Listen to "Still falling for you" by Ellie Golding.

By the time ENOS dropped me at Meghan's place, I was ecstatic.

They say that the most memorable moments in life are those that happen in a flash, and the next thing you know, it's all over. Spent with the people you barely know as the hours drift away into an abyss.

But my joy is no where near the happiness that Enos was covered in today. Being with his family again was something he was anticipating for weeks and finally spending time with them gave him new energy. It is as though Enos was revived, all worries tossed aside.

He was so carefree, the smile on his face was the brightest I've seen on him. When he'd flip Jake and throw the younger boy into the deep, or when he would chase Lana around, or the time him and Chad dived into the pond and race, during lunch time, the ride back home, everything about today was wonderful. It was special, beautiful and that's how it should always be.

They made me reminisce the old times with I and my brothers. It was just like this, until they were gone. And now I'm left to be part of other people's beautiful memories.

But it's okay, because witnessing the smile on Enos's face is worth everything.

"I'm starting to worry that Lana loves you more than me now." Enos beamed as we walked to the house.

I laughed. "What? That's not true at all."

"You guys are literally best friends now." He continued. "She did more stuff with you than with me.......and, you helped her gang up on me during our drive home."

"That's you're fault for driving like a deranged sociopath."

"Its not my fault that you girls are a bunch of wussies." He lightly shoved me, I tripped on my legs but he was quick to catch me by my waist.

"If it wasn't for us then you'd probably have a ticket. You were driving past speed limit. Be grateful Mister Enos White. We are your saving grace and don't ever forget it." He placed his hand on my shoulder and pulled me closer to him.

"Pshhh_I had everything under control." Enos insisted. "You gotta trust the process."

I had to laugh. Have you ever seen someone driving as though they own the god damn City, like they got nine lives, that's Enos. We would've gotten a speeding ticket for sure.

"I love the way you laugh." The words rolled out his tongue swiftly. A pleasant blush arrayed my cheeks instantly as I stared at the fading sunset. "You should do that more often."

I feared that the glistening in my eyes as I looked at him would be obvious. "I'm happy for you." I said truthfully.

"And it's thanks to you."

"Me?"

"For introducing us to that place. I know it's special to you in some way." I tried to ignore the sadness at the thought of my brothers. I smiled to assure Enos that it was my pleasure to help. "I'm just glad you got to see them again Enos."

The day my brothers comeback to me will be the best thing in world.

"You're not alone Elisabeth as long as I'm here. Don't forget that." He squeezed the side of my arm to comfort me. "My shoulder is yours to lean on, free of charge. Whenever and wherever you need it."

How does he manage to say the right things?

"Your siblings are lucky to have you as their brother." I praised.

"Stop fluttering me Elisabeth or it'll go straight to my head."

I held his other hand. "Except for the part where It's the truth not flattery."

He smiled at me. "I feel the same way about them. They mean the world to me and I don't know what I'd do without them."

You'd be miserable, lonely, confused, desperate for love and attention, depressed and purposeless. That's how I feel everyday. As though I have no direction. Why am I even here? I ask myself this question all the time. I have nobody except for William and he want nothing to do with me and a mother who doesn't even care about anyone but herself.

We walked along the front porch to the door. Grabbing the house keys from my black handbag, opening the door and stepping inside. "Aren't you coming in with me?"

I stared at him from the other side. He seemed hesitant, and I wondered why? "I'll make us dinner then you can go back to your place afterwards as always." I offered.

It is really lonely staying in this house, especially after getting used to Enos's company. "Stay for that delicious lasagna you love." I bribed.

Enos's eyes met mine and I stood in place. "Is there a problem?"

"No___no" He replied. "I have something to do back home, may be next time."

"Extra cheese and olive oil."

The offer didn't entice him to change his mind. "I'd really appreciate that juicy cheesy dinner but I need to work on a few things."

I held up my smile despite the disappointment. Enos is doing it again. Everytime something happens between us, he pulls away, distances himself from me and I can't help but feel hurt about it.

We didn't even kiss by the pond, it was nothing. And I never brought up our make out session the other day at his house. But he still avoids being in one room with me alone. I won't even do anything. I was drunk that other time that's why I acted crazy. But that's never going to happen again. I promised him that.

"We don't have to drink alcohol." I told him. "I will prepare lasagna and appetizers and that's it."

Enos's eyes widen once he registered what I meant to mean.

"I only have fresh juice and milk in the fridge, nothing to worry about."

A frown formed on his face, lips pressed tightly together as his eyes stabbed mine.

"You don't like either of those things I see. Well I better not waste your time then. Good luck with that work."

I closed the door.

I should never have kissed him. Now things are complicated between us and I don't know what to do. I thought after today that we'd be back to normal again, guess I was wrong. Its as though we're back to square one.

But I can't let us remain this way. One minute we're closer than ever and the next second we're not. We need to talk about this. After today, all I want is to restore what we had. I'm calling him back, I'll go to his house if necessary, we can't keep doing this.

So I opened the door to run after him, but Enos was still at the porch, as though reaching to knock on the door.

"Thought you already left." I chewed on my tongue, the way he was looking at me, friends don't look at each other like that.

"Fuck it." He said in a breath before taking a step forward, softly grabbing my cheeks in his hands, leaning over and bringing our lips together for an eager, passionate kiss. My eyes flattered shut in an instant as I took him in. It was a something....... electrifying. It ignited the fires inside of me that I couldn't quench. The intensity of the feeling of his tongue, how it tasted, the warmth of it, and the demand and command it wanted. I was dazzed, weak to the knees and giving in to the power I didn't realise that Enos has on me until he dominated once again.

Just like that evening in his bathroom, but this time, he was totally in control. Like a beast finally freed from its cage. And though it frightened me, I was more nostalgic and willing to comply to the alluring force that was Enos as long I have those arms trapping me in pure ecstasy.

And then, he took us inside, shutting the door behind him and pushing me against it. Enos wasn't holding anything back, strong as he was, he pressed his body on mine. I was completely limp under him as he devoured me. Biting on my bottom lip and forcing the moan out of me as his fingers grabbed my hair. There wasn't much I could do but letting him dominate. Our tongues swayed on each other, exploring the inner sections of our mouths and enjoying the bliss that kiss provided.

I don't know why but I've never felt this way before, as though fueled by something greater than just desire, there was something else, and I didn't understand why my insides curled incredibly hard as though every nerve in my body was headed to every direction and making me want to float in air. It was as though I was losing my balance.

I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and he lifted me up. I circled my legs around his waist while he gripped my thighs. The hem of the dress I wore was pulled back to the top of my thighs leaving my skin in the open. Enos dug his fingers there and my lips parted.

With his teeth now on my neck he said, "You're driving me insane."

I felt myself getting hotter from the way he sucked on my collarbone. I was the one being driven insane with his mouth.

"Is this what you wanted?" Enos was roaming his hands on my body, "To get me acting like a mad man."

I was panting, unable to respond nor comprehend the words he spoke. Enos walked us to the couch with me still on his arms, placing me on it and hovering above me. The longer we made out on that couch, the more the urges grew. His hands were on my back, drawing me closer to his body, glueing us together.
