《deal [M. ATSUMU]》Epilogue

your eyelids started to grow heavier as time passed by. you rest your chin on your palm as a support, but your drowsy state could not stay up for much longer. the woman in front of you noticed your actions, watching your head slightly fall down while you tried your best to keep your eyes open.
"[Y/N], we're landing soon. you best get ready." she said, her fingers scrolling through the ipad she was holding.
you hummed in response, your mind too tired to function what she was saying. she sighs, knowing you weren't listening to her.
"in about thirty minutes from now." she added, setting her ipad down once she took a look at your upcoming schedule.
"right..." you yawned, straighting your posture so you could stay awake. your eyes glanced at the window beside you, seeing the sun starting to dip as the clouds got thicker around it.
"are you excited?" you asked.
the redhead furrowed her brows, "about what?"
"going back home. it's been a while, hasn't it?" you looked back at her.
she pushed her glasses up before responding, "what's there to be excited about? we're just going home to the same old hyogo."
"you're no fun heather." you pout.
she crossed her arms on her chest, leaning back against the chair she sat on as she closed her eyes. "...well, a little break wouldn't hurt."
"exactly!" you smiled. "since we've been working non-stop for months, we deserve it y'know?"
"i suppose you're right." she agrees.
the plane soon landed, some body guards helped you carry your luggage. heather walked beside you as you exited the plane.
"take this." she hands you a pair of sunglasses. "you'll need it."
"they're here again?" you frowned, taking the glasses from her hand and wearing it.

"unfortunately. you know how fast news spread, it's not everyday that the famous [Y/N] [L/N] comes home."
"but still..." you sighed. "it can be... tiring."
"it's work, we can't do anything about it." she gave you a small smile. "and i suggest you don't respond to any of them, okay?"
"yeah, i know..."
you neared the exit of the airport with guards around you for safety. you could hear it already, the commotion that's happening just a few feet away.
even with your sunglasses, you still squinted at the sight of the flashing of cameras as you grew closer. over the past couple of years, you got used to the paparazzi surrounding you. it was rough at first, but you managed to deal with them over time.
heather walked in front of you, shielding her face with her hand as she walked pass the endless amount of reporters. questions were thrown here and there, the sound of cameras clicking erupted.
"miss [Y/N]! how was your shoot?"
"when is your upcoming movie coming out?"
"will you be staying long in japan?"
the guards around you tried their best to keep the people away from you, but some could still stretch out their hand to put their mics close to you. you tried to avoid the questions due to heathers request, and as your manager you had to follow.
you saw heather getting in the van, the door stayed open waiting for you to get it. you got closer and closer to it, until a certain question stopped you from walking.
"is it true that you're dating someone?"
you halt, some of them surprised that you did. you walked towards the person who asked you the question, lifting your glasses up so they could see you fully.

"lies." you smiled, and brought your glasses back down.
they went haywire, wanting to know more about it. but you started to walk away, entering the van heather was in. a guard shuts it behind you, and you finally let out a heavy sigh of relief once you got in.
"did you really have to answer that question?" heather asked.
"it'll be more believable this way, dont'cha think?"
this ending has been rushed unfortunately. i just really wanted to do the sequel next rip kag's charac dev D:
