Can - Tin, where are you?
When the ambulance arrived at Tin's workplace, Can also arrived. He got out of the car and went straight to his guards who were questioned by the authority. Citizens were all over the place wondering what happened as they were strictly shielded by securities.
Can - is anybody injured?
One of the guards who was closest to Can stepped forward to him.
Guard - one person couldn't make it, boss.
Can's heart felt fear instantly.
Can - what do you mean? I thought I told you guys to check it carefully.
Guard - (silenced for a moment) we're sorry.
Can - (look away angrily.) Did you guys find out who started the fire?
Guard - yes boss. It was a man. After the fire died down, he appeared suspiciously and was trying to escape the scene. We caught him and he confessed immediately that he was the one.
Can - where is he now?
Guard - there. (Pointed to where the police dragged the man to sit inside a police car. He was handcuffed.) He's going to custody.
Can narrowed his eyebrows when he saw the man's face.
Can - that's... that's the man from earlier.
A middle-aged detective and a police officer marched to Can and greeted him.
Officer - Mr. Can, this is detective Kim, he's in charge of what happened here. He would like to ask you some questions.
Can nodded at them but still sensed an uneasy feeling towards the man he saw.
Kim - hi Mr. Can. So you're the one who's in charge of these highly guards?
Can - yes, that's me.
The detective raised an eyebrow at him, for some reason, Can felt like his staring was kind intimating.
Kim - I gotta say, without them, this fire would have been a mess. (Stared straight into Can's soul) but I find it funny that you have your men patrolling the area on the night that the fire existed as if you knew exactly that there will be a fire. Do you have anything to back you up on that?

Can scoffed. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.
Can - I came here from Krung Thep two weeks ago, sir. This company here is very important to me because it belongs to someone I love very much. I have my men stay in guard here every day, not just today. I have prove for that too if you would like to see it.
The detective showed a bit of fluster but not for long, he went straight back to being overconfident.
Kim - Sorry to make you angry. You have got to understand that I am doing this because of my job. If you get heated because of some questions, it might be a problem, Mr. Can.
Can - I think you should really look deeper into this issue instead of directly accuse an innocent. And the man who is in custody, I'm pretty sure he is not the culprit. He was talking to me at Residential Care while the fire started here.
The detective narrowed his eyes at Can and Can comprehended that he did not believe him.
Kim - (nodded) I apologize again, Mr. Can. If that's the case, would you come to the police station with me?
Can - gladly.
Can moved forward, following Detective Kim from behind as his guard whispered to him from the back.
Guard - boss, there's something I need to tell you.
Can kept walking but he was listening.
Guard - the person who died in the fire...(paused and was afraid to say the next.)
Can - what?
Guard - (stuttered) oo-okay... we don't know for sure who he is because he was completely burned...but... (voice was shaking) his body portion and everything matches... Mr. Tin.
Can suddenly stopped his steps from walking. He was paralyzed to the spots, the fear became so powerful, he couldn't move.
Guard - Boss, were you be able to get a hold of Mr. Tin at all?
"No..."
Before he came here, Can couldn't get hold of Tin.

"This can't be..."
He dropped to his knees and his guard quickly grabbed him.
"Tin... no...Where are you, Tin?"
The detective noticed Can not following him. He also stopped walking.
Kim - Mr. Can, what are you waiting for? Let's head to the station now.
Can - Detective Kim...
His breath was trembling as he whimpered through the complexion of worrisome. He slowly stood up with the assistance of his guard.
Can - I need to see the victim who died in the fire.
Kim - I'm afraid I can't let you do that. You have to go with me now.
Can - I'm not going with you until I see the victim's body!
The raised of Can's voice made the detective wavered, but he just let out a sigh.
Kim - if you don't cooperate with me I'm afraid I'm going to have to use force. As for right now, Mr. Can, you ARE a suspect.
*Police station*
The man stood up from his chair aggressively while his wrists were cuffed together. The officers sat on the other side of the desk were screaming him to sit back down. Can was sitting next to the man, feeling miserable and angry due to not being able to see the dead body of the victim. His heart could not be at ease if he doesn't know who the dead person is.
Officers pushed the man back down to his seat.
Man - I'm telling you all the truth. I'm the one who set the fire! Please! Put me in jail! I'm dangerous to everyone!
Detective Kim walked to where the man was and pointed to Can.
Kim - but that gentleman said he was talking to you while the fire started.
The man turned brutally at Can.
Man - no he was not! I don't know him!
Kim - (looked at Can who was still in his devastated mood) Can, what do you have to say about this?
Can didn't want to answer any questions right now. He just wants to get out of here. But if Tin WAS the person who dies... then this crazy man right here, who keeps demanding to be in prison, was the cause of everything. Can was pretty sure of it.
Can slowly looked at the man in the eye.
Can - who are you? Why did you come looking for Tin? What do you know?
His voice was soft, almost unstable as if his heart would break any second. The man couldn't even look at Can in the eye.
Can - what are you trying to protect?
His last question made the man's tearing eyes looked into his. The man began to cry.
Can - I'm trying to help you here and in return, you turned me into a suspect. Why? Did someone order you?
Man - (choked in tears) I don't need your help. The only one who can help me is Mr. Tin. If you can't find him for me, then get lost.
There Can have it. It's not the time for him to patiently trying to talk it out with this guy. Instead of finding Tin, he was stuck here with a person who doesn't need his help. What the fuck is that?! Anger rushed inside of him and made him jump out of his chair.
Can - fine, then you can go to jail.
Can turned, wanting to get out of there just when he bumped into...
Can - (eyes widen) Tin?
Tin holds onto Can's shoulders, looking worried.
Tin - why are you here?! (Pulled Can into a hug) Are you okay?!
Can's heart stopped. It was so sudden, he couldn't process that the person who was hugging him... Was Tin right now.
