doing this to get back into my life–to get back into Harry's life. I knew how her world worked now, and I was no fool.
"Louis told me what happened, Amber," I state flatly. "You can cut the act."
Her face drops. "He what?"
I smirk. "Yep, he told me everything."
~flashback~
Louis wraps his arm around the girl as she snuggles into the crook of his neck, his free arm extending to grab a cigarette and light it. He moans in pleasure as the nicotine fills his lungs, smoke spiraling around the two as they rest on the king size bed. Her blond hair pooled out over his chest and he can't help remember how Lola's would do that after they slept together, how she listened to his heart beat loudly as he smoked his cigarette.
He missed her.
But this girl–Amber he thinks her name was, would be more than enough to occupy him for some time, to help him mend the broken parts of his heart. He liked the idea, she was definitely a beauty and perhaps would cause jealousy to stir in the girl he still loved.
"Can I tell you something?" She asks. Her voice was a little annoying to Louis, a little pitched and loud.
"Yeah sure," Louis replies, taking another drag of his cigarette as she runs her fingers over his tattooed chest.
"You're a musician, so you understand heartbreak and emotions like no other." She states and Louis hums in agreement. "Well, that's why you're perfect."
"Huh?"
The girl removes herself from Louis' hold, his dark blue eyes narrow in on her as she props her small frame up. The hazel in her eyes mimics the moon outside, sun kissed skin and pink lips smiling light the stars.
She adjusts her hair, exposing the perimeter down her chest that makes Louis grow hard again. Maybe he could just fuck her so she wouldn't want to talk again, he didn't like talking much, but she didn't do anything else except talk–in other cases, she shut up though.
"Well you see," she bites her lips. "I've been in love with this guy since last year, I met him at a party where he kept staring at me and making me super nervous. Ya' know that feeling?" Amber asks but she interrupts Louis before he can even reply, so he just sucks in another toxic breath of his cigarette to drown out Ambers voice. "That feeling deep within you that makes your bones buzz, that feeling of excited and happiness all mixed together, like a weird kind of sickness that just overwhelms your entire body."

Of course, Louis knew this feeling all too well, he had that with her–the blue eyed girl.
"Well after that night at the party, I saw him around town a few times. He would always stare at me and always drew little doodles of me. Like once, in the cafe down smith street, he sat and drew me the entire time he was in there." Amber goes on. "It was obvious we were meant to be."
Louis frowns. "Why are you telling me this bullshit?"
"Because I know you and your girlfriend broke up not long ago so it's perfect, we can help each other." Amber states.
"How so?"
"By making them jealous," she smirks. "It'll be perfect."
"What are you talking about?" Louis shuffles his body up the sheets he laid upon now, a frown forced to his features as the girl stared at him with knowing and mischief.
"Harry," Amber confirms and Louis' heart races, he tries to not let his anger show as she moves closer to him. "I'll take him away from Lola, and you can have what is rightfully yours back."
Louis thinks for a brief moment.
Then Louis smiles, he feels excited after inhaling the cigarette with a chuckle. "You know what kitten?" he says before breathing out a gust of smoke that spirals around her face, making her grin widen. "That's a brilliant plan."
In seconds Ambers lips are pressed to the firmness of the ocean eyed boys, his moans matching hers as the cigarette he held drops into the empty cup near the bed. She pushes his body back and begins to kiss down the edges of his neck, outlining his entire body with her lips as she welcomes a new taste and sense of satisfaction with his moans inside her mind. But all she could focus on was the thoughts of finally getting what she wanted, taking the boy she was utterly convinced was for her and getting Lola back for stealing him from her.
~end of flashback~
"Louis told me it all, Amber," I speak, a little too satisfied with the dumbfounded look on her face. "He told me about your plan and the party, he told me how he dumped you when you turned into a complete psycho, he told me you stalked me and Harry and even watched us through my window," her mouth remains open as tears begin to form in her eyes. "He told me how you enrolled into Harry's college after he was accepted, just so you could stalk him, he told me how completely deluded you are and how much of an insane bitch you are."
Amber remains silent for a few moments as I take a deep breath. It was all I thought about last night, so right now it was spilling from me, the storm inside washing through my universe and finally setting me free as the sun beamed down on my skin. I smiled at the sky for a second, feeling a little better. A little more relieved.
"You're the one who cheated on him with Harry, you don't deserve either of them."
"You're right," I admit. "But Harry is the love of my life, and you will stay away from him," I add. "And Louis was my first love, so I care about him deeply still and advice you to stay away from him as well."
Amber scoffs. "You're such a little slut, Lola, you can't just fuck one guy can you?"
My temper flares as I step closer to the blond haired girl, her eyes narrow in on me as our noses ghost each other and I feel her hot breath fanning against my own as she glares at me with red hot rage. I could see her nostrils flared, eyes protruding as I let a smile taste to my lips.
"You will stay away from them, or-"
"Or what?" Amber snaps. "Stop playing Harry you little whore."
It wasn't like me to resort to violence, but it was dripping from me now and unfortunately, it slipped down my veins and through the cracks of my knuckles. I pulled my fist back and let it connect with her jaw, her body jolting back as tears brim in her eyes.
She clutches the inflictions with a murderous glare.
I felt my chest rise up and down quickly as she looked at me, she didn't have it inside her to hit me back and I could see that in the fading color of her eyes.
I was fixed on her until I felt arms wrap around my shoulders, they were cold and made my skin leap with an engulfing reality check as I inhale sharply.
"C'mon Lol," Ben speaks softly. I simply nod, letting him lead me into my work as Amber storms off down the street.
